A great place to stop and eat, so many options for everyone to enjoy. Server Danny was STELLAR and provided great service I got the tragically maple and upgraded to an elk patty, which was absolutely amazing!

Recommended from a friend and it was definitely worth it. Went over the holidays and it was oddly very quiet (we were the only table dining in). Service was great ensuring we were well taken care of.

Ordered the 'Canadian Fight Club' and 'Taste of Heaven' and both were very good (lots of flavour, not overly salty and most importantly burgers were juicy and not overcooked). Portions of the sides (sweet potato fries and poutine) were massive!

Only downside was the kids burger was a little charred and dry (understandably so as we don't want to feed our toddler medium rare meat), but they don't know the difference anyways. Also, poutine was swimming in gravy (not a deal breaker, but became a fries soup near the end of the meal)

Would definitely come back again.

I’m honestly shocked. Both fries and the shake tasted stale and old. The service was weird and unprofessional. Definitely not coming back. Just save your time and money somewhere else.: (

Terrible service waited 30 minutes just to get a water then had to wait another to even get my food, if you have time to waste sitting in a restaurant to wait hours for food this is your spot.

Horrible poutine. The poutine was not hot they gave me stale fries and cheese still hard didn’t melt. The gravy didn’t taste like gravy so disappointing- I was really expecting a great meal before going in for my labour

Burger was OK not spectacular. It's cool in the winter if you sit inside in the winter as it is surrounded by windows. Keep a jacket close. It wasn't at all busy at 7 pm on a Friday in August.

The food was great as lays, however thevservice that day (a Saturday) was quite slow. Sign at front says to wait to be seated, after waiting for 10-15 minutes (only 2-3 tables were being used) we had to go look for someone. Once seated, everything was fine, except the server did not check up on us once until we flagged them down to ask for the bill.
Probably severely understaffed, which is why it's a 4* review still, and besides, the food itself was excellent.

Fantastic burgers. I had the "Love Goat" chicken burger. The chicken breast has a peppercorn crust. It is amazing.

Never write reviews but I just had to give this place my first review!:) Was going to give a fair score considering the food was OK but the staff is horrendous. Service is nonexistent. Expect to be ignored to the point that staff avoids your gaze. What are the priorities here?

The works has an amazing variety and the freshest burgers! A bonus is that the owners are very nice and do a lot of work for the community. Great place, we can never go wrong with the Works

Good burgers, pricey but worth it. Got the bottomless fries, should have got the chips, they are way better in flavour.

First time. I ordered a burger to go. Worst burger ever. I asked for pink. Was way over well done. The meat smelled bad. Nor fresh at all. I asked for lettuce and tomatoes. No lettuce or tomatoes. Way over price. Wendy's has a much better burger for 1/3 the price.

Is there new managment here? I really used to love this spot, but the past few times ive ordered it has been terrible.

Particularaly this evening, I called & ordered for pick up as i live less than 2 minutes away. I showed up at the time they had requested i be there and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes, no problem they're obviously busy.i grab my food and rush home to eat in excitement & the food is cold, not even warm.the fries are limp and stale, but honestly im hungry & to monetarily invested at this point to turn back lol.

But on the first couple bites i pull back to back very long hair's from my mouth & was honestly so disgusted i just threw it out. This place used to be my go to spot for a good burger even though it was on the pricier side, but its safe to say ill be refraining from spending my money here in the future. #hairnet

Upscale burger joint with high quality ingredients. Perhaps a bit pricey, but if you ended up trying to make burgers like this at home, with that vast array of toppings and choices, then you would probably spend more. The Obi Wan Kobe Man-Cave is one of my favorites, followed by the Blues Burger.
I should add that the staff willingly and cheerfully accommodated my husband's Keto diet. I find it tedious, and it was great to have someone else take care of it for an evening! You should go there NOW.

Tried a plant-based "knock your plants off vegan bacon cheeseburger" loaded with toppings like tempeh "bacon" and creamy chao cheese! Flavour was delicious. They have various vegan options highlighted on their menu which is nice. Hope to see more vegan options in the future! Great place.

Rude staff. Gross fries. Fatty bacon. Mushy soiling tomatoes. Overly sauced poutine. Will never ever return. 2 burgers and 1 kids meal $75. NOT WORTH IT. Some complaints seem to be consistent.

This place knows how to cook a good burger. Really enjoyed my meal and a delicious milkshake. Good vibe inside and friendly service.

Service was good concedering the fact they made on person work on Victoria day. Food was good, all our buns were burnt on the edges.

Went here recently with my partner and we really enjoyed this location.

The staff were amazing and friendly, coming often to check in on us for drinks or our food. While we didn’t need the help to go through the menu I overheard our waitress at a nearby table going through it with and older couple - and she was extremely patient and kind to them!

The food came before we got too hungry and smelled really good. Just like other locations the portions were big as always (I can never really finish burgers from the works) and super filling. We had come here looking for a good burger and it really hit the spot. We both ordered the kobe-wan burger looking to try something new (I usually always get kamikaze or Greek goddess) and it was definitely worth it.

I called them 4 times, they never picked up my calls. Drove to the place and was waiting a while before the server acknowledged me only to be told there kitchen closed.

The onion rings and nachos were uniquely seasoned and tasted amazing!

Love the burgers. Servers are great but once you've placed your order, expect to wait about a 1/2hr. I guess it is because they are custom made.
One big disappointment is, they have taken the endless list of toppings off the menu. Why would they do that? ! That was the best part of the menu.
Overall, amazing food.but you have to wait.so be patient.

The owner and staffs were really friendly. The food came on time. There were lot of burger options to choose from. The ones that I’ve tried it so far tasted amazing. I really enjoyed “the hangover” burger. The fries and appetizers were also really good. Will definitely be suggesting it to family and friends. And will be returning here. Overall, great service!

Had 1 20 once beer with my burger, onion rings, and a dessert (l had declined the 23 once beer. So thats it. 1 beer with a meal. Food was good. Afterwords a rude waitress started asking if l was planning on driving. Jokingly said lm taking uber. As l walked up to my Jeep this dumb waitress opens the door from back at the restaurant and yells " Sir, u shouldn't be driving! "
I couldn't believe my ears. Prior to that beer l had put a hard days work in and was tired but, really? L drank 1 beer over the course of an hour to have some idiot centre me out in public about driving.unbelievable!

Worst service I have ever experienced no manager and the two girls that served me where so rude. Tyania and Soriyah. I was place on hold for 10 minutes just trying to place my order then after my order was placed I had to wait 40 minutes and the restaurant was not busy maybe 20 people.

Great food.good prices and friendly staff. Delicious cheese stuffed burger. My one complaint is that it is always cold there. Always have to keep my coat on.

After calling for a late Sunday afternoon reservation (took 1 minute of ringing to answer), we were able to book a reservation for a Table of 6 (including 2 children). When we arrived, we needed to wait 3-4 mins to be seated, as it appeared there was only 1 waitress working. After taking our order, we were Shocked when only 3 of the 6 Burgers arrived. We were told that they Had to enter our orders Separately, as there were more than 5 in our party (what!?). The 2nd half of our table (including 1 of the Kid's) arrived apprx 25mins after the first order. My Kobe (Premium Patty) Burger was burned to a crisp. I was so hungry though, I wasn't going to send it back and wait another hour. They DID take 15% off our bill, but to me that wasn't good enough. We won't be back to this location anytime soon.

Burger and poutine were very good. Also extremely expensive. I don’t think I ever paid that much for a burger combo before coming here. 3 stars because the food was unique and is almost worth the price.

Came here on a Friday night. Place wasn't busy but there were people waiting to be seated. Server was nice and got our drinks promptly. Food took longer than half an hour to come after ordering. Burgers were dry and all the food seemed like it was under a heat lamp for a while. Huge selection of unique burgers but maybe they should concentrate on a few and work on the service. Definitely will not be returning. For the prices they charge for burgers you're better off at Jack Astor's or Moxie's. Will not be returning. Shakes are decent though.

Very overpriced. Service is terrible. Ran out of tomatoes, onions, cheese, and bacon - basic burger toppings which seems ridiculous for a burger joint. The food itself was good but not worth the price.

This is a favourite of mine; I go here about twice a month. They sell delicious hamburgers with every thing that goes on top of them or goes along with. Tasty and clean. Happy staff.sa.
