Monica at the reception is so nice. It's my first time coming to this office. She was so courteous the second I entered. Then she also offered me water while it was 30 degree outside. She was also patiently and willingful to discuss my difficulty to find their office since the building is lack of directory or signs. Now this is customer service. And she is the perfect role model of delivering excellent customer service.

I worked with Brian and I can confidently say that I’ve never worked with a more professional and polite gentleman! I had been planning the purchase of a vehicle and needed insurance the next day. If I could rate them lower I would.
Worst insurance company I have ever encountered. They sent me a renewal for 1,500 for the year, on a 11 year old car.they wanted me to pay it in one payment when I called to say I needed to make monthly payments they gave me a big run around then sent me another statement saying they wanted 300 a month. When you try and call as soon as you give them your policy number they won't put you through to anyone you just get an automated machine and they never return your call.

My broker didn't work for me. About the insurance policy, for the client. The customer was at a disadvantage. The broker didn't deliver the story for me to the insurance company. They delivered it only when I asked desperately. Even now, brokers make excuses and say they don't know. I'm leaving thinkinsure now.

If you really want to pick this company to do your car insurance, don't ever choice the broker name Chichi Mai. She Will NEVER answer your call and solve your problem.

Apparently the website states that you open at 8: 00 am. One message says you are not open currently and the other one asks you to leave a message? I have had terrible service since my agent no longer exists and it is just a call centre. I will be rethinking this company.
