Had a great time at The Works. Tammy our server was awesome. Friendly and attentive. Food was awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

My partner and I went yesterday for an early dinner. There was only one lady serving and two big groups went in previous to us. The owner sat us and began serving us. He was wonderfully kind, a great sense of humour, and it was honestly a lovely experience. The server eventually took over and was just as lovely. The Works is the only restaurant we attend these days where we never leave disappointed, we always enjoy the food and service.

My boyfriend and I were here a few months ago for date night (it was my first time eating here) and the burgers as well as nachos were amazing! Our server (can’t remember your name) was great and we left very full and very happy.

We had a family gathering here. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Milkshakes and floats, too. Nice atmosphere, as fairly quiet, no shouting needed. Rocco gave us excellent service.

Every now and again you experience service that is above and beyond the norm. That is definitely the case for The Works in Brantford. You wouldn’t expect this kind of service or attention from the average restaurant but these guys take their job seriously. And how often do you get looked after by the owner.

Best Burger in a long time, but the highlight was the exceptional service provided by Cynthia!
My wife has a severe garlic allergy and Cynthia went the extra mile to ensure that all was safe and good. We’ll be back because of the food and especially the personal service we received.

Delicious as always. Greeted at the door, seated with a smile. Graciously served start to finish. Only thing missing is Justin. It just in any the same.

A staple of the Downtown core. The ambiance is amazing when they roll up the garage doors, and you can see across to the events and exciting things happening in Harmony Square. Staff are unbelievably friendly, and the food is always made fresh and with high-quality ingredients. Menu changes often.

Worse place to deal with in person for take out or on phone.avoid headaches avoid this overpriced operation especially Brantford

Never had a bad meal here! All of the burgers I have tried are delicious, and LOVE their poutine. Prices are fair for the good quality, and the service is wonderful!

We've been to the Burlington location a few times and always loved it. It was our first time at this location (Brantford) and I must say we weren't disappointed. The burgers are always fantastic and the best part about fries and onion rings is that they're very crispy but not greasy at all. Definitely worth the little extra money for the quality you get.

I had the BEST vegan cheeseburger from here the other day. I loved it so much, that I had my daughter go get me another one and she got another one also. I am so impressed and we are going to get these burgers again very soon. It had some kind of BBQ sauce on it and it was so yummy. I loved the fake bacon. It had juicy tomato and lettuce. I just loved it and I really have to say this. "This was the BEST vegan burger I ever had in my 20 years as a vegan". It's NOT greasy and my tummy felt great afterwards.that's so important. I had a bit of left over burger and I put it in the fridge and ate it the next day cold out of the fridge and it was AMAZING. I'm new to Brantford and this is a GREAT discovery. Thank you for your friendly service when my daughter came in twice. She loved it all too!

Enjoyed dinner here recently and was very impressed. We were seated quickly and our waitress was pleasant and helpful when suggesting menu items. I had the 'Gettin' Piggy With It' with fries and the food was served hot and fresh. The fries has a delicious flavour and the burger was juicy and delicious. It offers a laid-back, welcoming environment with reasonably priced options with fantastic portions, I'd highly recommend.

Finally got round to trying the place out. Ordered a Juicy Lucy burger. Ho these burgers are BIG. I added carmalused onions to it, it was so good. The gravy i got fir my fries has a slightly different flavour (I was told it's actually vegan, gotta say it's one of the better vegan gravy I've had). Got a coupon for complimentary onion rings on next visit. I shall return for sure

Best Burgers around. So many choices. Burgers and all sides are very good. Beer is ice cold. Service was great. Great job decorating for Halloween. The works Brantford is one of our favourite places.

Fine burgers, milkshakes have a lot to wish for. I was charged almost 5 dollars for a miniature Kidz size milkshake after asking for a medium sized one. Honestly go to BR or else for your milkshake needs. On the bright side a smaller portion does mean I wont gain any weight. #mixedfeelings.

If you want a bargain meal with a poor quality product, then go to a fast food chain as this is restaurant is neither. Amazing burgers and great service! Worth every penny!

Brought the teens. Looking for a great burger and we found it. I had the Hamburger Mary. Another had the War Pig. Both were great. I had cucumber and celery as a side with dip. The service was good also. Unlimited soft drinks. The atmosphere is nice but couldnt help think it would be busier if it were in a different location. Sketchy folks hanging in the streets. Price was on par with Zanders but felt more fast food like so with no alcohol and 4 burgers with side we spent $100 seemed high.

Had a great experience here! We had a larger group and two “unruly” kids and our server was great! He was knowledgeable, polite and the food was delicious. We had a few allergies and it’s great to know we can get dairy & egg free, plus vegan options. Thank you!

We love the Works in Brantford. The staff are always friendly. We have some allergy issues in our family, and the staff at this location have always been helpful and accommodating. We have never had a reaction after eating here. Thank you, "The Works" for always being amazing!

A bit pricey but great quality product. Probably the best burgers in town, I just don't think a burger and fries should ever need to cost quite that much.

The survivors were very nice an on top of everything making sure we were have in a great experience an the food was great best buger I've ever had by far.an the onion rings were great to came with 3 kinds of dipping sause an all were really great! We will be back for sure it was so yummy.the bill shocked us a lil but well worth the money$$

My son and I decided to try Brantfords "The Works" restaurant after googling burger places and seeing the great reviews of this location. We were greeted at the door by Matt who seated us promptly and friendly. We ordered the "Juicy Lucy" burger which was absolutely delicious and made fresh to order. Our portion of fries and poutine were above expectation. Everything was just Excellent! I highly recommend trying The Works Brantford and I guarantee you will be back again. Matt was an amazing server and by our discussions, you can tell he cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they leave happy. See you again soon!

Onion rings were yummy, not heavy. Burgers were delicious along with the ceasar sides. Going to order again this weekend. It's better to do a pickup before 5 if you don't want to wait long

Went in just before the lunch hour, there was only one table with customers in the whole place, thought great, we should get good service. Server brought us our drinks and took our order in a timely fashion. Then the wait happened.almost a half hour later they seated a young couple in our section, took their order, then 25 minutes later, they got their food. When I then questioned the server about our meal he rudely said it was coming when it comes. When I pointed out that the young couple got their food in a timely manner his response was 'ya, so? ' So we got up and left, hour wasted, and no food. So disappointed that in times like these where restaurants are struggling, that the server treated us so rudely.

EDIT: went back today for a takeout dinner, which I ordered and paid for online. Was shocked when the manager noticed the name on the order and remembered my first review from a month ago. He apologized for the behavior of his employee and had sat down and had a talk with all the employees. Kudos to this restaurant for taking the time to make me feel like I mattered! I am pleased to say the meal today was prepared ontime, and was delicious! Keep up the great work!

Best lockdown dinner we’ve had, potentially best take-out we’ve had in a very long time!
Everything was perfectly cooked, put together well and tasted BOMB.
This is a local burger joint you don’t want to skip over.
I will definitely make a point of returning for a sit down meal once able.

Highlight of our passing through Canada! From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Music was fun and upbeat. Service was prompt and helpful. Matt was such a great ambassador for the restaurant making awesome recommendations. We had the barking squirrel amber ale to start and my husband loving bacon, had to order the deep fried bacon.
