Thomas TV Sales and Service Ltd.

This is what my parents $20,000 setup looks like. It takes me an average of 5-10 minutes to turn on the TV, and I’m a software engineer. My parents haven’t been able to use the TVs for years. You will 100% regret using this company, they should be absolutely ashamed of this work… fu for doing this setup for my old parents, bad people/scammers.

Edit: you’ve been here to “fix” the system twice already. You don’t sell these receivers, hdmi extendor things, and that is not your labelling machine (saying “OFFICE”) ? My parents words, they don’t trust you to repair the system “again”. Unless there are 2 Thomas tv places in Welland, this is 100% your work. The heat up there is insane, if you use any device (fire tv, etc), it’s impossible as the receivers are way to far for the remote to communicate, the design was fundamentally flawed from the day it was designed and the system needs a complete overhaul, which I’ll be doing myself.

The fact that they deny this is their work says a lot.
