The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer

I've been going to The Works on occasion for a few years now and they always have maintained high quality, from the food and service down to the factory theming. The staff are always pretty friendly to talk to and their burgers are among the best in the city. It might be a bit pricey but it's always worth it.

$80 is extremely costly for date night for 2 burgers and 2 beers.
Not worth the vaue

Food was fantastic. Service was great. Seating not so great. We were a table of six and they sat us at a table for four and just added chairs. Very cramped when you are with men who are on the larger side.

This place was amazing. My group and I went last night and the food was amazing but our server, Sydney, was the start of the show! She was so helpful and honestly the best waitress I have ever had. We will definitely be back!

Picked up an order, arrived early. Staff provided very kind service, gave me a table and a drink while waiting. Double checked what extras I needed.

Food was good when I got it and later when I finished it.

Meh. Quality is comparable to five guys with more variety of toppings, price is at the top end.
Burgers are served medium rare despite the server telling us they are medium well. They are also small for the price. Fries inedible. The measuring cups and plastic cafeteria trays are strange.
Concept is good, execution is confused. If you want a real burger, go to Milos.

Service was great, the waitress was kind, patient, and fast! My burger was mediocre & the onion rings were great!

Great food always. Tons of variety, amazing customization options, and everything is super tasty. Our server was new but enthusiastic and friendly. Great gluten free options, and I thoroughly enjoyed my vegan burger. Having had both the meat and vegan options I can say that this location makes both perfectly.

Cool spot. We each had a hamburger and fries. Interesting variety of hamburger choices. We were both happy with our selections. Also ordered a pitcher of beer. All was excellent.

I did find it seemed a bit pricy once the bill came though.

Such a great variety of buger combinations and side orders. The milkshakes look great also, wished I had ordered one instead of Pepsi. Over all great food and great experience! Looking forward eating there again!

The Works is one of the best burger joints I’ve ever had! The amount of customization you can have is crazy and the SPICY DIE CUT CHIPS ARE TO DIE FOR!

Delicious food, friendly waitresses and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend trying any burger with a Wagyu patty.

Great food at decent prices. Only craft beers on tap though. Burger was a little rarer than I would have preferred, but Great pub style foods.

Love the food but came on a Monday night and they closed at 8: 30pm but they said online 10pm.

They’re burgers are awesome! Lots of different options to choose from and the service is quite speedy.

Your experience may Vary Depending upon Time And Personal preference of course, But I Had A Great Time Both visits. I got Only the Bacon cheeseburger and fries/Pouring and they are Yummy. The New Age Bubble IPA is Fantastic, They do not have Corona Beer.

Burger was way to dry to cost 26$. I ordered Piggy with it* exchanged for Elk burger, which yes, lean game is expected to be dry holding less fat content.but that's all the more reason to sauce that Thang up. What little sauce I did taste though, was superb. Juuusst missed the mark for me but yous got some beautiful looking options. I can't say no to trying something else. But just sayin. Lean meat needs to be dressed better, my guy! Thanks though

P.s. One more thing.your Sweet Potato fries.theyre good.but again.no dip? No Chipotle? Sheeesh

I rarely eat out as I must eat gluten free, but I will definitely return for the food and especially for Cassandra who made me feel comfortable and was extremely helpful during the entire process. Thanks again!
