Good spot to stop for a burger and fry (or other options). Neat restaurant and the service was fantastic. Our drinks came out in measuring cups which was entertaining. Lots of burger options and some alternate options too.

This is an awesome burger place. They have delicious burgers, good gf buns, and the poutine is so good. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual and nice. Highly recommend.

From ideas, this place looks and feels great. The service is good, the waiter was very friendly and quick, and we liked a lot, for the actual burger, it was not all that, I was very disappointed in what I got, I had higher expectations probably, but it's a burger joint and you would expect a good tasting burger, but it wasn't. The fries were really good, other than that, I don't recommend the food.

Wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. For those in the area would highly recommend burger factory. I’m not too sure why I stayed in there honestly. Food was sloppy as well

After waiting 90 minutes, we saw our section - 1/2 the restaurant - completely turn over and several others got their food before we did even though they arrived later. Our waiter - really nice guy - saw what was happening and apologized and assured us our food was on its way. It came shortly after… one of four burgers was raw inside and unfortunately sent back. The others seemed ok with some parts a bit pink, but not raw like the one sent back. The raw burger was corrected. The overall experience was 2 hours from start to finish for what should have been a quick burger bite. 2 out of 4 of us got sick afterwards too.

We saw a family of four leave with their burgers practically untouched… this was before we were served, and figured theirs were raw too after seeing ours.

We saw another family of four leave after only getting their drinks and not their food. Presumably to catch the fireworks which we missed. Wish we left too and saved ourselves from getting sick.

I don’t know what is happening in the kitchen but do avoid.

Excellent restaurant. Les frites sont délicieuse, y’a vraiment des choix de hamburgers pour tout les goûts le prix varie entre les 20 et 30 $. Les milkshakes sont vraiment bon tout les verres sont servie dans des tasses à mesurer.

Stuck to a liquid diet so no pics of food for this one unfortunately. Staff were amazingly friendly though and make you feel right at home.

Burger came with no toppings, didn't even eat it and gravy was pretty much a solid. Save your money go to wendys at least a jbc comes with lettuce and tomato.

Absolutely amazing. Try the Obi Wan burger, you won't regret it. Poutine is also quite excellent.

The service was great, but the food wasn't good. The burger was terrible! I have eaten way better burger for way less than 25 bucks in Canada. The salad was fine.

Delicious burger. Beautifully plated. Loved the measuring cup for drinks! Friendly, very helpful answering our questions.

Love the Works burger. This spot had a very nice and cheerful waitress. I had the 6 degrees of killing bacon with a lettuce bun (keto) with a weed (salad) side. Leaves you very full even with a lettuce bun. Good option for keto people.

Tips: Just be careful because it drips a bit lol. There is parking just down the road a bit for $10.

Got the Obi-Wan Kobe burger - it was cooked perfectly. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu.

My family liked it but I was given a tiny obiwan kobe burger which looked nothing like the big one on their menu but I guess they like to deceive. I honestly got a better burger down the street from one of the fast food joints and they costed a third of the one here.

Not enough "bang" for your buck here. Over priced for not so savory burgers and sad sides. You are better off going to Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill. Better tasting food, better portions, and affordably priced. You leave the WORKS fill empty and poorer only. This applies to all the WORKS that I have been.

First visit to Canada, we had a great experience and the food was amazing! So amazing, we came back the next day. Can't say we had the same experience.

Julie, the server who greeted us at the door seemed to have had an attitude. I knew what I wanted and ordered a burger to go. When she brought the food to me I thanked her and she turned and walked away as if I bothered her with my order.

Bon restaurant de Burger proche de Clifton Hill. Portions généreuses. La viande est savoureuse et cuit à point. Option sans gluten et végé.

A good burger and freshly cut fries, i enjoyed it but took a while before I was able to put in my order, after that, the food came out pretty fast.

I would never post anything that I don't like but this one took the cake. The burger was horrible. (Wendy, Harvey's even McDonald's serve a better burger) I have eaten at many burger bistro/craft burger joints but this was the worst. Absolutely nothing that can truly differentiate there burger from a fast food joints. Not to mention it was the smallest burger for a craft burger joints, it lacked taste, variety and specialty. All the thing that make a joints like this stand out. To be blunt I have never had my kids pass on a burger, after a couple bits of this burger my kids left a literally full burger for the garbage. I will never eat at this joint again.definitely in my bottom 3 of burger joint of ALL TIME!

Had lunch here 2 days during recent trip. Burgers were very good and service was good as well. Prices were on par with what you would expect in the area.

My spouse and I went to dinner here tonight and it was amazing. The food was great (so great that we wanted to finish it but we were so full), and our server Travis was so friendly and personable. We even had a few laughs- exactly what you would want in a server.:)

Despite having a huge line the staff were very efficient in seating me. The burgers are very good. Staff is friendly and professional. I’ll definitely return for trying other options.

Me and boyfriend came here for lunch and all I can say is I have not received this type of customer service anywhere else before! The manager whose name is Christine gave impeccable service! I highly recommend checking out this location if you’re hungry while roaming around Niagara Falls:)

1 star review because they're inforcing jab passports. Weather your for the jab or not, this isn't right! I don't want anything forced upon me. Especially a magic potion getting pushed down our throats.

Don't forget guys.jabs are now "safe" for kids aged 5-11. Time for your kids!: (

Everything should be all good

Been to the works in other cities and had no issues, but this was by far the worst burger I've ever had. The burger and fries were overcooked and burnt.there was hardly anyone inside the restaurant yet it took an extremely long time for us to get our food. Wait staff came around maybe one time while we were waiting for our food. Overall just a bad place to eat

We went there with family it was an amazing hamburger delicious poutine and the onion rings are amazing

The burgers were absolutely delicious. My girls couldn't even finish the kids burgers cause they were so big but they loved them. The restaurant was clean and was respecting all covid protocols and our waiter was very nice and patient with us. I would definitely go back and recommend!

The place, the beer and the concept is nice.
The hamburger (taste of heaven) was a bit of a disappointment to be honest. Overcooked and dry, I was expecting something else for sure. Many employees, but only one waiter was actually working. Nice place but not awesome.

Great food, and good service.
I find though, that as a pedestrian on the street, the patio umbrellas are very low and I have to either duck or walk out onto the street.

Food was brought to us cold and not really tasty also service was terrible so yeah I’d never recommend going to this location

Love, love, love! This place is incredible. I saw there is one in London, ON. I always must plan my vaca eats in advance because I can't eat gluten. I was planning on hitting the London location when I go to Chicago in October but was so happy to see there was a location in Niagara Falls for my birthday this June.
I can't eat gluten due to an auto-immune disease and was overjoyed to see how many GF options this place had. They have SO many burgers to choose from! I had trouble narrowing down my choice, which means I need to eat there more often so I can try them all.
Imagine being GF and seeing that the poutine is something you can eat. I was over the moon! They also have GF buns that do not crumble and fall apart.they are delicious and just like the real thing. And options.aren't options king in dining out choices these days? You can add anything you want to the already perfectly-put-together burger choices. You can also change your patty. They have a Waygu beef patty that is to-die-for. I even got to add peppercorn to that!
I finally settled on the Sexy Burger. I used to be a cautious, eat-the-same-old-thing diner. That changed once I started going to Mardi Gras every year. And I can promise you that The Works has a burger for every taste and preference. I love pineapple and decided to finally try it on a burger. So glad I did this because it was delicious! I did add the Kobe patty with peppercorn, carmelized onions, and I think I did Brie too.
I ordered in with Skip the Dishes and the food arrived very timely and hot. The burger was so good. Like I said before, the bun is money. It was toasted and held up to that monster burger. The pineapple with that Wagyu beef was unreal. I also ordered the Tragically poutine, which had bacon, and it was so, so, so good. Just having poutine was such a treat. I really enjoyed this first dinner on my birthday trip to Niagara Falls. It was just so wonderful to get away for the first time and have such an amazing dinner. I then discovered there was a The Works in our hometown of Kitchener. We will be ordering dinner here a lot!

Waited 45 minutes for food then when I got it my burger still had blood in it and the lady behind us got a burger with hair.and only took off 15%.

Excellent service, atmosphere, burgers and poutine. Complex menu but Nick was patient and helped with choosing. Portions are big so careful with those starters.

Burgers were soo good! The menu was a bit confusing but the waitress was very ready to explain. The drinks come in large measuring glasses. They have six different meats, the fries were awesome. We all left with take home boxes. Very filling.

Service was terrible, sat over half an hour with empty drink cups never did get a refill! Waited twenty minutes for the bill and then another five for machine to pay!

This was an awesome place to grab a good meal. The selection is amazing and the combinations are endless. It's a busy location but the staff are helpfull and they hustle hard. I would definitely go back for their plenty of vegetarian options. They have some colouring books for little kids and also good bathrooms.

Onion Rings were over cooked. Chicken was dry and mostly breading. Burgers were dry. Considering this located in a tourist area, it’s odd that they make it clear they don’t like Americans.

Easily the dirtiest restaurant I have dined in for a long while! I could have written my name on any surface in the washroom and the dust and cobwebs on the over head wires and ductwork were more Halloween decor than rustic garage. And the lacklustre food was only matched by service which was completely lacking any enthusiasm whatsoever!

Well my last experience going to the works mid-November 2018 wasnt super great. For one there was only two other sets of people in the place so your thinking I'd get served pretty fast yet the table behind me of 4 ppl took literally 20 minutes to order.maybe not so great idea to have a billion options on the menu. The order I made arrived in a timely manner however the burger was very well done and almost tasteless and the buns were still cold like they were taken out of a fridge/freezer.overall when you spend that much $$$ on a burger, you want to be very satisfied and I was pretty hungry at that time and the best I could say about it was Mehh.which is disappointing since I've been to the works in various cities and know the potential they have. My excitement for going to the works when I'm on my mini vacations has been decreased a lot because of this. I would probably go to the works again at some point but if I'm not extremely satisfied I'd probably take it off my list of places to go. I did go to Harvey's and tried the Big Harv burger for the first time later that day and it was great! And a fraction of the price of works burgers.

Very good! We were a bit overwhelmed with the menu but our waiter was patient! The poutine was delicious. I got a mushroom cap with spinach onions and blue cheese and my fiance got the elk burger "let's get piggy with it". Mine was great and my fiance liked his burger too! They have so many vegetarian options which is amazing, especially for a burger place.

I have been in various branches. Seems like this is the worst. The patty was over cooked and burger came without one of the main ingredient. Bathroom sink was dirty. Since it is a prime tourist destination they don’t care much about the quality. Still nice music and decoration. Other people were happy about their food.

Very busy location that is just enough off the clifton hill area to have a nice crowd and nice vide. The burgers and fries are excellent and served fresh to order - so come with a lot to talk about to enjoy an evening. Onion rings are really crunchy and good — the burgers and toppings were fresh and generous.

Stopped in here with my wife. Was dead, after the tourist rush. Food was really good, a little over priced but service was good.
I'd come back for sure. Oh and they make like 100 different burgers here. Worth checking out!

Very overrated. We got burnt burger patty. It tasted weird. Moreover, they didn't seem to use fresh oil for french fry. I don't recommend their Poutine.

Amazing and juicy burgers. There are Many options for petty, toppings, bun and sides. Service was great and prices are fair. We enjoyed very much, especially after eating dry burgers on the American side of the falls.

The burgers are decadent and delicious. It's pricey for a meal of burgers and fries, but really worth it. Skip two visits to the giant yellow M and opt for a burger at The Works. Sooooo much better!

Came here with two friends and the burgers are amazing. What was not so good was the spicy coleslaw and my friend got the celery and cucumber side and you can see by the picture that the celery was lacking in crispness. Washrooms can use a cleaning also. The brown stains didn't budge when I flushed.

This place has the best burgers! They were very busy when we went, but it was worth the wait! Our server was awesome! I'd definitely recommend this restaurant!

Was there Aug. 29, best burgers and fries. We had an amazing server, Rachel, she schooled us on loonies and toonies, and bagged MILK. She was such a fun girl. GREAT FOOD.

Excellent selection of burgers and sides. If you like a beer there are many choices. I had a Maple Burger and it was great only two things I was not crazy about. They opened the front a let the flies in. I typically ovoid patios to avoid flies.but they let them in. The lunch was a tad pricey.
