You get what you pay for here. The food and drinks are cheap but the service isn’t great cause it’s so busy. Fun with the right group of people but the music is super loud so not a good choice if ur wanting to chat. They have a patio that’s cute when it’s open.

Wait time was short, food was yummy and cheap. The only thing that stopped this from being five stars was that one of the staff had cleared my table when I wasn't done with it. I stepped away for a brief moment to grab some cash to pay (because it's cash or credit ONLY) and poof, the water I had asked for disappeared. Other than that blemish, I'd definitley come back and look forward to a 5 star experience!

Don't go here they only accept credit card and cash and when my credit card is not working i told them that im going to withdraw cash on their machine but their machine is not working so they told us that we can do e transfer and they charge me 296 instead of 250 bucks but they didn't explain to us why they charged us 40 dollars tip they told us that its the troubled we cause because of the payment method just wanna share my experience there. We paid it so we can leave the place and go home:)

We ordered Sun dried tomato pesto penne big bowl, nachos for one, French fries, onion rings and Warehouse Margarita cocktail. Food was decent. Onion rings were too sweet and drinks were just okay. Overall an average experience. Only highlight is the budget friendly food menu.

We were paying and the server goes "you are short" and we said no and she goes "thats actually my tip" like whooooooooooooo does that? I am never coming again, absolutely ridiculous we had barely finished even paying not even the opportunity to leave a tip on the table was given.

This was my first time going to any warehouse location bc I've always heard people talking about a $6 menu with fun drinks. Although the concept of this place is super cute, I feel that the service could have been way better. My main issue was the service.

While waiting for our food, I accidentally spilt my drink after only taking a few sips, so my friend asked our server (I believe her name was Lala) if we could get a replacement of my drink. However, she didn't tell us that she would charge us for a whole other drink in order to replace it. We only realized that she charged us twice for the same drink until after we left. In that situation, she should have informed us that it'll be another charge to get a replacement drink.

From the moment our food arrived to the moment we wanted to leave, our server was MIA. At one point, she was too busy flirting with the 2 guys sitting in the next table to even notice us trying to catch her attention (making eye contact, waving our hands). I even yelled out "excuse me" as she was done flirting/walking away but no response. I had to get up & ask for ketchup from one of the passing servers.

I work as a server too so I'm aware when the service is really poor.

Looks welcoming, different atmosphere once you get inside.

1) As a bartender myself I can certainly tell when a drink has been watered down and I most definitely had a few of mine diluted to the point where it was laughable.

2) The security guards seem like they hate their job. The servers are a hit or miss, if youre lucky you'll get one of the sweet ones, however beware there are a lot of snarky young women working here with a off-putting sense of entitlement.

3) I took a moment to thank my server in general for working through hard times like covid 19, before I could finish expressing my gratitude for everyone working right now she cut me off with "okay I cant talk right now im really busy" I was absolutely shocked. I've never been spoken to this way by a server, let alone while thanking them for their service.

Over all, there are many options for better places to go downtown to grab a drink.

They play the music WAY too loud, so that a conversation is out of the question. However youre not allowed to dance due to COVID 19 restrictions (even though they do not put social distancing measures into effect here. EVERYONE at the bar was sat right next to eachother.) Super bizarre and uncomfortable.
Definitely will never go back and will be recommending other places for people to visit.

Prices are amazing here and i like their food portions too! Staffs are very friendly. But I had to wait for over 20 minutes even there was a table available and food comes out a little late. This is great hangout place!

I mostly come here for the $1.95 beer during the establishment's happy hour from 4-5pm! Just be aware the place is loud so holding a conversation will be a bit difficult. Definitely a good spot for happy hour!

So where do I start.one of the severs that was serving my friend and I, was very rude and had an attitude. Also the food is not as good anymore. I’ve haven’t tried other locations but the Yonge location is awful

Excellent value for food with food all being 5.95 and the portion sizes are good for the price point. Good selection of menu items and nice selection of beer at reasonable prices too.
Music is loud but to be expected with the style of place it is.
Visited during covid physical distancing time and this place definitely does not do very much to ensure physical distancing. People jammed in close together and the whole bar seating was open with no distancing at all.

My friends and I went here recently. The food and ambience was excellent. The sad part was that our waiter who's name I do not remember (female - blonde hair) was really rude to us and was forcing us to kind of give her a tip? Even though we tipped her quite a bit. She interrogated us and told us thay she had to pay for our meal out of her pocket? She also kept coming to our table to show us that tips were necessary and we were rude to her. I was very disspointed. I didn't expect this behaviour from her. She called us rude and then once we tipped her she claimed that we really didn't have to, after we did. I hope this does not happen to anyone else.

Nice place and super cheap but you get what you pay for. Food that's just okay and drinks that are a little watered down. But if you're looking for a cheap night out give it a shot. Just remember its only cash or credit, no debit.

Food was good for the prices (not fantastic but it’s cheap, so makes sense). The service was awful though.took a long time to get serviced, lady we had was inattentive bordering on rude.the workers who actually cared about the customers had way too much going on.also only had one card reader so we had to wait like 15 minutes after we got the bill before we could pay.music was also blasting like a club environment at 3 in the afternoon.overall just a bad experience.

We had an encounter with Natasha at 12: 30 and advised us that shes the manager. We were standing in line and a group of folks come and walk right in as they knew one of the employees. After talking to natasha she told us that she is the general manager and has the right to let people on a priority basis regardless of people standing in line and waiting. Would avoid this bar at all costs.

Was a really chill atmosphere. Loved the lights & huge window looking out onto the busy sidewalk. Servers were friendly and the price was reasonable. I went in the late afternoon for a quick beer & meal, however, I'd definitely try it out for late night adult beverages Overall, my experience was pretty good. Check it out if you get a chance!

Ok! Honest review I went to this place with my friend's service was very bad waited for food more than an hour, sitting was average they didn't even clean table. The food we good was cold and the taste was average and worst parts was when we paid bill server said where is my tip, my friend told her we didn't like service they she started behaving rudely at that time we don't want to spoil other time we paid her tip. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I wish I can give minus review

Not at all pleased with natashas attitude.she was fully biased towards us as she let in other customers before us even though we were waiting in line for a table.natasha should not be suitable for a manager position.please hire a new manager for Warehouse as she lost a group of 6.

The first time I came here, there was no line up (it was during lunch). The food came very fast, and the waiter was also very helpful and friendly. I got the Chaing mai bowl, and it was quite delicious with a bunch of ingredients and different textures. It had noodles similar to udon, with a sweet and slightly spicy sauce. The second time I came was for dinner, and my experience was much different. The waiter seemed to be quite busy, and was not easy to reach. The food took a fairly long time to come, perhaps 30-40 mins. I got the mushroom Swiss burger with soup. The food itself was delicious, and the burger patty was tender and juicy. The soup I had had quinoa and carrots and was good but slightly salty. I had to take off a star for the music which could be a bit less loud as to talk to your friends without yelling. Another star was taken off for the inconsistent service.

My husband and I visited this place tonight. We enjoyed the music and thought it had reasonably food considering the price.
However i have never experienced such poor and confrontational service in my life.
The waitress took our order and asked once if we were ok. That was the height of her involvement in our meal. Other servers gave us our meal and they looked pretty miserable too. Our initial waitress was hard to hear, appeared disinterested and walked away before I could finish giving my order properly. I felt she didn't warrant a tip. Before we left she approached our table and quite confidently asked why we had not tipped her. She was extremely rude and wouldn't leave us alone. She stood over us and kept repeating herself, she told us that as we hadn't tipped her she would have to take money out of her wages to make up the difference in the shared tipp jar.
When I was walking out another waitress walked right into me, i felt it was pretty rude and likely due to the non tipping incident.
I think the manager needs to speak to this member of staff, I notice another review has had a similar experience and obviously this is not a one off. I wouldn't return, there are much nicer places in Toronto to visit and give your hard earned money to.

*update when served the bill and the waiter deceived us by not showing the total on the credit card screen which already included gratuity but our waiter skipped that screen and deceived us into thinking we had to pay tips but in reality it was already included in the price she put in which means if you selected the cheapest option, the waiter would have received 40% tip. That is redicoulouis.
The food was pretty good, except everything was cold.
There was also a terrible audio system, treble blaring so loud it'll break your ears. Do yourselves a favour and please get a proper audio system installed or turn down your treble controls on your mixer. I want to enjoy my drinks and food, not go deaf.

Super slow service, took more than 30 mins for dessert to come, the server didnt even introduce herself, had to ask if anyone is going to be coming to us to take our order, donuts came 35-40 mins late and she didnt even come to tell us its going to be taking time, she literally just dissappeared for that long, i had to ask her myself, when they finally arrived the entire plate of 8 donuts were burnt.when i pointed it out, all she said was let me know if it tastes different? Which it did but clearly seemed like very much inconvenicne for her to be there to begin with, when i finally chased her down again for the bill she then rememembered to ask if donuts were okay.lol service here is a joke.
