I recently had the pleasure of experiencing several therapy sessions with Jimmy, who is an incredible massage therapist. His expertise in fascia release techniques is truly remarkable and showcases his deep understanding of the human body. From the very first session, it was evident that Jimmy possesses a wealth of knowledge in his field, which he applies with great skill and care.

What sets Jimmy apart is his holistic approach to therapy. He doesn't just focus on temporary relief but works to identify and treat the root causes of discomfort and tension. His techniques are thorough and tailored to individual needs, ensuring that each session is as effective as possible.

Having undergone multiple sessions with Jimmy, I've felt significant improvements each time. The relief and benefits I've experienced are not just temporary but have contributed to a noticeable enhancement in my overall well-being and mobility. It's rare to find someone who can deliver such profound results consistently.

I cannot express enough how much Jimmy has helped me. His professionalism, combined with his friendly and reassuring demeanor, makes every session a truly healing experience.

Love the environment here! Have been to multiple RMTs in the beach but Jimmy has been the favourite of my husband and I.

I honestly did not like it, in one hour my massager hardly did anything, I did not feel relaxed at all. Not a pleasant experience

Had a massage with Alyse and it was amazing! I felt like I was in excellent hands the whole time. I've been having trouble sleeping lately and I had one of the best sleeps I've had in a while that night!:) I will be back!

Love this place. And I recommend Michael hands-down. Exceptionally skilled, professional, kind, gives you space to chat or relax in peace. I've been to many RMTs over the years, and he's the only one I've gone back to. Finds all the knots with expert hands. (I'd esp.urge women to see beyond the gender of your RMT when booking your next massage here!)

Yazdan changes lives.

I exercise a fair bit and he has me feeling so much more mobile and able to keep doing what I’m doing without injury. More importantly my mom was in a fender bender and was having neck issues for six month. Chiro, massages weren’t doing the trick. I think it was 3 sessions with yazdan and she was finally back to herself.

I have been going to the therapy lounge for a few years now.for massage and manual osteopathy. My massages are always great! And I have to say that Yazdan my Osteopath Manual Therapist is amazing. He can magically make the pain, ache, and any stuck areas go away. Thank you Yazdan! So much better! If you have not been to an osteopath yet. I highly recommend it.your body will thank you.

This is a really lovely space and I enjoy coming here for Osteopathic treatments. I highly recommend seeing the Osteopath Yazdan. He is the best Osteo I have seen (I have seen 4 others for mid back pain), his approach truly is holistic and effective!

I always feel better after seeing Jenna Linton (osteopath) who uses different techniques to loosen tight areas and gives advice on exercises/stretches to try at home.

I hardly ever leave reviews but I felt I had to leave one this time because of the legendary massage from Jennifer Norman at Therapy Lounge that I had last night. Not only was she super kind and understanding when I showed up 15 minutes late, she identified misalignments that I felt but didn't know I had and made a major impact on my comfort and mobility in 60 minutes. I will 100% be going back regularly.

Osteopath, Jenna Linton, is excellent! I tried many therapists before being referred to her and since being treated by Jenna my pain is manageable.

Don't go here if you value your time. While the service providers are pretty decent it's a highly unreliable place to go. They cancel on you last minute and sometime don't even bother to call you when they have a scheduling conflict, so you show up and they cancel on you once you're already there. Spend your money where people will respect your time, appreciate your loyalty and don't jerk you around.

I've been seeing Nicole for massage for several months now and her intuitive touch is exceptional. As an RMT myself, I need to keep my body functioning optimally and I've been so happy with the quality of care I receive from her at each and every treatment.
