We are so happy to have this awesome new window in our living room. We live in a very old farmhouse and there is no draft whatsoever coming from the new window. I had the most amazing experience with The Window & Door Centre. I had a stress fracture in my window in my new build (two years old). I was told by various people that it would still be under warranty and I followed up with the window maker. The window maker told me - no it wasn’t under warranty which baffled me but what could I do about it. My builder also followed up and was met with the same response. I contacted Debbie at The Window and Door Centre to get a quote to replace and install the whole window. As I shared my story she immediately told me that it should be under warranty and she would look into it for me. In one day Debbie was able to achieve what both me and my builder couldn’t - she was able to get the company to admit that the window was indeed under warranty. Debbie at The Window and Door Centre was phenomenal not only did she save me a significant amount of money but her prompt emails and thoughtful updates were appreciated. The install was hassle free and professional.hope I never have to replace a window again but if I do - I’m using The Window and Door Centre.

Terrible company. Dealt with Bill Sanderson possibly the worst sales person I’ve ever dealt with. He sold me on patio doors nearly 3 months ago and still waiting. He sold me on the fact that these would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. But besides that not a follow up nor a checkin nothing. If this is what to expect for post sales service forget it. Just cancelled it with him but probably won’t here back. Will update ok this if I do but there’s no way I’m giving him and this company my business. Could have gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s and got this done. Stay away from this business.

I have used the Window and Door Centre for 3 installations now and I have always been very satisfied with the quality of their products and service. My most recent order had an extremely tight and specific timeline that needed to be met and Debbie and Joe really worked hard to make sure that my windows were ready to be installed. Thank you both your efforts. The windows were installed at the perfect time in the project.

We had a great experience with The Window and Door Centre. Luc, their salesperson, was great from the beginning: down to earth and never pushy. He was patient, as my wife and I debated colours, and was excellent in his follow-up communications. As for installation, again, another great experience. Chris was friendly, prompt, polite, and ever the professional. The door looks fabulous and the quality and workmanship are great too. Thanks to all involved!

I just had 21 windows and 2 doors installed by the Window and Door Centre in London. I have an old farmhouse and wanted to maintain the old trim that was is the house. I knew that the job would not be easy because of the possibility that the window openings would be out of square due to the age of the house. I got three quotes and decided to go with this company. I am totally pleased with the quality and professionalism of the work. I am a tool and die maker and have perhaps a bit more expectation than some others. All the old trim looks fantastic. Great job, thanks Window and Door Centre.

Everything was great from the time I called, to the sales appointment to the installation. I had windows done at two of my houses and Joe was great! I knew what I wanted in advance and he didn't try to up-sell, but wanted to make sure that I ended up with the windows I wanted. Everyone returned my calls with very little turnaround time, and the installers showed up ON TIME and on the day they said they would. They did a fantastic job cleaning up once work was done and I have high quality windows that I thoroughly enjoy. I would absolutely recommend them for future jobs!

Wanted to write a review about the service we had. The windows, first of all, are great. We have noticed a difference in temperature quality inside the house during winter (and this past one was a cold one). The additional information needed is regarding the men who installed the windows. They were friendly, did a great job, and cleaned EVERYTHING up after the install was finished. What I was most impressed about was the willingness of someone in the crew, who was not the foreman, to fix a problem with the trim color. It was initially not written in the order, and when they realized it didn't match the original windows they put in three years previous, one of the staff drove in and changed out the trim so it would all match. I would HIGHLY recommend this organization if you are planning on putting in windows anytime soon.
