Excellent selection of cuisine alternatives. The food was of mediocre quality and taste, despite the excellent overall service. By the way, the chicken roll turned out very good.

If you ask for chicken biriyani, you will get veg biriyani with thandoori chicken piece. Disappointed.

Beware, VERY UNHEALTHY FOOD, so many items full of oil as they probably re-fry them, and prices gone up by certain items by 50 %, always used to pay cash to save money but now they charge taxes on cash without providing proper invoices

Worst guys, I ordered chilli chicken and it’s getting smell, during take out I was asked them is it fresh? They said yes, after coming to home getting smell.

I tried this place out for first time and ordered the mutton biryani, mutton kothu and chili chicken kothu. The biryani was okay but kothu roti wasn't good. It tasted doughy and didnt have any green chilis. Disappointed

Just read the reviews. This place has become absolute garbage! Don't waste your time or money. Mutton rolls are more like potato rolls, there is maybe 1 piece of meat at best. Meat curries aren't fresh and go bad the next day. Food is cold. They forget items in your order or try to cheat you out of items. Example: if you order a veggie meal, it used to come with each curry in its own small separate container, good for at least two meals. Now they just pile a spoonful of each curry on top of the rice and that's it. The veggie meal usually comes with two appalam and dry chilli, but if you order and pay for a separate order of appalam which is 4 pieces, they omit the two that they use to give with the veggie meal, so you're expecting 6 in total, and only end up with 4.
Prices gone up, service and quality gone way down. And seems like everyone there could care less. They should get a visit from public health inspector.

However, they gave wrong order on doordash two times. I took a credit back, but it still doesn't reimburse the delivery fees, charges and taxes, etc for those two orders.

I bought some mutton rolls, I requested them to pack it in box and they said it cost. 50 cents - it is very strange that they charge for it (unlike other shops) and the cashier was arguing / sarcastic, it is not acceptable behavior for a front ending customer service person

Low cost, excellent quality meals. They serve South Indian food. My recent regular is chicken 65 - tastes amazing! We always go there for their fresh vadas!

Whenever we visit Brampton, we take something from here for snack. It has good vegetarian South Indian food options. The price is responsible and the Staff is friendly.

I have tried their different rice menus, they are not up to standards and didn’t taste good at all! Specially their lump rice and fried rice. I don’t recommend this place.

Amazing non veg starters- fish cutlet, egg roll, mutton roll are delicious. Their medu vada is nice, crispy and fresh always. My to go place whenever we are that side of town. The only thing is food is spicy. So if you are mild spice eater, avoid the place.

Food is cheap and tasty but NOT HEALTHY at all. Me and my roommate got food poisoning and diarrhea after eating their food. Never coming back.

Good South Indian/ Srilankan food at reasonable prices.
The best part is all of the people working here are HUMBLE and are HAPPY to serve you unlike some places I've been to and they charge you for food but behaves like they are obliging you and as if they are giving you for free.

Sorry to say I know this shop and the owner for last 8 years, this shop was so good before but now they have increased the price which is okay. Today I pick up the food the quality, and quantity gone down even the food is not hot. If customer not happy business goes down may be ending with closing the restaurant.

Worst food. The food we got today was old, probably made yesterday, even though we asked the person who serviced before ordering and he confirmed it is fresh. It was the worst quality, not worth the money you pay.

The service is good, their food is fresh and tasty too. This is the third visit to them and I don't think I am going to stop. Friendly staff too. Must try their 'Bonda' if you have a sweet tooth. Got some 'parathas' as well. Nice and soft too.

Well, what can I say, if you want a tooth extraction for a cheaper price just buy the mutton biryani and one bite into the mutton meat problem solved, tooth removed; extremely hard meat that is practically not chewable. Now if you want a deep intestinal cleanse, (no ex-lax needed) I suggest buying the roti.

We ordered yesterday the veg and rice friday special ($8). He already had rice in the packet which makes me think he gave us old rice. The rice was hard. I ate it yesterday and today I woke up with upset stomach. Do not reccommend.

Thinusha offers the best Sri Lankan, Tamil and Kerala food delicacies. The staff are very cheerful and friendly. Very reasonable pricing and catering is very affordable. Taste is really really good. My favorite is string hoppers and deviled chicken.

Used to love this place earlier. But the customer service is all time low now. The person at the counter is super rude when handling customers.
I had placed a phone order and was asked to pick up in 15-20 mins. When reached there after 20 mins, it was not ready, and they had forgot the order and had to wait in restaurant again.
When complained that it has 45 mins since I ordered, he got irritated and even checked his phone call history to confirm and no apologies later too.

I hear many bad customer experience from my friends too.

I am in Chicago right now.and there is nothing like this there. Chicago sucks. I am so depressed. I miss mutton rolls, Cutlets.lamprais. I need to get to Canada. Sooo much butter chicken and paneer garbage in Chicago.soo many north Indian restaurant.

Great selection of Sri Lanken food. Staff were helpful to pick out a good variety for a non Sri Lanken. Prices are cheap such as a couple of dollars for a snack or sandwich sized item.

This place makes Sri Lankan food, but the food is similar to Indian cuisine. So if you love Indian food or wanna try some Sri lanka food head to this place. The reason I love this place is for their Paratha, Fish Balls, and Mutton Rolls. The curries are awesome too.

Value for money is missing! This is not Sri Lankan Tamil restaurant. It is owned by Indian Malayalee. The food quality is getting atrocious. I ordered 2 egg kuthurotti portions. When I came home, there was hardly any egg fragments visible. So, it was obvious, only 1 egg had been added for 2 portions. True enough, it tasted like plain parotta with salt. There was hardly any onion.

This place is a gold mine. Good Taste and Good Quantity and Good Price. I hope they don't increase the price again.

A better restaurant which have a traditional taste. I have tried many restaurants in toronto and Scarborough. But, thinusha is far better than them.
Rates are comparably same with others. A best option in brampton.

My buddy Aaron working there always makes good food. It’s not because of my buddy I’m saying. It’s because of the taste & quality of food.

I went to pick up my phone order and I am waiting 20 minutes to pickup my oreder. The man who he is working there in the front always he is yelling at me infront of other peeple, and he did not even give my whole order. He said everything inside the bag but when i open the bag 10 pecies missing. So he lied to me. He is very unfrofisanal.please check your oders when you get from them.

On our way back to London Ontario, we stopped to buy some various food (Kotthu, Biriyani, Lamprice, Singapore noodle, crab curry, string hoppers, egg roti, wada etc.as soon as we came home open the food most of the foods (Biryani, Singapore noodles, Kottu) smells horrible. The taste of the meats are bad, it seems like they used left overs meats a lot. Lamprice has no taste at all. The portions are bigger. We just ate Lamprice and next day we all got sick. Waste of money!

Mutton and veggie rolls are mostly potato, seeni sambol bun too sweet and dry but Kothu Roti are great. The veg Kothu could use more variety of veggies. Mutton Kothu was excellent with little fat and meaty!

We go there mainly for the Idiappam (string noodles). Their chicken noodles and mutton fry are also very good. So are their dosas. All their vadas are tasty and authentic. Stay away from the fried chicken though. We always end up buying a lot of food and snacks from here as they all look very tempting snd delicious

Sorry to say we order food on Friday august 6th
took it home.we ate some of the food. Put the rest of it in the fridge.next day.the food was spoil.we all ways some times put left overs into the fridge.and it has been okay.this time the food was SPOIL and rotten. Never out there food into the fridge. Be care full about what you order for this place.don't order two much it will go bad after one night in the fridge.

They have all Indian varieties of food, tasty, Saturday and Sunday are very busy days. Clean and tasty.

This Sunday we bought Chicken dum biriyani, mutton rolls, milk hoppers, paruppu vada, and vaipan. All of them are very delicious. I recommend to everyone also I visit frequently.

Food is not at par we ordered for a party and the food was a flop not worth ordering would not go again

The LAMPRAIS (Meat Curry and Veg Curry Rice Mixture On A Banana Leaf) was absolutely bad tasting. The mutton curry portion was small, tasteless and dry. The veg curry was tasteless and foul smelling. Instead of putting a fish fry.they substituted with a burnt fried fish ball. I am very disappointed with this particular dish at this restaurant. Strongly advise against it.

Great customer service. It is available on Ubereats and employees politely attend calls when making an order. Friday-Sunday, they are known for their banana-leaf special lamprais (chicken, mutton, squid, vegetable, etc.). It is something someone should consider trying out if they haven't. Service tends to be slow during peak hours (lunch and late afternoon), so it is best to avoid these times or order ahead to avoid long wait-times.

Love the spinach vada and coconut chutney. Prices are very reasonable. Sambar seemed little different but I haven't tried.

Food was OK but customers service was bad, not much of English for communication. Then at the end after paid, I didn't leave much tips since it was a pickup order the lady behind the counter start to ask where was my mask? I have medical exemption and I was in there the whole time until the end. After told her I have medical exemption she kicked me out, remember this was after I paid for my food. I guess I won't go back there ever

I have a question - I've tried to order from you on doordash recently, but the order got canceled saying it can't be fulfilled. I am not sure why, when the restaurant shows open on doordash, and the items I ordered didn't show as being sold out. I tried to order several different items at the time, not sure why none of them items were able to be fulfilled. Would you please let me know why this happened?

Lot of variety foods, the price is reasonable. If you haven't tried kothu porotta, you should try it.

Oily and fatty food, poor service, they consistently get the order wrong or bill wrong, stay away from this place if you care for your health.

Coming here since they open their food choices and everything seems to getting better but the customer service is getting worst everyday I walked out of their number of times due to waitting for long time for the food I ordered over the phone or they just don't care who been waitting they ll just help people who just walked in. Getting sick of these poor service and I'll have to take my business else where.

I bought Kothu rotti here price little much. And I did phone call my order, they said come to 5 minutes after ; 5 minutes after I gone over there, my order not ready, they make I come after, I waiting overethere more some minutes for my order. No good customer service.

Authentic Srilankan Tamil good. Devil mutton and chicken are spicy and tasty. Their spring poppers alias idiyaappam is fantastic. Most of the items are economical and cost effective. I would suggest this place if you want to have outside food but at the same time spend less money.

Price is good. Had to wait long without any reason (no other customer were there that time). Happy to have seatings to eat there. Last time I didn't find option for dine-in. Some spicy items that has to be hot are sweet taste here. May be it's their signature.

Nice small eating joint for srilanka and tamil food, their taste is very much like home cooked meal. Prices are very nominal. These guys are very popular for take out food. Tried their dosa with sambhar which was very different then regular dosa joint. My Tamil friend recommended this place and is of the opinion that taste of food home like. They serve lot of fried snacks like vada, cutlet, rolls etc.

Food is great but the service is very very slow. They have enough people working at the back but at the front not enough.

Their mutton curry is the worst. O have tried several times but all the time the mutton is very undercooked, it is hard and chewy. Will have to do a pressure cook before you can even eat. Learned the lesson now, no more mutton curry from this place.

Inexpensive Tamil food. They have both veg and Non Veg. Good service and good taste, clean and friendly staff. They do not necessarily open at 9 am sharp and some items like vada and chutney are not available at 9 am, sometimes. I recommend this restaurant for good Tamil/Srilankan food.
