The doctors here are great. They're compassionate and actually listen to you unlike other places and make recommendations based on that.

Although I do wish it was easier to make appointments and wait times over the phone weren't as long

They do NOT answer their phone. It's awful. It truly is. Someone needs to address this.

This is ongoing daily, it has nothing to do with any one particular day. Even when the Doctor is in, it's impossible to get anyone.

As for the Doctor perhaps not being available? It takes one minute to change the answering machine message. Enough of the excuses. U need to own it

Dr Faraj is the best Dr. No question about that. Staff is really nice. But you will be lucky if your call gets through. Someone I know is a patient here. And she always complaints. She wants to go to a new family physician, but it's hard to find good doctor. Because this doctor is really good. U can get an appointment in no time here, but to get an appointment first your phone call must go through. And the worst thing is they never reply ur msgs. So my friend is kinda stuck. Just 2-3 day's ago she told me that she was trying to call since 9 in morning till afternoon, but no luck.
So I hope that the management better work on this issue before they start loosing their patients.

The clinic charged $140 for a TB test and then charged $20 on top of that for a doctors note to provide the result in writing.

Dr. Didnt wipe the opened ample like should be done. He didnt know the patient was a registered nurse who knows how a TB test should be subcontaneously done but it wasnt.

In the 22 years that I've lived in Ontario (moved here from another province), I've been extremely fortunate to be able to call Dr Angela KHanna my family doctor. Every time I come in to see her she's been incredibly professional, she listens to my medical needs and always responds with care. Good family doctors are extremely hard to find, I know I've met my fair share of doctors that have treated me like numbers, never listen to my actual issue.
The Thomas Alton medical clinic has an amazing family doctor and she has surrounded herself by some of the best staff I've ever come across. Not only are they amazing people but they care about the patients that come through. Every time I have a specialist appointment I'm reminded by a call from the clinic and every time I walk through the doors they know me by name. There's no doctor I'd rather see than the amazing team at Thomas Alton.

We called this morning to fit our daughter and to get the staples removed from her knee after knee surgery. One we found the office was very accommodating and very helpful in squeezing us in. In fact, Shauna Was very professional and courteous and even called some patience to switch times with us to give us more time to get her daughter to the clinic as she cannot put any pressure on one of her legs. We arrived and we found that they were expecting us and we’re ready to receive us and the doctor was excellent in terms of explaining the procedure answering other questions.

I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who needs medical services.

This is literally the best doctors office ever! Not only do the Dr. Take care of their patients but the receptionist is ON point! She always makes sure to address your concerns and bring them to the attention of the doctors right away. I cant thank you enough for everything you do behind the scenes. As for the Dr. 's. Dr Faraj is my family doctor and he is hands down the best I ever had. So experienced and still helps you during covid by taking saftey measures and online visits! The staff is extremely friendly and super helpful. Doctor khanna is amazing so glad that I got to know abt this clinic.

Not happy with the clinic. Charging extra 20$ just for written prescription other than consultation fee.

Dr Khanna super nice and never rush. Clinic so clean. Waiting time is very low. Receptionist very friendly. Pharmacy is very good and fast service.

Called back within 2 hours to offer a same day appointment. Was seen quickly by a friendly doctor, and was able to fill my prescription immediately. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very friendly staff and no crowded waiting room.
Not sure if their online booking system via Facebook works, so I recommend calling and leaving a message

Edit: Made it 4 Stars just for the efforts team is trying to fix this issue. Received a call on it to address the concerns and promised to look in to it in detail.appreciate that.

This is an amazing clinic but with recent flaws. I would have rated them 5 stars if I had written this a month back but its not the case now.also writing this review only after repeated bad experience with the Front desk team.

Pros:
Dr Faraj Raphael is an amazing doctor here. We were so happy to have found him. He has all the patience to listen and suggest next steps.
So no second thoughts on him.

Cons:
We believe the front desk has changed recently, and they are the most irresponsible people ever experienced.
First up they never pick a call, you need to call connected Pharmacy to get them on phone.this has been the case for over a month now.and None of the voice messages were returned, calls were made in different time slots which has been in vain.second they don't forward things like requisition which doctor drops at their desk.we believe you guys would fix this before many people start experience this.

I have been to this clinic. They are excellent at their work. I am very satisfied with Dr Raphael Faraj. He is very good to talk to and very quickly understands and identifies the issue. Highly recommended!

Dr Faraj Raphael from this clinic is very nice. He listens to the problem very carefully and then recommends appropriate medication/solution. I had a bad sore throat and congestion, which he examined very carefully during this Covid period. I really appreciate that he saw me in person when other doctors were shying away!

Wow, it's for real! Great reception, excellent physician, in and out in 10 min. Actually don't want to tell anyone about this so it doesn't get to busy.maybe I will remove the post in a bit:)

Amazing service by the receptionist, pharmacist and Dr. Khanna! Everyone was very friendly, accommodating and efficient.

This is a wonderful clinic. They consistently show kindness and respect to their patients.

Our family went to see Dr. Khanna twice over the past two months for a few different health issues and she was wonderfully comprehensive and helpful.

Please treat the staff, physicians, and pharmacist at this clinic well - we are very lucky to have them in Alton Village.

Friendly, personable receptionist, great doctors, great pharmacist, clean facility and little to no wait times! I too am hesitant to leave a review to keep it a secret, but the 5 star review is well deserved.
