The burgers were good but it was very expensive and not worth the price in my opinion, however if you have money to spend go here

Amazing experience once again, tonight the owner was my server, he was always looking after us, gave us a free milkshake and anything we needed was always right on time. When he was not helping us he was cleaning tables and always on the go. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome, I would highly recommend this restaurant!

They messed up our order and didn’t care to fix it. The burgers were very burnt and the poutines were terrible. For an almost $30 burger it was worse than any $5 fast food alternative.

I’m addition, I saw a recent review before mine mentioning cockroaches. Although we did not see that I found the owner’s response disturbing. They joked about calling the bomb squad and brushed it off like cockroaches weren’t an issue.

After waiting 1.5 hours for our meal, we received a completely raw chicken burger. The establishment is unsafe and irresponsible

Today I came with my husband and eat food over here, It was so delicious that I want to just wanted to meet the chef but I thought it wouble be silly to do so.but please anyone who come here try tragically maple burger from here.my husband loved it.he was big fan of maple bacon wrapped around patty.

Used to love the works, but every burger came burnt. One was half well done and half medium rare, while the other was burnt on the outside but rare in the inside. There is a difference between charred and burnt. These were clearly burnt, even the replacement burger. The server was kind and voided the burger, but provided a replacement burger that was also burnt and apologized for the same.

We also heard an adjacent table say it is not as good as it used to be.

I thought about to dine in there for months and I finally got to stop by. They were currently renovating so they only had take out available, but I am over the moon that I got to try their food. I loved every bite I had and I definitely recommend to visit. In addition they have perfect service- staff is very friendly and super helpful with recommendations what to try. I will definitely go back there to dine in when I’m back in town.

My third visit here, and each time I've been here, the meal has been excellent. The young boy wearing the opposite cap always adds a little additional topping and makes it so delicious, as I observed when he is working in the kitchen. The sweet youngster thanking me from the kitchen as I was leaving was the best part. For both service and cuisine, I'll award perfect scores of 10/10

The waitress was very friendly, and the food was amazing. The drinks were amazing and I definitely recommend getting them milkshakes best milkshake ever.

I’ve been to two other locations and this was probably the worst. Burger was dry and cold, bun was cold I don’t even think it was grilled or even heated, just straight from the fridge, onion rings were okay. Service was okay and the atmosphere was good too.

Honestly, this was a beyond sad experience and It was my first time visiting Kingston and trying a Works restaurant. The patty and the mushrooms were both burnt, the “caramelized onion” was crunchier than a cucumber.

I don’t know why They even had the patio open in humid and dangerously hot weather, as a result bugs were everywhere and you could see the homeless fight from across the street near the McDonald’s. Really just not the best atmosphere, I didn’t even feel safe.

Great service, amazing burgers, good fries. Please, though, for the love of God, DO NOT order the Kraft Dinner. It was like week-old leftover, reheated in the microwave: dry, clumping together, tasteless, and awful. And it cost extra!

Cockroaches.the place has cockroaches infestation and they know it but they keep it open. Don't go there and waste your money.

The food was amazing, loved the burgers they are amazing across every location I have been too. Service was nice, it was not busy. However, the place was incredibly dirty and unsanitary.everything was sticky and the bathrooms were so gross. It’s not hard to keep clean.

This was a lucky find. Burgers were delicious. Milkshake was well worth the money. Izzy was awesome. A definite spot to go to again when we visit Kingston again.

The food was so delicious and everyone was so kind and helpful! The atmosphere was so fun and welcoming as well. Everything was also really clean. They were also really accommodating of food allergies too! Isabelle was superb and very understanding! She was the best. Overall a 5/5 experience.

The food tasted great! I have eaten a lot of burgers in my life but this one is one of the best I ever ate (juicy lucy)! My server Alex was incredible friendly and she talked me into trying the beer they serve and I have to say I really enjoyed it! Great place - even though it was busy I got served quickly and felt well cared for!

Great looking spot but their food is awful for how much they charge for it, Would be better off going to a fast food spot like five guys or heck even the mc Don' down the road is better.

The waitress we got was very nice, i would have came back only for her she was very helpfull and very present. For her boss: 4th july at 17h. She need a rise. Why 4 star then? The burger was overcook and had so much sauce that we needed to swipe it off with our fries.

I am giving this resturant a 1 star only because it can't be 0. We should have known when we arrived and were told that they couldn't seat our party of 5 adults and 1 child that we should leave, but instead questioned when there was only one table inside seated how could it be possible that they couldn't take us. I will say when seated the waitress was amazing. However after waiting over 90 minutes we were served raw food. I ordered my burger well done and as you can see from the photo is was not. Things only got worse from there. We waisted almost 3 hours without dinner. My advice is to avoid this resturant until a new manager is put in place. There is nothing else that will help this place.

Best burgers ever. No, seriously. We walked in and had a major dilemma trying to choose from the million great options on their menu, and our server Isabelle was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great hints about what we might like. She also worked with us on accommodating our food allergies, and she really went above and beyond during our visit. Their drink selection was great, and the atmosphere, especially sitting at the window, was a vibe. Would 100% recommend.

It was a Monday around 1: 30pm. We were 14 adults plus 6 kids very hungry wanted do dine in enjoy the food and have drinks. But the waitress told us that "Sorry i cant accomodate all of you" "im alone here and there is only one person in the kitchen". I checked the tables there were only 8 customers sitting down already eating. I checked it has plenty of empty tables across the room. So disappointing the company just lost around $800 to $1000 right there. Zero STAR

The waitress who works today in Kingston branch, Monday, July 17,2023 rejected us to eat our lunch in the restaurant. We are 8 adults and we have 2 infants and she is so + rude and impolite when she said she can't take us because they are short staffed. She did not even say sorry nor offered a seat to make us wait for our turn though we saw plenty of vacant seats as there are only 6 people eating there by the time we came in. She is lazy and she is not making the restaurant get a good revenue. Unfortunately, we did not get her name but the management can check the schedule and I hope the management will teach that worker what a good customer service is.

Isabele was an AMAZING server! She worked really hard to make sure that our experience was perfect and handled everything quickly and professionally. 100/10 service

Had dinner here and our server was so amazing and kind. Isabele is probably the best waiter I've ever had.

The staff was amazing. I was not impressed with my order in any capacity, but that's not to say I haven't historically enjoyed the Works. Though comparing two different cities when saying so, I can't say I'd return.
To each their own.

Love this place!
Since the swap of ownership I have seen a positive change in service, staff, and food quality. The servers are lovely and there are so many different options to try, from plain to poutine on a burger!
