I appreciate this place! Dr. Bhakti Sura is my physiotherapist and he is just awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional and patient.

This is my second visit for a different case. I came back here even though I'd moved out of Toronto, I came back because my experience last year was great. My Dr.bhakti explains your condition and treatment thoroughly, and works with you to get better each day.

Also, I appreciate the receptionists, they are warm and polite. Keep up the great work Thermax Rehab Centre.

Been visiting Theramax for about a year now. It all started because of severe lower back pain that wouldn’t allow me to walk without limping. I saw chiropractor initially for my lower back. We did some sessions of acupuncture and other exercises. Then eventually for mid back and neck pain I was moved to Bhakti, Physiotherapist. Went through different exercises and stretches on regular basis and now I see myself fully recovered and few more visits. Team is really cooperative regarding rescheduling as well. I’d definitely recommend Theramax to friends and family.

Excellent place for physiotherapy - helped restore 99% of ROM post rotator cuff surgery within the first 6 weeks following bed rest!

Amazing team from Bakhti the physiotherapist who not only treated my hip and back pain but gave me proactive treatment and excercises to Summer the only RMT I've met who actually made me say 'uncle' as I asked for deep muscle treatment and got it to chiropractic and chiropody for my foot pain
The family doctors and pharmacy on site also help making it a one stop shop

The appointment was well organised and punctual. The physiotherapist balanced professionalism and etiquette. The therapist was able to identify the problem. In about 6 sessions, I was able to move painfree. I felt that the therapist at Theramax Rehab are experienced and knowledgeable. The advice given was easily understood and well communicated. It was an excellent experience altogether. Highly Recommend.

Bhakti was awesome. My mom felt really comfortable working with him. He understands and speaks many of the south Asian languages so my mom could communicate with him very confidently. He was really affectionate towards my mother. He really helped her with her mobility. She couldn’t even move initially.

Bhakti is an exceptionally talented physiotherapist. He will patiently listen and discuss an issue until he understands it thoroughly, think it through, assess the problem, and start resolving it right away. I am able to maintain a very active life into my 60's with his help.
I have to travel across town to see him but it's worth it.

I've been searching for a decent physio for a long time. Thermax definitely checked many of my boxes where others lack. First, they are local and very close to home. The facility is clean and was being sanitized constantly throughout my visit which is nice to see during a pandemic. Second, their appointments are flexible which accommodate my busy scheduling. Finally, the physio was professional. During the appointment not only did he perform rehabilitation, but he explained how I could prevent future injuries and taught me some exercises to help with recovery.

Theramax Rehab Centre is an excellent clinic with multiple providers who are able to assist you with your health issues. They have a wide variety of services under one roof which makes it a one stop shop. I have used their services and have nothing but high regards for AJ, Sarath and Bhakti. They are passionate about patient care and getting great results from Physiotherapy rehab.

Both Sarath and AJ are very professional. They helped me improve movement of my shoulder within four weeks. I highly recommend Theramax.

The clinic is well kept and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They put in their best effort with every patient they receive.

Thera max staff is very friendly and supportive. They timely remind an upcoming appointment and have application for home exercises. My physiotherapist AJ is very knowledgeable and helpful. They have an app for the exercises with videos etc, it also reminds you to do the exercises. Highly recommend!

Physio was great. Guiyi was very informative, new what he was doing, and made me feel very comfortable. I look forward in working with Guiyi throughout the year, to get my back in better shape! After years of needing relief, I am glad I am finally taking the right steps, by starting with Theramax!

With an abundance of rehab centres out there, finding the right clinic can be a tedious task.

From my first visit, to follow up sessions the team at Theramax was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The staff always conducted themselves in a professional manner - the best part of my visits? They never made me feel like a client, more like family!

I have been to Thermax rehab recently and was amazed with the services offered. I was in search of a good physio around the Markham road area in Scarborough and have been very much just moving from clinic to clinic (it’s a tiresome exercise- the right clinic that can actually help you recover from the pain). Finally I could happily say, I was able to find a permanent clinic for my requirement. I have been visiting them since past 2 months with regards to my ankle injury and what I observed is that the physio here invested real good time in understanding my pain and the concern area also explaining me the reason for the pain (so that I can be more careful next time) and the exercises that helped me in the due course to completely recover from the pain. I am so happy that I could get back to action and enjoy the rest of the summer staying active. I would highly recommend anyone who would want to fix up a physio specially for a long term basis.
They are my family physio now.
