My family has been using them for many years. Although their prices are always on the high side, we still went back believing it's worth it. I wouldn't say their service is the best, I once went to them for adjusting my sunglasses (worth over CA$400), the staff tightened the screw way too much that the arm broke after a week (probably due to the pressure). During the pandemic they only allow visits with appointments which I understand. Now the whole country is almost back to normal, they still require appointments. When I went to the store without an appointment, their door was tightly closed and did not allow anyone to enter. The staff there was reluctant to talk to me and insisted I need to come back another day with an appointment although at the time I see NO customers inside the store. OK, I left and looked around inside the mall, I saw all other optical stores with their doors wide open and welcoming. Oh well, I guess it's a bye bye to this store from now on. I ended up getting a pair of new glasses from another store at a fraction of the price I used to get from 3 Owls.

Great service! Well-spoken man. So glad I wanderedin by accident he’s my go-to guy now even though I live outside Markham

The service here has declined dramatically over the years. Peter was once top quality, but has become complacent. Eventually had to move my family's business elsewhere to be served with care.

Spent $1500 trying to get a pair of quality glasses during pandemic but in vain. Got this store's name from a colleague. Checked this store last December, they recommended a pair of hand-made Japanese frame and a pair of top tier progressive lens. Service was ok but the glasses were not comfortable and they recommended that I need some more time to get used to it. It didn't work. Even worse, the screws fell off a couple of times from the frame in the first month. It was not a pretty experience to search for the screw on the floor without wearing glasses. Stopped by the store at the beginning of February to fix it. They kept the glasses but no response till end of February by offering me a refund of $750. I said that I still needed a pair of glasses and even if I wanted cash back and get glasses from somewhere else, it's not fair to get $750 back. Then, at beginning of March, they offered me a refund of $950 - citing that they could not sell the frame to others. I wondered why they sold this pair of hand-made Japanese frame to me in the first place since there were quality issues on the screws. Frustrated experience and don't know why I have to spent $550 ($1500 - $950) and get nothing. Not to mention the time lost and the risks taken during the pandemic. Anyone here knows how to handle it or some good places to get a quality pair of glasses? Thanks.

Just purchased a pair of progressive glasses from Three Owls - the 6th pair of glasses I have bought there. The services were always professional and friendly, above and beyond expectation. As this was my first progressive glasses, I had a bit fitting issue wearing them. The staff, Kay and Peter spent time checking every details and helping fix it. Highly recommend!

Appointment only for pandemic reasons, but was in and out in half an hour. The employee brought me a selection of glasses to choose from and another would wipe them down after trying them on. Face masks and shields on everyone and the extra precautions made me feel safer.

Very satisfied with the service and product. A week later my glasses for pick up were great.
