Thornhill Woods Daycare

Our daughter has been going here since January and we’re so incredibly happy.the staff are amazing and our daughter is always so excited to go to daycare! Especially Elise! We can’t sing her praises enough, she’s absolutely wonderful!

Highly recommend! Everyone there is nice, easy pick up and drop off experience, the app is useful - sending updates (including pics) during the day. As first time parents, it keeps us at ease.

My son has been at this daycare since the infant room. The teachers and staff are amazing! He loves going to daycare and they treat him and the kids like their own. When it comes time for school it will be a sad day leaving them, as they have become apart of our family/community.

As a public elementary school teacher and vice principal, we could not be more thrilled with the program run at Thornhill Woods daycare. When our first two boys attended the daycare, we loved the staff and the way that the day was structured. It was a great balance between exploratory play but also direct instruction which more than prepared them for kindergarten. When we had our third son, a few years later, it seemed only natural that he would go to the Thornhill woods daycare as well. To our surprise, the staff was all still there. This spoke volumes to me as clearly something is being done right to ensure that there isn’t a constant rotation of teachers. Over the past number of years, our youngest has been at the daycare. He has been diagnosed with being on the Autism spectrum. The staff at the daycare have been overly supportive, resourceful and accommodating. He has gained so much from being in the care of all their incredible staff! As he moves on to the next chapter, we are so appreciative to Thornhill woods daycare for the amazing experience he has had!

Joy and Linda are amazing. They made me feel so comfortable while registering my child. They were very detailed oriented Jen in the infant room is amazing and cares for the children like they’re her own. She takes the time to really get to know each child and make them feel special

My 17 month old son currently goes to Thornhill woods daycare and he absolutely loves it! The staff there are so caring and loving towards him!

He just recently moved into the toddler room but his infant teacher Jen was amazing! She was very involved letting us know what was going on and listened to us when we had any questions or concerns regarding our son! The teachers provide photos and updates daily to our phones via an app that I absolutely love seeing what he gets up to in class daily!

Thornhill Woods Daycare is just amazing. I am a first time mom and was very nervous about being away from my baby but the infant room staff put my nerves at easy! Especially Jen! She is quick to answer all questions and and help make your child feel happy and safe. It’s a great environment and your child will learn so much!

They are amazing! All teachers and staff make you feel like family. Especially Jen! She cares for your child like hers. I really love her! No doubt I would recommend this place to my friends and families!

Thornhill woods daycare is an exceptional place. My daughter was enrolled at 14 months. Their kindergarten program is one in a million. The staff are very friendly and excellent with kids. They are like family. Very glad I chose them

My two girls went to Thornhill Wood Day Care. At this time, I never worry about March Break, summer vacation, winter vacation, PA day, weather problems even Christmas. It was a great help to me at work. Especially Jen has a warm heart and I can't forget her gratitude until now. Thank you.

We absolutely love Thornhill Woods Daycare. From the director Joy to all the staffs in all the rooms, they are just amazing. Always welcoming you and making my son smile from the moment we enter the daycare. But what is the most amazing about this place is the care Dan receives from the infant room teacher, Jen. Dan loves her so much and he is so happy to see her in the morning. That, on it’s own, tells you a lot about how he is treated. He is learning so much and is so well cared for. I recommend this place to all the parents.

The infant room at this childcare is very good! I recommend their program, RECE Jennifer does a wonderful job with them and treats them like her own.

As a former employee and as a parent this has been an amazing daycare. The staff all care about you and help support you. Joy and Linda are so supportive to have and the help support. They care about as you are part of their Family. As a parent, my son was in the infant room with Jen and she is absolutely amazing! Jen is patient and understanding to where developmentally where you child is and helps them progress. In addition she will keep you updated when she can on how your child is doing. Couldn't have asked for a better Centre.

Thornhill Woods is a great daycare! Their infant program is wonderful - my baby quickly adapted and loves it. The teachers and staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. They send updates and photos throughout the day so we know what’s going on. It gives me peace of mind as a parent to know that my child is well taken care of.

Thornhill Woods is a great Daycare. The Teachers and Daycare Director are just wonderful. They are attentive, kind and they come up with super creative activities for the kids.
