Favourite wing spot in Mississauga. I'm lucky it's near to where I live so I can enjoy their wings often. My personal fav is the Carlito's Way sauce.

Super tiny place, but mighty tasting wings! We didn’t know what flavour to get, and then the staff came with every flavour for us to try. It was delicious.

Very disappointed with this place. I placed an order for 2 half pound boneless wings and 1 order of their half pound Bone-In wings and fries order totalled to $52.19. For that price I was very confused when I opened up the box to find mini chicken bites drenched in sauce nothing close to a boneless wing probably the size of the top of my pinky finger on top of that they forgot the bone in wings and when asked for a refund for the wings that we did not receive they refused to do so until asked further as we did not want them to remake an order we were clearly unsatisfied with. The customer service was very rude when we expressed our experience for the false advertisement as the employee referred to my Dad as “brother” when they decided to give us a refund for the order we did not get they gave us the wrong amount of change of $9.47 when and when asked about the change without leaving the store he said that was the right amount after tax when the price for the wings before tax was 9.45. They couldn’t even make our order correct the first time and couldn’t even give back correct refund for an order they didn’t make 1/10 would not recommend this place if you wanted to be disappointed this would be the place to go to for solely that purpose only.

Tasteless wings, I was so looking forward based on a bloggers review but I guess it’s all a sham these days. Couldn’t even review them on Uber Eats. Such a waste

The wings and Tenders were amazing. Definitely a spot you want for your chicken cravings. I asked for one sauce and the owner gave us a bunch which was really appreciated! We loved them all! Me and my friends will definitely be back

Wings had minimal flavour and were way over cooked. The sauce we got was mango Havanero and had absolutely zero spice and tasted more like plum sauce. Was not very impressed. The service and people who work there are nice and service oriented. Just wish the food was better.

It's a good place as far as the flavour is concerned, but the wings itself are not cooked properly.

The wing factory is the best wing house by far in this area. I used to live nearby but I've even made trips out here from my new place in Richmond Hill just for the flavors.

Decent wings! Crispy and saucy never got s chance to take a picture. But great taste and would try another flavour next time. Definitely do try if in the area. They do need to change the boxes for packing.

Placed the order online through their website and it was ready on time. The pickup process was smooth and staff was friendly. I ordered the Sunday night special 3lb wings. You can choose up to 3 flavours for which I ordered lemon pepper, Gutter butter and the ranch one. I really wanted to order Garlic parmesan but they were all sold out. Maybe next time as all the flavours were amazing especially lemon pepper and they are halal. Definitely will try them again.

Great wings, best Mac n cheese bites I've ever had, wedges were a bit overdone but still good.

Tried first time today and the reviews are spot on. Perfectly breaded and sauced, the wings are juicy and they are huge. We got the 3lb combo in bbq garlic, medium and mild flavours. The bbq garlic was our favourite but the other 2 were delicious as well. The onion rings were crispy and fresh. Great garlic bread as well. Everything was delicious, we will definitely order again soon.

We ordered 3 pounds Monday special - 1 pound inferno 1 pound fry Cajun and 1 pound factory special - we booked Uber for pickup the order - the order we got was differen. When called about it, the guy who picked up the call was pretty rude and was denying the fact! I enquired about inferno flavour and asked for it! If the service is this bad and people working can’t understand the value to be given to their customers there is no point of running this famous chain! Very disappointed

I love this place! The wings are always prepared perfectly and the service is always friendly—especially Johanna. Always friendly and a great personality. Highly recommend the Muay Thai wings!

Had heard about Wing Factory from several people and they did not disappoint. Their wings were crispy and extremely saucy. We ordered 2 pounds of wings with the Hot Honey and Factory sauce. While their wings were amazing and large, the potato wedges were too soft and not crispy at all. Will definitely try their other sides next time. Overall would definitely recommend their place if you’re in Sauga and craving good halal wings!
