Had the most wonderful stay with my husband this week. We arrived, delighted to find our room was ready early, AND a free upgrade.
Service was amazing, location was perfect. Will be back.

The only place worth staying at Blue. Visited with the family, free upgrade to their best & biggest suite. View of the mountain and village especially nice at night all lit up. 10/10 service and the food was actually good. Would recommend will stay again.

This was a susprice from my husband, he wanted to take me away from the city and when I arrived this blew me away. The room was fantastic, the hotel was lovely with restaurant, spa etc. Then we could go out into the village to explore, see more with the all-day pass, other places to eat, have a coffee and I will come back again.

BEYOND impressed with my stay at the Westin. Absolutely everything was perfect.

My room was in pristine clean condition with a variety of amenities (even in a basic queen room), and also had a beautiful view, and robes and slippers included.

The hot tub outdoors is year round! Not busy at all, and you’re definitely able to enjoy it alone. The sauna is an asset.

The resort is right inside the village which was great. You’re in a 2 minute walking distance to everything including shops, 15+ restaurants, and the ski hill itself.

Amazing stay. I will be recommending to my family and friends.

During our check-in, we accidentally booked the wrong property, and instead of offering assistance, Mr. Dipin exhibited a dismissive attitude. When we inquired about which suite might have a better view, I, being a hotelier myself, expected a helpful suggestion since it was my first visit to this property. Unfortunately, he responded rudely, stating that it’s up to us to decide. This response was quite surprising and disappointing, and as a fellow professional in the hospitality industry, I was shocked. I would recommend that Mr. Dipin consider enhancing his hospitality skills and strive to leave ego and attitude aside when dealing with guests.
I had a disappointing experience at the front desk of this Marriott property. The receptionist, Dipin, was exceptionally rude, making our check-in a truly unpleasant experience. This was unlike any other Marriott stay I've had, and I felt disrespected by the attitude we encountered. I hope this feedback helps Marriott improve their service.

We stayed here for one night as a family but I wish we stayed much longer. The room was beautiful. (Big, spacious clean) The bed was soooo comfy. Guest service was super friendly. We had such a great time. Also, we were close to a little village with so many shops and places to eat. Coming back again. A great staycation!

After a slow trip up on Friday night sometimes through snow squalls, with several cars in the ditch and accidents, such a relief to arrive at the Westin to friendly staff to bring our luggage to our room, offer helpful advice on where to store ski equipment and within 30 minutes to be sitting in the restaurant enjoying our dinner. Phew, we made it! In spite of the -20 weather the next day, we had a terrific weekend of downhill and cross-country skiing, relaxing in the hot tub, and in our suite with the kids playing board games enjoying the dessert from room service. Our housekeeping person even kindly emptied the dishwasher for us. Terrific helpful staff all around. Thank you!

Luxury accommodations and amazing service during my one night stay here. I redeemed some Marriott Bonvoy points for my stay, and the points conversion wasn't as good as I could've gotten in terms of value with some other properties so I was a bit concerned. But the hotel blew my expectations out of the water. First for check in, we dropped the car in the front where there's a pick-up/drop-off area with more than enough space for 10+ cars. When we checked in we got offered free valet parking due to my silver status - this is the first time I've stayed anywhere with this status, so this was a nice perk. Parking is $20 underground/$30 valet which is reasonable.

The room itself was extremely clean and spacious. We got a suite, which appears to only be $30 over the normal room on certain days. I definitely think it's worth it. It comes with a kitchen stocked with pots, plates, a stove, dishwasher, toaster, and sink. We didn't stay long enough to enjoy these amenities but I could definitely see ourselves enjoying hotpot or making breakfast on the stove. The washroom was very clean and I loved the shampoo/body soap scents. There is also a balcony but it was extremely windy this weekend so we didn't get to check it out.

They have a very nice outdoor pool area with two hot tub areas. The regular pool is also decently heated, we only really saw children using it but the temperature was bearable. The hot tub was very relaxing and a great size to fit around 20 people. The hours are also great, it's open from 7am-11pm so you can go before skiing or after. Definitely bring your swimming wear and enjoy this amenity if you have a chance.

Check-out was super smooth and we had no issues getting an elevator during that busy time - I know at some hotels that can be a problem. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property, great location - ruined by greedy, incompetent management.

$1,100 for a two-night, non-holiday, weekday stay AND you charge for parking? Yes, the Westin is going to nickel-and-dime you like a 3rd-rate airline.

Rooms are quite small, and service never showed up during our stay. Kitchenette was convenient. Pool and hot tub were open until 11 and very nice also.

Management takes the common areas on the north side of the main floor and uses them to enhance events in the conference rooms. The problem is that they try to block the route from the guest room to the ski lockers. At a ski resort. During ski season. What moron would think this is a good idea? And the "solution" is to route people (who are wearing ski boots) down 2 flights of stairs, through a muddy parking garage, and back up 2 flights of stairs to access the lockers. Essentially, inconveniencing PAID hotel guests and creating a dangerous situation in order to bolster conference room revenue.

Simply inexcusable.

Me and my husband were there for a night and it was a great experience. Being a Marriott Bonvoy member, they upgraded us to a suite room. It was cozy, clean and also had a kitchen. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing. They have a heated pool and also Sauna (open till 11pm)
Food in the restaurant was tasty but little pricey, may be coz it’s mainly a tourist spot.
The only disappointment was that their wifi was too slow.
All in all, had a great sta.

Disappointing experience. It was understaffed when I arrived, with only one person at the front desk, Stacy, who was very friendly. We were early so we needed to return later that day, in the afternoon the young lady at the front desk was pretty condescending and not helpful. She was not helpful with the item I left in the coat check or providing any information about the hotel; she was simply bothered that I was asking questions. Then, when I got into the rooms, these were not provided with the amenities, we got two cups for five people in the suite, one small bottle of water, and one soap. The price for the suite was expensive and I was expecting at the minimum the place to be ready, and better treatment. Previously I visited the blue mountain inn during Christmas, though it is old, the staff was great, there were more than one or two people at the counter, and I was fully provided with the information about the hotel, pool, and activities without asking. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

We had a great stay for new years. Arrived Dec 30 departed Jan 2. Staff were all amazing, even during a crazy busy time. Hot tub was amazing! We did come to ski and got our ski lift tickets at the hotel. However, 2-3 lifts were open and only 14 out of 42 hills, and we had to pay full price. Understanding that the resort and hotel cannot control weather conditions, a discounted rate would have been the right thing to do, especially since we paid over $800 per night to stay there. Even though we asked, the ladies at the front desk declined to look into this and/or consider it. Just a thought to offer this for future guests. A gesture like this goes a long way!

This is for my experience from December 11th to December 12th of 2022. At the time I stayed, there was the winter lights being held at the Blue mountains. Check-in process was smooth, the staff recognizes your Marriott bonvoy status and provides accordingly. Rooms for clean and spacious. A little hint, all the even numbers means that the room is facing the mill pond. If your room has a kitchenette, then everything is well stocked, all utensils, dishes and even dish soap to clean up. Parking is underground and is heated for those going during the winter season. Pools are heated during the winter season. Internet speed is 30 megabits downstream and 50 megabits upstream. From my experience, I certainly would recommend this hotel.

Came for here my boyfriends birthday for a night and it was perfect the room the restaurant, room service, pools everything was very wonderful and worth the price! Tv had some issues and didn’t end up working but that wasn’t a problem for us.

It's nice, but definitely showing its age. Not many amenities aside from gym, pool, sauna, and the pool closes at 11. The rooms were okay, it literally took 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower in my room at the end of the hall but it was generally satisfactory. I don't know if the value is there compared to the others around. Lobby is definitely beat up with age. Holes in the walls near the floor from luggage carts, salt stains on the stone ect.

So an update…. After the staff cancelled our breakfast order…my son and his dad went to Starbucks to get breakfast and 40mins after canceling, room service shows up with our breakfast! I was like is this a joke!? I said I can take the breakfast but it will definitely be comped, some other guest heard me complaining and he’s like it’s horrible downstairs, their service is the worst…what can I say Westin Trillium…I’m not the only one who has a bad review

Can I say, the service here is top notch! Ryan and Arnav at the front desk were terrific! Although a lot of activities were closed within The Blue Mountain Village, the staff being so accommodating made our stay worth while. The room was beautiful, balcony was spacious and bed was very comfy. I am excited for my next stay here when I’m back in Blue Mountain. Thank you for a wonderful experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Westin Trillium this past weekend. Elita and Rosemary welcomed us, clearly explaining covid protocols and restaurants that were available in the resort. We appreciated the offer of an upgrade to a suite as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and a birthday. The spacious one-bedroom suite had a den, living/dining room, and kitchenette. It was the perfect place to enjoy our take-out dinner from Oliver and Bonacini, and birthday cake from Heavenly Cafe. The deck offered a view overlooking the resort where we were fortunate to be able to view backyard firework displays. We enjoyed a leisurely walk around the beautiful grounds of the resort that evening and the Arboretum lake-front trail the next day. Breakfast was available at Starbucks, and lunch at Jozo's, Blue Mountain Inn. Many thanks to the team at the Westin for making our celebrations so memorable.

The hotel is very nice. It is typical of a Marriott property but because of COVID-19 the hot tub and sauna were closed and you had to make a reservation to use the pool which was booked with no times available. If I had known that, I would not have made the reservation because the stay was not worth $465 CAD without the amenities.

If anyone out there is trying to find good deals for hotel rooms visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ booked a resort on there and these guys had the lowest prices any where!

Stayed over the weekend for 2 nights and Pierre was absolutely amazing! Will definitely come back:) excellent service!

Blue mountains was a very relaxing vacation.
Westin was a good choice. Very good customer service. Very friendly polite staff. Enjoyed every moment.

Lot of scenic beautiful places and trails to see.

Must visit in winter and summer.
Lot of winter activities.

The Westin claimed they couldn't find out Hotel.com booking so rather than getting a room with two separate beds at a fair rate, we had to book two rooms at surge pricing rate. We left after only one night because of the price. Very disappointed in the service. Location is amazing. Just make sure you take out a loan for all the surprises.

This is an amazing property. From the moment you check-in until you depart you are treated with the highest level of service. The property has the best menu options in the village. The pool area is nice and safe (gated). I have been to this property on many occasions. It is a nice getaway, only a couple of hours from the Toronto area. This review would not be complete without giving a shout out of appreciation to Justin, the hotel manager. Thank you for the excellent service and looking forward to my next visit.

The Westin at Blue Mountain was great. It featured a modern room; with tv’s, a couch, dining table, kitchenette, and a modern bathroom. Everything was clean and is a perfect hotel to go stay in when skiing because of lockers. Also, the Westin features a tasty restaurant although, prices can be expensive. Lastly, there is a pool, hot tub, and sauna all functioning during winter. Overall, I definitely recommend coming here.
