Awesome experience renting a machine. I got quotes from a few companies. Most charge $100+ In delivery fees both ways. Paid $50 to have the machine before 11am and it was here by 9. Don who delivered gave me a run down on how to operate. Don’t look anywhere else for a rental.

Graeme and his team were great to work with; they were very accommodating to us and got us the exact equipment we needed. Mitch was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the drop off and pick up of the equipment too. Definitely recommend.

I have never rented equipment for personal use before and these guys made it easy. I was doing a large concrete patio in my back yard so I needed a mini skid steer and tamper. The online chat helped me to make sure I was getting the right equipment and that I booked it properly. They have the best rates I could find and the equipment was in extremely good condition. They delivered nice and early so I was able to start on my project right away. Any time I need to rent something I am definitely trying the rental guys first.

It was my third time that I rented from them. Decent and polite staff. New and top of the line tools for rent. They made renting tools very convenient. Fair prices. Overall it was a very good experience with them and they are my go-to rental company from now on and definitely I would recommend them to everyone

While building a home you often find yourself in situations where you require equipment or tools A LA MINUTE and simply cannot wait days. I was so incredibly grateful to have found The Rental Guys online and that Graeme replied to my message within MINUTES with the availability of a kubota to suit our needs -> on a Saturday! Despite local highway road closures, The Rental Guys had the kubota delivered within less than 2 hours allowing us to continue on with our work! This saved us time, effort, energy and money.

I can't say enough about the incredibly awesome and kind customer service we received. Thank you Rental Guys! We will definitely be using you again! Sorry for posting the original review under a different location!

Had an extremely good experience renting a diesel powered wheelbarrow from this company. Mitch their driver was extremely helpful in explaining the use and operation of system and the delivery was done early in the morning with a pickup the next day at 1pm. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to other businesses or residential customers. Thanks Mitch!)

I used The Rental Guys in Mississauga for a Tractor rental. Graeme was awesome! He helped me with which product I needed, trained me on the tractor when he delivered, and added a last minute Auger on a weekend phone call.
PLUS, CHEAPER than the big box stores. No charge for delivery, UNLIKE the others that jack you with delivery and accessory extras. GREAT EXPERIENCE. I highly recommend them

We rented a lift for a very important job. Prepaid as per their policy. Driver did have an issues meeting our tech on site. We were willing to wait and postpone our job if he could simply return to the site with our lift within the day, pay whatever surcharges they would deem fair. Stated he had no more lifts to rent to us. Meaning he either double booked or re-rented our lift which we were suppose to have for 24 hours. Extremely disappointed by their local owner as this was an important contract for us to fulfil. Had previously rented from them, would advise you do not rent going forward. Customer service is not their forte, especially considering they are suppose to be dealing with other businesses with money on the line.

Everything went so smoothly I felt compelled to write a review. From the excellent online ordering systems, fair pricing, on time delivery as promised and the machines I rented were in great condition. My project was a success. Thanks to the team, your customer service was fantastic. Will definitely recommend others to use them.

It was an amazing experience working with the Rental Guys from start to finish. The ease of transaction, communication, and understanding was on par. I would highly recommend this particular company, location, and Mitch and Graham.

The website to book is user-friendly and within minutes I was able to register an account and book my reservation.

The ability to communicate with Mitch by message (other than directly calling) is an important feature for me. Having three young children in the house, my ability to continue to communicate with them definitely facilitated and eased the overall experience.

Hired Hilti 3000 (concrete breaker) to remove big block from backyard. I booked the machine on Saturday evening and got delivery on Sunday morning. Very professional and great value for money compared to other options
