Went for a consult on getting clinical Botox in the forehead and scalp for hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating). Was treated professionally and graciously from my intake call onward.

The offices are aesthetically pleasing and the staff made me feel comfortable and special, offering me a beverage at each stage.

Shawn Solomon, the owner and CLT (Botox injector), took the time to be very thorough. She explained everything and even tested my head for free regarding which sweat bands to treat. That way I wouldn't have to pay for more injections than needed. Nice!

I went to Thornhill Skin Clinic to do a microdermabrasion treatment which was done by Rima. She was very gentle with my face. She explained all the products she used on me before applying them to my face. I felt very welcomed by Rima as well as the receptionists. The whole staff was very engaging and inviting. 10/10 I would definitely come back.

I have been coming here almost a year now. I figured it was time to get professional skin care. That is exactly what I found here. The facility is beautiful, cozy and welcoming. All the staff ooze beautiful energy that you can't help but absorb as well.

Here is my personal experience. I noticed the greatest amount of improvement to my skin after deciding to change and work with Rima. There was a more noticeable significant reduction in skin redness and frequency of break outs. There was a more noticeable skin glow as well. In addition to her skills, she is a beacon of happy energy which helps to make each visit that much better. I have been extremely pleased working with Rima and coming to TSC.

Planning to inject some botox.

Recently I visited Thornhill Skin Clinic for a microdermabrasion facial and a chemical peel. First off, I would highly recommend Rima! She is very knowledgeable and professional. Went through each step of the facial, detailing everything that was being done. Very happy with the facial! Also I was very pleased with the way the receptionists provided customer service! Very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming! Can’t wait for my next facial!

Most people would be. I must say, this place surpassed my expectations. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the place was welcoming, clean and truly sparkled. I called today as a new client to book a FREE CONSULTATION with a specific staff member.
I was given an appointment within the time limit I needed.
A few minutes later I receive a call from the clinic, advising me that the person that I spoke to was new and didn't ask me for my credit card number to reserve the appointment. I was just on my way out so I said I would call back.
I called the clinic to find out that I had been booked with the wrong person and the mistake was corrected. Mistakes can happen but it was a good thing that I questioned the booking to avoid what would have been an appointment that I would not have kept and would have been a waste of my time.
I was than asked for my credit card number to reserve the appointment.
But what the WEBSITE DOES NOT SAY, is that you have to PAY UPFRONT WITH A $50.00 CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD TO RESERVE THE APPOINTMENT instead of holding the number and charging you if you do not show up or cancel short notice. When you come to your appointment, the $50.00 charge is refunded. I decided to cancel the appointment as I did not feel comfortable with this policy.
It is very important to be clear so that people can make their decisions from the information that is provided.
As a potential new client, today's event could have been more favorable instead of me going somewhere else with my other 3 friends.

All the ladies at Thornhill Slin Clinic are wonderful. Shannon has always been so great and I recently started taking my 12 year old daughter because she started to develop acne and Shannon has been so amazing. Grateful for such a loving, professional group! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best medical spa I have ever gone to, I started coming here in 2017 and could never go anywhere else. Shawn is such an amazing person and I could literally talk to her for hours! She is so knowledgable about what she does and will never try to sell you something you don't need! She will take all the time necessary to make sure you fully understand any procedure and answers any questions you might have! She handles all my injectables and I see Shannon for my skin (acne). Her micropeels/laser genesis are amazing and exactly what your skin needs if you're congested or breaking out. I drive here from Oakville and it is so worth the trek!

Honestly, I had the worst botox injection experience ever at this clinic! I had almost 40 units on my forehead that even didn’t last for a month! Never try it!
