Excellent food. Good beer. Great service. Stopped in for lunch on the way to Tobermory and was not disappointed. The fish and chips is excellent.

It was perfect for our group. We wanted a quiet place for a group of 10 on a Monday lunch. Chairs not that comfortable but it worked well. The food was very tasty - gluten dairy free and even vegan.

They were great at making sure I had a delicious dairy free dinner! I loved my Blue Lagoon cocktail with edible glitter!

A great restaurant and brewery in Port Elgin. I really enjoyed their beers and outdoor atmosphere. Perfect for unwinding after the beach during the summer months.

A good meal, in a lovely setting. I mean, the restaurant on the main street of a sweet little town, but generally, Saugeen Shores on Lake Huron.

Labour Day Long Weekend 8: 45PM
Waited to be seated, was told about the chaotic day they had, how they are short staffed and we had exactly 6 min to order, but food had run out, never gave a run down on what was available, but was also told IF we did order, or were able too “that fast” we are faced with an hour and a half min wait time for whatever they had left in the kitchen.

Unprofessional in my opinion

Ordered the peach and prosciutto pizza. It had lots of promise but was ruined by being buried in pesto. My suggestion, leave all the pesto off and you'll have a real winner.

I went out with my Popa for lunch, we sat at the back of the patio and our drink order was taken within a few minutes by Darcy. Staff was very friendly and helpful moving people inside (because of the bees this time of year). We sat on the patio and weren’t bothered much by the bees. We ordered the nachos and were pleasantly surprised with how fast food came out, we waited maybe 10 minutes and the nachos were delicious! Service was awesome, food was great and nachos was definitely enough to share. It was an excellent experience:)

Sorry to say we were disappointed. The pizza was scorched with leftovers of previous pizzas burnt to the bottom. Wings overdone and cover with a flavorless sauce. Fish or should i say deep fried batter as there was a lack of fish and anemic fries left the taste buds starved. Coffee was good but the amount of grounds.left in the cup was not appreciated. The smash burger was liked but it's hard to spoil bacon. Service was mediocre as we had to get our own extra napkins and silverware. Also found it a bit over priced considering the wait for food in a half full restaurant. All and all not the best dineing experience

My group didn't have any food, three of the beers I contemplated were sold out and the staff were nice but sort of wandering around looking busy? Not quite a Constanza looking busy, as you could tell they were doing something. It required speaking to multiple people before getting a pint. C'est la vie, when you are a teen or in your early 20s a job such as this means little.

Staff is rude. Wouldn't sit out party. Felt like there was rascism involved. Drove all the way from Sauble beach for lunch.never ever experienced service like that.

Delicious Fish and Chips With a nice batter - not too deep fried! Smash burger was also amazing - great service!

20 years ago the food was excellent at the Wiz. Last summer we went and we were disappointed. Tonight the food was disappointing as well. Don’t think I’ll be back. Waited an hour before we were asked what drink we wanted. It was busy but service was sooooo slow.

The bad - I ordered the brisket sandwich which was described as "thin slices of brisket piled high smothered in BBQ sauce" but what I got was a scoop of chopped up brisket (I think) in BBQ sauce on a bun. So definitely not what was advertised and the server didn't say anything about why it was different. Also, not really a lot on the menu.
Drinks are expensive.

The good - Sweet potato fries and I have also had the fish and chips another time which were good.

Went for dinner earlier this week and the waitress Zoey was phenomenal! She really understands her role and always came to check in at the right times to see how we were doing! She was so pleasant and on the ball! We came at a very busy time and she set very realistic expectations for when we could expect our food and it ended up coming so much faster! Zoey made our dining experience the best we have had in a very long time! Management should really understand how valuable Zoeys skills are as she is extremely professional and organized! Well done Zoey we will be coming back to see you soon:)

Went on a Sunday of a long weekend. They were out of some kinds of beer, they ran out of food and didn't have all options. Not a good place to go.

We ordered the wings, a burger and a pizza, along with the fry platter and a side salad. The only things that didn’t come out burnt was the fry platter and side salad. The wings were small and lacked flavour; even the blue cheese couldn’t save it. The smash burger was not properly smashed and instead of a proper crisp to the meat it was just charcoal. The pizza was flavourful but again, some of the crust was burnt. We didn’t send anything back because after the hour long wait I was just too hungry to care. I get the kitchen staff was busy that night, but for the prices of your food it’s absolutely no excuse to turn out quality like that. Likely will never return.

We had fish and chips and chicken wings for dinner. Both of these dishes were oversalted. The fish fillet was thin, and most were covered in the crust. Essentially there wasn't much fish, just crust.

When we were there, several flies were flying over the tables, which was annoying.

The service was good; however, the waitress did her best to improve the experience at that restaurant. Overall I had better expectations of this place.

We ordered pizza, which was quite good, though it took an hour to arrive from when we ordered. They admitted our order was not processed properly but the manager did nothing to remedy the situation. In all it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to order and eat, so our kids were going squirrelly by the end.

In response to the restaurant's reply they never told us the pizza would take 45 minutes when we placed the order. The server informed us 40 minutes after our order that it would take another 10 minutes due to a high number of pizza orders. By the time we received all 3 of our pizzas it was closer to 20 minutes not 10 minutes.

Caesars and ciders are always great here! There is sometimes a wait for drinks, but it's usually worth it! The menu is wide ranging and the fries are divine. I mean, really really good. Live music all year long makes for a fun time. The patio in the summer is a wonderful way to spend a warm afternoon. The new Thornbury cider on tap is great!
