Thompson Walk-In & Medical Clinic Milton

Very friendly and quick receptionists and doctors. Definitely the best walk in clinic in Milton.editing this as the receptionist I was referring to was the male, his service was amazing and he was very kind. Unfortunately the female who was repeatedly calling me hun for whatever reason wasn’t as notable.

Horrible and incredibly rude receptionists They cut you off when I was trying to explain something, then they said to send an email, when I did, I called the next day and they said they were too busy to read it. Finally, when I spoke to my doctor she understood and made a new requisition and apologized for how they treated me disrespectfully. Since I lost three days to have my test, she reassured me I would receive my requisition once the receptionists come back from lunch, so I can go first thing in the morning on Monday. I never received it. They are lucky to be able to get away with poor service.

Save your time and don’t come here if you’re sick, the doctor sucks and won’t properly diagnose you.my bf went for a strep test, doctor said she’ll send it off and let him know if it comes back positive after saying she doesn’t think he has strep.few days later he can’t eat pain is unbearable and goes to another doctor who tells him the test never got inputted.horrible place extremely irresponsible lying to their patients

My mother was given an appointment first with some other than her family doctor, then next day she was told that it's not her family doctor. Then the receptionist gave appointment with her family physician and when she reaches for her apt. She was told that she has to wait and that she had no appointment today. It's so pathetic to see they're not even coordinated. Poor service and so unethical to give appointments and then back off that they didn't. Doctors should take serious actions towards their receptionists. They're misguiding the patients and wasting their time.

It's ridiculous and very insulting how the lady on the phone with an English accent treats the patients. All she says is "I have other patients to speak to" or " I have other patients as well hun". First of all, I'm not your hun and if you do not have the time to talk to a patient then why are you working at a clinic? This is not only this time but I have been trying to book an appointment and every time I call this lady picks up and tells me that she does not have the time to speak to me? !
ridiculous! She should be fired!

I called in the morning and the receptionist booked me for 6.40pm. Now I came here and the receptionist on duty now tells me the I am not booked at all. I came from 20km away in Mississauga because the doctor on duty today is my family doctor. This is the professionalism of this clinic. Not coming again.

Very unprofessional doctor and staff i am definitely complain To health canada or government because this is not normal what they are doing shame on you hifza khan and all clinic staff, because of this kind of doctors we blame great canadian medical system they actually abusing the system

I had my entire families applications sent in.then I went to see Dr Jameel for my daughter.the office called me a while later requesting a meet and greet for me and my son with the doctor to officially open our files.we went in our apt today only to be given an apt with Dr Salahudin which is a different doctor.when I saw the Dr.i told her she wasn't the one I saw last time.and this was a meet and greet.she told me she was the doctor working today and we were seeing her.

Dr Saladin then told me she couldn't take me and my family as patients because my daughter had already seen Dr Jameel although her meet and greet had never happened. I went to the front desk in frustration to complain to the receptionist of this blunder.she told me I was yelling st her and I should probably find a new office.on constantly repeating myself she kept insisting I was yelling even though I was talking calmly and still apologized because I wanted this issue resolved. I saw Dr.salahudin wave at the receptionist behind the door she didn't want to take me as a patient. (only because I expressed I was booked in incorrectly).

then they made me wait 25 minutes to tell me if Dr salahudin would take me or not after I kept saying I would come in again for the meet and greet because I had no choice.after that I asked the receptionist how long would I be still waiting just for a yes or no answer and the receptionist said I was welcome to leave.so I did just that.they are a mess.they can't own up to their mistakes and so delicate with their attitudes they they thinking you expressing yourself with their fault is yelling. I don't think the receptionist understands what YELLING is.

I won't recommend Dr. Jameel as she didn't do anything for my daughter's issue let aline touch her. Dr Salahudin is not professional either.don't know how this office is still running.please DONT GO HERE!

Pleasure to be with Dr. Hifsa Khan. She is not just a Dr.but a great HUMAN as well. Lady on the reception needs improvement but overall its a great experience.

The evening reception staff should be fired for not picking up phone lines of patients, they could be responsible for almost killing a patient

Doctors are great and the staff is friendly but they need to revisit how they book and manage their schedule. So much time wasted waiting to see the doctor. A full 40+ minutes

Very bad customer service, called many time and emailed no response on emails or phones, happen this every time when I want an appointment, also they said my phone appointment was book but no call came, tried to Followup as I didn’t receive any call from doctor but no response as well left many emails, waited yesterday and whole day today for reply but nothing! Just wasted my time.

I had been to this clinic once before, before COVID, and received ok service. Today I found myself in need once again and called and did not get a call back. Why even tell patience to call and leave a message before coming in if you aren't going to follow through?

I have been a patient with Thompson Medical Clinic for a few years. They are responsive to my needs in a friendly manner. The secretary is extremely helpful and personable. I am grateful for having the assistance needed at my difficult times.

You need to update your voice message. Your message says that your are open to walk in but then there is a note on the door indicating that you are not. Not only that it's wasn't even open when it should be.

A walk-in clinic that doesn’t take walk-in’s. How can small children with sore ears be diagnosed over the phone

I think the doctor can be more helpful. I was there with symptoms of cough and cold. I was surprised that doctor Khan didn’t offer much guidance but assumed I had Covid-19 even without a test. It turned out that I didn’t have the virus. I don’t recommend, The receptionist was nice though.

Receptionist is not properly trained and does not have enough knowledge when it comes to their services.

Called in to get a requisition for bloodwork since my family doctor was unavailable. The secretary was very nice and got me a same day phone appointment. The doctor that called wasn't helpful at all. I described my medical history and asked her for the requisition and she kept telling me that I have to go to my family doctor, even though I told her my doctor is not available, but she refused to give me the requisitions I asked for. She then said she would email me one requisition but never did! Not a good experience at all.

Dr Hafsa is an excellent doctor and an even better human being.
My father had come from overseas and asked her help and she graciously obliged. I am going to go to this place from now on.

I was feeling very sick and I managed to get a phone appointment with the clinic. Dr Khan was very thorough. She asked the right question and advised the the correct medication. Very happy with this place.

I had an appointment for my son (telephone call) they closed at 7: 00 and he needed medicine for a ear infection. They never called and closed their clinic and left us with no walk in open to give him the meds he needed- they told us our appointment time and just never bothered to call and ignored our calls
