Paid 127$ for a exam which the vet doctor did not even do. He literally said he didnt know anything for sure and asked us to visit a different place. Dont go here they charge you for nothing.

We recently searched online to find a vet that was experienced in skin, our dog has had bad skin issues for three years, and our vet didn’t seem to care, so we found this place and it is an hour away from home, and we have found our new vet …. She took her time to explain everything and just by speaking with us we knew, she knew was she was doing …. After one week my dog has made a 100 percent turnaround and we are so thankful and grateful for Thomas Glen Erin Hospital our new vet …. Definitely recommend them especially if you have B skin issues with your pet.

I am very upset
I booked an appointment for my dog to get fixed and when I called to asked what happened to my appointment it mysteriously got canceled
I find it very odd that I have been coming here for years with my cats & Bird & Turtles & never had an issue until they hired a new Vet that tried to convince me to wait to get my dog Fixed & mysteriously my appointment got canceled now Instead of my dog getting fixed at 5 months he will be getting fixed at 7 months this is totally unprofessional

This clinic has everything you could possibly ask for. Easy booking, timely appointments, affordable pricing compared to other clinics that charge more for the same services, and most importantly quality care! I had both my cats spayed there and take them there annually. Highly recommend

I usually don't write reviews but I felt this was needed, especially for first time pet owners. I went to Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital for my kittens first checkup, and when I went in the front desk staff was very nice, but after meeting the doctor (I am not sure who he was as he was not one of the vets listed on the website), I came out of the appointment full of anxiety and completely unsatisfied.

When we went in I had a list of things I noticed and questions, but the doctor seemed like he was in a huge rush, dismissing many of my questions and making me scared to ask more. I am a first time cat owner and he made me hold my kitten while he did the check ups (many parts of which I was uncomfortable with), and do parts that should have been done by a veterinary assistant. He was quite rude and scared me with listing worst case scenarios (saying my cat could have herpes when he just had the flu), I asked about things like deworming and he only kept talking about pricing saying it would cost $500 for a full deworming, I ended up paying for a fecal test for targeted deworming (but after seeing someone else who gave me a standard deworming for even less, felt quite cheated).

I appreciated the help as he gave me a supplement to help my kitten get over the flu, but for a first time pet owner who is nervous and wants their baby healthy he is very scary, also at the end I simply asked if he was healthy otherwise and the doctor instead of giving me a straight answer gave me a sarcastic "wouldn't I tell you if there was", which was not at all reassuring, especially because I thought I came in with a girl but after seeing someone else who informed me he was a boy, clearly the first doctor did not tell me something VERY IMPORTANT. (really felt like he was invalidating my feelings on that one).

Finally, maybe he is good for an older pet or owner who is less of a hypochondriac, but for me the check up gave me no reassurance to my pets health and made me see someone else after for proper reassurance. Also I came here based on recommendation from a friend and reviews, who both pertain to dogs not cats, maybe this is better for dogs, but my experience with my kitten was dismal.

The Doctors make me feel very comfortable and spend as much time with my dogs without making me feel like they are rushing off to the next patient. They answer all my questions simply and in detail so I can understand. It's real dog care, not an assembly line rushing to write a RX.

I have referred my friends and family to your vet clinic!
So far 3 different families have moved over to your clinic for all their vet services.
Your the best veterinarians and I plan on sending more pet parents over to you guys!

Dr Neelo and dr Mina are very understanding, they care about their patients and takes time out to explain everything, they also make themselves available to talk over the phone which is a big I would highly recommend this clinic.

I have been using Thomas Glen Erin hospital for several years now and I am always happy with their service. Dr. Nilo and the entire team have always been great to my dog and cats. I would highly recommend this animal hospital.

The vets are always very sweet and professional and make my pets very comfortable during their visit. I’ve been going here for years and they always provide a pleasant experience for me and my pets.

We take our two dogs here over the vet that is closer to us because the service is great, the vets are amazing, friendly and understanding of our pets issues (when they arise). They take great care of them and we now bring them here to have them groomed as well. I'd give 4.5 stars if that was an option but TGEAH is way better than a 4 star rating. The only reason is I think the grooming service is a bit pricey, but our dogs love going so I think it's worth it! Just wish they had boarding services too!

Brought my dog in to have a couple of teeth pulled. I was given a very clear, detailed quote. All went well and the staff were all great. Will definitely be back and have recommended this clinic to friends.

My dog was having some scooting issues, I look him to his vet in Hamilton to have his glands expressed last week and the issue was progressively getting worse. They couldn’t take him until a week later so I called this location to see their availability and explained the stressful situation, they squeezed him in within a few hours of the same day. The vet was so kind even though my dog was very growly. He suspected it was allergies to the food we switched him to and helped advise me on a couple over the counter options and took the time to look at his overall health. I didn’t have to wait too long to see him and we had really good conversations about his overall care. Would definitely recommend and will use this facility moving forward!

I absolutely love the folks here! Cannot say enough great things. They are friendly, reliable, quick, and treat your babies as if they are their own. Also very, very affordable for top quality care. Bring your babies here!

We took our bearded dragon Nimbus for a checkup and Dr. Irene was amazing! Weve had trouble finding an exotic vet that doesnt charge an obscene amount and actually knows about our species of animal it was such an all around great experience. Even though Nimbus was giving her a hard time she handled him with such care, the vet assistants and staff were so friendly and helpful and was awesome and we will deffinetly be making this his dr office for any future visits! Highly highly recommend if youre looking for a beardie vet!

I do not normally write reviews, but as pets cannot speak for themselves, I feel that I should share my experience (s).
I share the same view that some pet owners are stating, in that some of the assistants and vets are not caring with my pet and are very unprofessional. I feel that this business has come to care more about $$ than actual pets. They also seem to now want to "drug" your pet prior to the visit. This is something new that is being asked without warning or explanation. Again, I would suggest it is all about $$. They do not have compassion for my cat, or our family, and I would seriously caution taking your pet to this business if you care about your pet.

Your explanation and reply is completely inaccurate. You provided incorrect information and I would suggest that is it a horrible attempt at an reply. If you truly cared about your clients and their pets you would have reached out on the telephone and not through this channel! Disgusted!

We adopted a kitten from a shelter and this was the vet we were required to use for a neuter. I found them to be professional and caring. The main reception area and the exam rooms were all clean and tidy. They answered all of my questions, and it was obvious that they care about the animals they treat. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful staff! I felt very comfortable with leaving my kitty there and knew he was in good hands. Def will be recommending to all my friends with animals!

Dr. 's Nilo and Irene treat every pet like family. They have provided care from routine annual exams to medical emergencies for my cat and dog, even opening early on a Sunday morning to treat my ill cat. They, and their wonderful staff always call after illness or treatment to follow up.

Always a great experience here with the doctors and staff. The doctors are experienced, knowledgeable and very personable. The staff are ever courteous, professional, always punctual with phone call and email follow-ups. The hospital is always immaculately clean. The location is ideal too for when you are waiting - there's a popular grocery store in the same strip centre, convenience stores, thrift store, fast food, etc.

We had a bit of an emergency on Sunday and they were able to look after our Tucker between appointments Truly grateful

We had a wonderful experience with Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital. Our 7 year old Shih Tzu was vomitting, not eating or drinking, turned jaundiced. No other vet in the area would take us because they were too full, including emergency hospitals (8-16 hour wait).
Thomas Glen Erin made us an appt for the next day, and we actually got in the day before thanks to a cancelation. Our dog was diagnosed with Leptospirosis and based on what we've been told, we thought that was the end of it: (

My dog had some alarming symptoms, blood in her vomit and stool. They took me in at the earliest available time and the vet gave me some reasonable treatment options. They treated my dog on the same day, gave me some information on what to look for over the next few days and called to follow-up after a couple of days. I feel like they care for my dog almost as much as I do and I really appreciate everything they do for us.

Such great and amazing customer service! Wouldnt trust my bunny anywhere else, not easy to find a vet that deals with exotic pets. Dr. Irene always takes the time to listen and explain and answer any questions. Highly recommend Thomas Glen Erin!

I've yet to see any reviews on exotic pets but a couple years ago I took my hamster to this hospital because he had an eye problem. I was charged $161.30 for very short consultation, a fluorescein stain test, and just a tiny bottle of maxitrol eyedrops 5ml.

(the eyedrop costs around $24 online so the short consulatation and stain test was $137.30? Ok:/)

but I can say for sure it was not worth it as his eye did not get better and he passed away not too long after most likely due to old age.
My new hamster just a bit over 2years old might have a tumor and the reason I write a review now after such a long time after my first visit is because of all the horrible reviews I've been reading on how badly the surgeries go and all the unnecessary products that are pushed onto the clients. I can't speak for myself as I have never experienced them myself but sure makes me hesitant to come here again. (btw the owner replies yall make under those 1 star review comments aint doing you any good so I suggest you stop replying to them)

Very organized. Very clean clinic. Professional polite staff who are really caring about our pets.

Dr. Irene Arboleda has treated three of my bunnies when they have been ill, with perfect results. She was thorough and found another area that needed some minor home care to prevent becoming a significant problem to cause discomfort to our rabbits. I have visited this clinic with three of my rabbits and will continue to book appointments with Dr. Irene in the future. She provides excellent information for parents of "exotic" pets.

Every visit here is a pleasure for Zeus. The staff here are amazing and have a tremendous amount of patience!

Best reptile vet in Peel Region. If you care about your reptile, choose a knowledgeable vet. They have different needs than cats and dogs.

Overall another good visit for my cat. The staff at Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital are both professional and friendly.

The entire staff is friendly and supportive and real. Dr Irene is wonderful and thorough and explained so many things to me that made sense that no other VET has and her prices are reasonable. They took my dog right away no waiting. My dog has suffered ear infections at a very costly price his entire life but doctor Irene is an angel and I now believe in my soul this may possible be his last.

It was our first visit with Dr Irene with our 9 weeks old puppy. Even though it was just a phone appointment, but Dr Irene was very patient in answering all our questions, and was able to provide us with a lot of help. All the clinic staffs were very nice as well.

It started out with my dog having one ear infection and a couple of sores on his stomach. The doctor said he was allergic to his food. The other ear was fine, a week or so later his other ear was badly infected. Doctor prescribed medical food, medication and a shampoo. I did a follow up he seem to have been getting worse, the doctor gave him more meds and steroid shots. Almost 1 month later no follow-up appointment and his sores and ears had become really bad, i call the clinic they said we don't normally do a follow up till the meds are gone. Unfortunately my dog had been so infected to no point of healing i had to put him to rest. I want to say that the assistant with the pink hair and tattoos was really rude, she said my dog was a big problem she had no compassion and of course he was in a lot of pain that's why he was a problem. The assistant told the doctor i called her a Liar, the doctor come charging at me outside the clinic and was yelling at me, i told her to calm down i did not say that and she apologized. They chose that profession so deal with animals who are in distress, it's her job! Long story short to this day they have not called to say I'm sorry for your loss. Be aware you don't know what goes on behind closed doors and what i mean by that is they don't allow you to enter the building with your animal to be examined. It very heart breaking to put a pet down they are family. This clinic needs to be more compassionate to customers and the animals.

I have taken my cat Moxie to Thomas Glen Erin Animal Hospital for over 8 years. They provide caring and responsive service to her and are very good at informing me. I find all the staff that work there are pleasant and they truly love animals. I also buy cat's food from them as they have great quality food.

I have been taking my dog Bella to Thomas and Glen Erin Animal Clinic for almost a year now. A friend referred me. The staff are friendly and caring. Dr. Irene explains in detail and takes her time to observe and examine Bella. She is upfront with prices. So far I have been very satisfied!

Yesterday my parents took my dog to get his heartworm test and his revolution, and I was very disappointed to hear that they did not have a positive experience at all.

In the past when I've taken him, the lady was always so pleasant and showed she really cared about her job and loved my dog. However yesterday whoever took care of him was quite rude. My mom was wondering why the bill was so high this time in comparison to past appointments, and it was because he gained a pound more and supposedly needed a higher dosage of the revolution. The lady seemed to be bothered by the fact that my mom was asking this. I mean, wouldn't anyone wonder why their bill is so high in comparison to past appointments? She then stormed off and angrily grabbed the paper work to hand to my mom. I now wonder how she treated my dog and if he was mistreated when she went to the back to grab him, and hand him back to my parents.

I called this morning and spoke to someone at the desk who really listened to my concern and was very apologetic for her colleagues behavior. I asked to never have this lady treat my dog again. This should not be happening. Dogs are like humans too and they sense these things. He's already anxious and I'm sure this experience made his anxiety even worse. Maybe she should reconsider her career. I hope I don't see her next time I'm there. I will be sure to give her a piece of my mind.

Very well mannered professional and knowledgeable Veterinarian. Female Staff and Female reception desk has NO MANNERS! I would’ve reconsidered going there if she wasn’t RUDE! The Vet was nice but not her! Where did she get her customer service training? She wasn’t empathetic nor sympathetic at all!

My dog was spayed and the process was very smooth. I really appreciated that the stitches were under her skin as this made for much less worrying. The information shared was very clear and thorough.
