Good place for a burger and a pint. All kinds of different types of burgers. All good tasting. Go! And try one on for size!

This is a great burger joint. You can't go wrong here, most burgers are great. The salads are great too, they are big and filling. The basic poutine is made with vegetarian friendly Gravy for any vegetarian friends trying out the place as well.

Everytime we eat The Works it never fails!
My young ones are picky eaters, but when I had them try the food tonight it was a hit for them. The food came quick and was still hot, something I always worry about when ordering take out. We will definitely be ordering again real soon.

The longest I’ve ever waited for anything almost 2 hours for a burger when I’m the only person in the building. Had 3 different servers. Will not dine in or order online.

Was shown to a table and left there - nobody came to take any orders.walked out (the staff didn't notice).

Simply devine. I added pineapple to my burger and loved it. Reminds me of caribbean BBQ places in Trinidad & Tobago. Food was hot and fresh and made my mouth water. Highly recommend!

I noticed there is zero consistency between locations … the Burlington location is the only location I’ve been to who actually does things right … caramelized onions and sautéed onions are very different …

Delicious food and big portions. They got our order right, everything was ready on time for pickup, and the people were very nice, organized and mindful of current covid restrictions.

The food is amazing. My partner has Celiac Disease which makes it difficult to find take out food which is both delicious and gluten-free but The Works is serious about Gluten-free options. Would recommend this place to all my friends.

2nd visit and after a disappointing 1st they totally redeemed themselves food was killer awesome l had the burger named after me (sexy burger).

With kerbside pick up trying to keep little businesses afloat they did a great job with the order placement to the kerbside pick up good job guys keep it up!

Quick. Efficient. Delicious. Accurate. We have gluten free + vegetarian family members & there was something for the whole fam! Perfect portion sizes. Great value. Would def.order again & again!

We went in tonight for something to eat and Sabrina was the server.
She had great customer service and even delivered to the car.

This restaurant use to be amazing and when we dine in it always is. The one waitress we usually always get is amazing! My fiance and I came here today though and got takeout and i dont think we will be doing take out again. The food was cold and undercooked. They told us 15-20 minutes. We sat outside and went in at 20 minutes late and the employee said it was done for a while.

My fiance's food was not as bad which is why I am giving 3 stars. Mine today was not the best. The dine in service is 5 star, never had an issue with dine in.

Great dinner for my husband's birthday. Had three different types of burgers and everyone was so full and so happy with their food!

Love this place! Such a crafty experience. If you can think of a burger. This place can make it. With lots of options, vegan and gluten-friendly as well which is a bonus. Highly recommend.

Food was perfect and as ordered, however 40 + minutes of delivery left it ice cold. The issue is that the SkipTheDishes drivers try to deliver too many orders to maximize their pay and thus overload themselves in a bid to make more money. There’s your 5 “starts” lololol and I’ve actually deleted skip the cold food er dishes and have given up on them entirely

Burgers were great, my family loved them! I however miss your veggie burger so feel a little disappointed for myself. I do not like the beyond meat so will not try it. I ordered the poutine and it was delicious, just missed out on the protein.

We love the works! We have picky eaters in our house and there is something for everyone! You can totally tell how fresh their meat/food is. One of the best burgers in town!

My Love Goat Burger was amazing, as always! My mom also really enjoyed her Brie burger. Service was great, wish I caught his name but I didn't.

The food was phenomenal as always. We used a food delivery app and everything was packaged well. It arrived hot and delicious! This was my birthday dinner and they did not disappoint! Thank you The Works!

My wife and I just had the works for dinner tonight. Both burgers were excellent. Love the fries. Great dinner.

The customer service at this location is fantastic. Ordered for the first time last night and had a son of a beach burger (so good). Afterwards, I was asked to fill out a satisfaction survey and I mentioned that the meat was a little less cooked than I would have liked. I expected it to be well done and didn’t know that the burgers are cooked to med/well at the Works. Still very satisfied with the meal and I know for next time to just ask for well done. The next day, I received a message from Troy who explained the cooking temperatures and apologized that I was unaware. He sent a coupon for a free burger on my next visit. Totally was not expecting that. Will certainly be back again.
