The burger was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the poutine was really delicious and above all, staff was so friendly and helpful. Also the in house sauce was out of this world

Each burger is on avg $22. It was a huge rip off in my opinion. This place probably won’t last. When we went, there was not a single person in the restaurant. Probably because prices were way above what a burger usually costs. The meat was dry until we got to the middle where it was a nice medium cook, so that part was a bit more juicy. Overall, the prices vs what you’re getting is totally not worth it.

The burgers were wonderfully prepared and the bottomless fries were fresh as can be. I ordered the burger with mushrooms, sautéed onions and cheddar (Magic Mushroom Melt), and my mom the jalapeño burger (the Kamikaze). The toppings were generous yet not overwhelming.

Lou, the owner and our server this afternoon, was prompt and attentive. He was very thoughtful of our dining experience and generally has a very friendly energy. This combined with the fantastic burgers and fries have made me a fan of this location. The restaurant is also kept clean, and the decor is very cute. I'd suggest a visit with some company:)

I have visited The Works a couple of times since 2018. Since then, the quality of the burgers has noticeably declined. While the burger maintained its appealing appearance, the patty was too dry. The atmosphere and service of the restaurant were good.

Went for my birthday and had the Sk8r Boy burger, and it was amazing, I’ll definitely be having it again!

Love The Works and they’ve made it even better with a juicer beef patty. Highly recommend the food and the amazing staff who work here. BUT NOT happy with the new music they are playing - maybe half the time play this poppy stuff and also play some good ol’ R&R/Blues like you used to? Love ya

If you’re looking for a quick lunch, their lunch menu is great for only $15! You get a burger, side and a mega pop lol our server was very friendly but I forgot his name sadly: (

If you need something for lunch or dinner while in Newmarket, Ontario, this place is a must try! The owner staff are friendly and caring for their customers. One of the items I really like is the Gotta Be KD (Kraft Dinner) Burger with caesar salad on the side. There's other options to choose from as well! I've played 2 Father's Day gigs at this restaurant in 2022 and looking forward to playing there again sometime in 2023.
