I had a great experience with Things Engraved getting custom engraving on glasses for a gift. I went to the location on Belgreen Dr.to see if they could customize the engraving more than the online tool was allowing. Will was super helpful in the store to produce some mockup designs for me to review and it was fast turn around time for the engraving. I'm really pleased with the finished product and I'll definitely be back for future gifts! Thanks so much!

I bought a custom pin for my work got it home went to pin on my shirt and it broke. I tried to get in touch with the company and their is no direct phone line.

I just called to inquire about an order I placed 8 days ago. Standard shipping is supposed to take 7-10 days. Warranted weekends don't count so I called to see if I could expedite the order because I need it here in the next 3 days max. The customer service agent who answered was being drowned out by 2 men talking very loudly next to her and she made no attempt to move or tell them to be quiet. I could not hear one thing she said the entire time. At the end she SCREAMED I talked to my supervisor and we cannot expedite this at any cost. So unprofessional, so annoying, so rude, I don't know when this order will arrive and with that level of unprofessionalism I wish I didn't even order it. Go somewhere else- no wonder this company is going bankrupt they have zero customer service skills and clearly have incompetent employees. There isn't even another number or option or call so you can imagine how little employees they must have right now.

Delivery was amazingly quick, especially for a custom order.
I ordered the Classic Beer Pint - 16oz glasses. I wish this review would appear with the product as it would have influenced my decision.
These should be called 16oz Beer Glasses - not Pint Glasses. In Canada a legal bar pint is 20oz. When I opened the package I was very underwhelmed by the size. In fact it doesn’t hold a tall boy. I was looking for pint glasses and foolishly assumed that these would be larger (despite saying 16oz which meant nothing to me) Overall nothing wrong with the quality of glass or imprint. If you don’t drink tall boys then they’re a great product. I just wish I had ordered actual Canadian pint glasses.

Ordered engraved gifts 2 weeks prior to Xmas Eve. Was told only takes 5 business days to receive them. Contacted customer service before Xmas Eve to track my order, no response until Dec 29th, just was told they are not responsible for when the order is actually received by the customer.

Haven’t received my order and don’t know when I will. So can’t tell anything about the engraved things ordered. But they have offered the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. No customer care at all! Strongly not recommend for any orders from them unless you expect huge disappointment.

Updates:
Received the order in 4 weeks finally (don’t believe their 3-5 business days trap) just to find the engraving was wrong. They put 2005 instead of 2015, so changing 5-year birthday into 15-year!

A total garbage and waste!

The staff at things engraved recently rushed a last-minute holiday gift order for me when no other company could.they produced the item and shipped it to my parents' house surprisingly fast in plenty of time for christmas.their communication during the process was top notch.clear and fast.a truly five-star experience at a very reasonable price.thanks especially to rona in customer service!

Terrible customer service! I've called numerous times only to be given the automated message to leave my name and number to have someone get back to me. The chat on the website is even worse! They asked me for my order number, i gave it to them, they said it was incorrect and stopped responding to my questions.

Never again! Sent me different product then I ordered. They don't reply for emails and calls in cusomer service. Can put 55$ in garbage and will be happier.

Very happy with my purchases, fast delivery and good quality. I will be shopping with them again.

Purchased a gift for our granddaughter, since the Covid forbit us from going to you store, I was very impressed on how easy it was to order a personalized gift. I was also amazed at the delivery, it actually arrived on the date you told me it would.

Shopping online was easy, shipping was super fast and affordable. Product selection is pretty decent online. I was looking for a more affordable medical ID and was able to find one at Things Engraved. My only two comments would be that it would be nice if the bracelet came in other colours than just rose gold, and also that the font is so tiny it is kind of hard to read unless you are incredibly close. Very happy overall!

I recently purchased a Christmas ornament, marriage certificate tube, and a dog tag. The order came in the mail very fast. The ornament was perfect but i was a little disappointed with the engraving on the dog tag and the tube so i contacted Rona from customer service. She responded right away and said she'd send out new ones. I thought i'd have to wait a while for the new ones to come in the mail since they were waiting on a shipment but the replacements came in the mail within a week of me contacting them.
The new ones were perfect. I love them and can't wait to give my husband them on our anniversary.

Product was good quality, shipping was fast. Engraving wasn’t what I expected, not quite as good as picture shows. Great selection I plan on purchasing more.

I was very pleased with the service. I received my product quickly and in great condition. It was supposed to take 7 business days and it was delivered in 4 business days. Excellent! The engraving was completed beautifully. I am disappointed that there are no actual stores to shop at and didn't realize you could order online. We stumbled upon it accidentally when we were searching for places that do engraving. Glad to know we can still order online. The search function on the website could use some work as I had trouble finding the card case. You have to use the correct wordage. For example you had to type in card case instead of business card holder.

Product was made of quality, very happy with it. But they forgot to put the engraved plate in the mail, so I had to make 2 trips to the post office. In which is an hour drive one way.

Product was exactly as described and the engraving was flawless. Arrived within estimated delivery timeframe. I will certainly use this service again! Thank you!

I have always found ordering from Things Engraved to be very easy and quick. There is something for everyone on their website. The items have always been great quality. The items i have purchased in the past always arrive before, or right on time without delays. Usually within the same day I order I will recieve a package has been sent email. This last item was a gift, my niece was very happy to receive it.

I had an order with this company that i placed on the 6th of February.it was a gift for my girlfriend on the valentine day! I asked them after placing the order to include her name instead of me on the parcel so in case her parent picked it up knows that it is for her (as they do not know my name). I got their confirmation and everything should be fine! But first of all, the connection with them was terrible, they never responded to any of my calls and i was making international calls every time! They respond very late to the emails! And they were rude in some of their replies and they asked me a question concerning my relationship with her parents that i was surprised and ashamed why they did so! All in all, the product was returned to them because as i expected, they did not include my Gf name on the parcel.after that i sent more than 6 to 7 emails and they never responded to any of which, i kept calling them and they did not answer at all (excusing themselves with the business shutting down). Until, i warned them in my last email that i am going to report this case, then they did a move and finally yesterday responded to me by what i explained before about asking personal questions that is not of their business.at the end, i want to say, they ruined my surprise and they even lied to me saying the parcel was shipped yesterday but they just sent it today and it will not reach her until Monday night so technically that is around a month just to get what i asked for a valentine gift from them!

Left several messages and call asking to return my call as my order has not been recieved and it was placed on Feb 14,2020.its feb 27th today yet not return calls or reply to emails!

Fantastic people to work with. They're very knowledgeable and know how to get things done in their retail and distribution arenas. Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to others just walking by, are polite and friendly. It's a pleasure doing business with Things Engraved.
