Staff were really nice and supportive. Wait time is quick and my appointment was fast and easy!

I am simply surprised with the professionalism of this clinic. Everything is organised and everyone is responsible for their work and staff does their best for patients. Doctors and technicians are very caring, fast and seem very experienced!

Great staff and practitioners. Waiting time was 15 minutes. And everyone is nice and they pay attention to detail!

The actual ultrasound appointment was smooth and efficient. The technician 100 percent capable. However I had to wait 1 month for my appointment. When I arrived the waiting room was so full I got the last chair. Also since I had to drink 1 litre of water before 10am I was not pleased that I had to wait till 11: 30 when it was scheduled for 11am. I think for this type of scan.they should be more punctual.
More aware of the patient's discomfort.

To be honest I was disturbed by the amount of people waiting for their appointments. It was 1.30 pm which is a busy time. To their credit. The organization was admirable, efficient and I was called immediately. I Left the centre in less than half an hour. The waiting room was hardly occupied. Well done!

One of the best ultrasound experiences for an expecting mother. Both front staff and technicians were super kind and helpful and made it a calm and reassuring visit for me.

I was taken on time & have to say that I had a very positive experience from the lovely receptionist & from the technicians. They were all very helpful & efficient.

I got my appointment within a week of booking. Staff were very friendly & professional. I was called in for my bone scan on time. I’m giving this clinic 4 stars only because u have to pay a fee to get your results back. Other than the fee, I highly recommend Thornhill Diagnostic Imaging

The front desk was kind and warm and the ultrasound technician was also very nice and professional.

Technician was both welcoming and friendly. Instructions were communicated clearly and politely. Was at ease from the onset. Requests for medical info - so impressed with the subtle compassion shown when I shared my recent very personal and sensitive health issues. Thank you for what turned out to be a very pleasant yet brief appointment.

Highly recommended for ultrasounds. Visited for 3 times and everytime i had a good experience there.
