Thorncliffe Place

Thorncliffe is a blessing to me. I thank God for He sent me here to work. Well, I'm still new but I'm having a meaningful time with the residents and the management team. They are wonderful to work with. I appreciate how they are helpful, kind, caring, and considerate in guiding me on what to do and not to do. God bless Thorncliffe and Adriana. I highly recommend Thorncliffe for elderly people, this place is full of love, peace and joy. Glory to God.

I like working here at thorncliffe because all the staft co- workers and residence are incredible.every body have we called team work.

I know the owners and managers of Thorncliffe well. They speak so highly of the place, from their enthusiasm about activities, to the strategies they place for elderly care and their families. Even during casual conversations, they excitedly share themed events or menu items. I am sure that Thorncliffe is a friendly, caring place. I would want them caring for my family too.

If you want your family member to still feel like they’re with family send them to Thornecliffe! The extra care that Adrianna, and the full staff provided to my Grandmother was more than we could have asked for. They went above and beyond with every aspect of her care from medicine dispensing, hygiene, exercise and nutrition we couldn’t have been more pleased. RIP Mimi we all miss you.

Most homes don't offer aging in place and a lot of the ones that do claim to offer it don't really do it when push comes to shove and they will want you to find other accommodations. I know this because my friend went through it with their mother and it was a nightmare. Moving is a stress and requires a lot of energy no matter who you are and when you live. As a senior having to move at 90 to another home would be really rough. Aging in place at Thorncliffe was a big selling feature for us and it played a large part in our decision to ultimately pick the home.

What I really like about Thorncliffe is the fact that the management and most staff have been there for decades. They also do a lot of charity work and support other small businesses. Adriana co-founded an orphanage at a young age and she still spends the majority of her free time helping the less fortunate. She is a really great person and is a big reason why the place is so great!

I'm sick of large corporations taking over and dictating markets. I support small business and Thorncliffe is put on a pedestal because it is clearly a family owned and operated small business that shines above the rest. One home had 6 managers turnover in a 12 month span. From my understanding Thorncliffe has had the same managers for decades so that says it all. Having the best public health record to go with it and it's an easy choice to recommend Thorncliffe.

What separates this home from the rest is the care that they provide to the residents. It is truly second to none and being a real advocate and provider of "aging in place" as they call it; is a niche offering that they do really well. 5 stars for this place.

Visited last July and the facilities are gorgeous! Super clean and beautiful! The care takers are exceptional on the way they treat their residents! Really intentional and personal!

Thorncliffe is very special and I would recommend this place to any loved one. The food is my favourite part and the managers have all been there for decades which says a lot.

Thorncliffe Place is warm and welcoming. Nice mix of staff that really know what they are doing. I've toured many other homes and Thorncliffe comes across as the best in my humble opinion. #supportsmallbusiness

Every time I would phone my parents they would always tell me how happy they were. Adriana and her team were so helpful that they would help us set up zoom calls while we were away so we could stay in touch whilst away on business. I cannot say enough great things about Adriana and her team!

If you love dogs this is the home for you. They love dogs at this place and even have their cute pups give tours. One time I was there and so many family members brought their dogs around to play I swear I thought I was in a puppy sanctuary lol.

I love the games and activities schedule at Thorncliffe. If you don't use it you lose it they say. Thorncliffe kept my Grampa lively up until the end so his quality of life was very high. I appreciate the place and only have great things to say about them.

I have known Adriana since we were kids. Her passion for helping others is what makes Thorncliffe different. She leads by example and her team and seniors are lucky to have her!

If you're thinking of putting your loved one into this place, DON'T. I wish someone would have warned us. We didn't leave my Mom in there very long.

I often visit a good friend of mine from my bridge club. I am always greeted with a smile at the front desk and I enjoy the time I spend with her so much. The staff is so attentive and she seems happy. She is well taken care of and the place is always clean and beautifully decorated, truly heartwarming.

The home is beautiful inside and out and the staff are very loving and caring. I would recommend this place
to anyone. Oh ya and Adriana has a cute puppy that follows her around everywhere. It feels like
home.

This is a fantastic, positive friendly place. As a musical Entertainer, I am amazed at how well the residents are treated. They also treat me with respect and class.
