Very friendly staff. The girls serving us tonight were very beautiful and friendly. The food was delicious as well. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Our order consisted of artichoke dip which was yummy! The tandoori chick which came with large portion of fries and Greek salad yummy again, and last but not least the amazing chicken fajitas.

Extremely loud live music Saturday nights till 12am. Its impossible to chat. Although it's not a concert, people come to drink and to socialize

The staff exhibited unprofessionalism; their table was shaky, causing drinks to spill on my pan. Instead of offering an apology and a refill, the response was rude, accompanied by negative non-verbal language. The food lacked quality, with a noticeable burnt taste from old oil.

Over the past few years their servers and customer service has been getting terrible. The servers fail to listen to you when order and expect you to pay for the mistakes. Our server cayla failed to checkup on us and showed attitude the entire time. When talking to the servers they avoid you and just walk away. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

My first dining on a Thursday, fresh and good quality food, fast and friendly staff, nice ambience. Highly recommended.

The vibes were chill and the service was really good. I really liked the Jazz music Band which made the atmosphere fantastic.

The bar was chill, the food was just mid, and though our server was super nice, the service was a little slow.

This bar is full of hatred, rude employees, new immigrant girls work here that can't speak English, have no costomer service knowledge. Totally wast of time and money here at this bar

Rudest bartender I have ever met and insanely overpriced drinks. This is the first review I have ever bothered to leave in my life - that's how bad this place is.

By far, my favourite restaurant. Excellent food, wonderful service, and beautiful entertainment! Highly recommend Thornhill Pub.

My recent lunch experience was disappointing. The service was slow, the food was average, and the bartender was very inexperienced. I will not return unfortunately.

The hamburger was edible but for $21 I expected a lot better. The French fries seemed cooked from frozen.
I returned my beer because it was flat and tasteless. There was no apology but, to be fair, the waitress exchanged it with no hassle.
The waitress did bring us stuff as asked but she could not have been more disinterested.
This place used to be quite good. I won’t be going back.

First, let me talk about food. I ordered beefsteak but it wasn't cooked well, it looks cooked by microwave. The beef was kind of cold and not marinated well.
In addition, The fries had oily taste too.

The good thing there was my server Alma, she was amazing, happy with beautiful smile.

The atmosphere was good which nice music and ambience.

I love to go there but I hope the food get better quality.

Way too overpriced for a mid location. You can get better service for cheaper cost at a St. Louis or 3 brewers bar in downtown. The servers were oblivious to their surroundings. The food was bland and unsatisfactory. Overall I don't understand their business strategy.

One of my favorite places to go in Thornhill. The food and drinks are good and a pleasant place to hangout. (Especially the patio)
