Very Disappointed they hire you they tell you you're on a contract until December and then all of a sudden they pull you in a room 1 day tell you oh there's been cuts you're not working anymore and that's it you're not working from that date even though you were coming in to work that shift that day Very disappointing used to be a really really good place a lot of support now they run it like a business it's crazy

Glad money is going here instead of hardworking Canadian families. Free money and needles for those who wish to destroy their lives and country

Thankfully, the building has been sold to TMU and the sooner TMU gets rid of this place, the better. And please move it far, FAR away.

I pass by this building multiple times a week. The street level is unsanitary and clients loiter near the entrance constantly. This year, there have been tents pitched outside this space with syringes strewn on the sidewalk for days. Public health needs to be finding a balance of safety for its clients and the surrounding community.

As a citizen of Toronto, I would be glad to see more branches of this wonderful service. It is through harm reduction services like those offered here that lives are saved. I have been in recovery a decade, and want to challenge this myth that you must HIT A BOTTOM. Raise the bar, treat people who still use like decent human beings and eventually they will WANT to recover. There will always be a small percentage who don’t, and then it is our job to look after their basic human needs. I am a taxpayer and happy to see my money used to help people rather than line the pockets of big business and the bureaucrats at city hall and
Queen Park.

I have always found the staff accommodating and helpful. The peer workers are welcoming and always remember me, although I do make regular visits to pick up supplies. The facility is immaculately clean whenever I go, and they have done a commendable job of observing COVID protocols while remaining a pleasant and comfortable environment. I would reccrecom this location to both users and those in their lives seeking to be a meaningful support. A great place to get a naloxone kit.

Well-placed, safe (for everyone - users, staff and community) and professional. Medical volunteers needed, maybe.
