The Westin Toronto Airport

The beds are so unbelievably uncomfortable, the pillows are either too soft or lumpy. My work colleague complained of the same issues.
There are much better hotel options in the area.

1 night stay in transit. Check in was quick and effortless room was clean updated and super comfortable

The rooms were amazing. They were very welcoming and the breakfast was really good. The omelette is a must try. Had a wonderful experience.

Good hotel close to the airport. Seemed a bit tired. Room was nice though. Paid parking is ridiculous. Might go back.

We went here with a group of friends, and everything worked out great. From the nice service to the clean rooms and a great location if you're traveling or have something specific in the area. We loved watching the planes continually taking off and landing. It was a free show. Thanks for the amazing time, and we'll be back.

Very organized, clean and staff is very cooperative. Food is full of varieties and have very good presentation. Overall a very good experience.

Liked the quality of accommodation and the price. You could walk to any terminal of take a shuttle from the hotel

Theft at Hotel Lobby. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will be served better at Motel 6.

I came down to Hotel lobby to have breakfast. And my purse got stolen from the dining area. I was INSIDE the restaurant and not in public throughfare.

When I informed the hotel manageement, there was NO sense of urgency. The fastest action would be to see the security footage, which they absoulely refused. Said only the police can see it. (the police stattion said it will be days before anyone went and saw it) The Operations director-Marina Rozenfield was sarcastic and she was not comforting. She went to "check the hallway" and NEVER returned. The ONLY person who showed any support was Arrow, the duty manager. The entire approach was to handle it arms-length distance and mitigate liability rather than help a paying guest wherein theft happened INSIDE the property

Meanwhile I tried finding the phone using the app. Its last known location was the next door Hilton. And now read the contrast. Spoke to the GM Arjun who immediately got into action. The location was a dumpster in the app. HE HIMSELF GOT ON THE DUMPSTER TO SEE IF THERE WAS ANY PURSE. There was none. He too suggested the fastest thing would be to see the security footage. He said he will check HIS hotels footage and revert if he saw anything unusual.

I went back to speak to Arjun and seek his help to find my purse. My passport was in it as I came for a business visit and was to travel around Canada. He deputed people to scorge the property surrounding for missing purse. We did not find anything. I would recommend Hilton Airport just for the care and support and genuine action.

MY SERIOUS PRAYER -Dont stay at the Westin. Lots of hotel choices around Toronto airport. And hold on to your things will all your life if you do decide to stay in this old run down place.

A nice place to spend the night after a flight cancellation. We were picked up near baggage claim by the hotel shuttle. Had a few drinks and some dinner then up to the room for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and modern. The return shuttle to the airport was packed every time and a bit slow to return - just leave 30 minutes before you planned and all will be well.

Westin meets my expectations as a 4* hotel (in Western standards). The Marriott app is functional and it helps with the check in and check out process. The common areas are pretty nice and modern with different settings and services (from restaurant to kiosk and Starbucks). The room itself is kinda outdated with a loud and old a/c interfering w our sleep and boring decoration. However, our room's view is photogenic. Airport shuttle is on time and valuable. Staff are pretty professional and welcoming.

Love this place Rohan the breakfast waiter is super friendly. The bartender makes the best recommendations. I can’t forget the waitress and the customer service at the front desk check-in. These woman took care of me to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Thank you again, and this Hotel is highly recommended. Friendly service and worth the one night stay. We did not use the shuttle, but it takes you to airport 20 minutes and you can take the train onto the city.

Rooms were great, food excellent, and service wonderful. 19 min walk from airport is extremely unlikely but advertised. One of the reasons I booked this hotel.
