I couldn't say enough good things about this company. First, due to my financial situation, they worked with me while I waited for funding. Which took 2 years to secure. They were quick to come complete my house before end of season with little notice to when funds would actually be arriving. They were very friendly and always on time. Very respectful and did everything and more. They even dealt with my awful nosey neighbours very well - they enjoy watching and complaining. I was given good, solid feedback on how to look after my yard when the thaw happens next spring. Lastly, my basement is noticeably warmer, which makes me incredibly happy!

Hired them to waterproof one side of house - basement wall. They were knowledgeable, on time and prompt in completing the job, and on budget! Great workers, polite and friendly. Happy to answer any questions I had about the work. I would definitely hire them again.

We worked with Maggie and Greg, prior to them changing their business name. We are digging up their work because our basement still leaks, only to find the waterproofing doesn't go to the foundation as per the contract and they didn't remove existing material on the foundation as per the contract. Please never use this company. I am now having to redo their work. AWFUL.

Thunder Bay Waterproofing went out of their way to waterproof our basement after it flooded in March of 2022 while I was in the hospital battling cancer.

Maggie, Greg and their staff did an incredible job waterproofing the exterior walls, installing weeping tile and a sump pump.

They kept us informed as they did the work and explained what they were doing as the work progressed.

Greg brought in a couple of trailer loads of topsoil and prepped our lawn for sod, something I wasn't expecting.

They also took away thousands of pounds of concrete pavers that needed to be removed in order for them to do the waterproofing and weeping tile.

The job was done properly, on time and the price they quoted us was the price we paid.

I can't say enough good things about Maggie, Greg and their staff.

I received a quote in October 2021, I accepted and was supposedly put on "the list" for the spring. From then on, I was fed numerous excuses and led on all summer. "Frost out late", "Long delay in City locating lines", "Another customers wall collapsed". On and on. The owner was difficult to get ahold of, only occasionally replying to my emails. She kept putting it off longer and longer. When she finally answered her phone in August of 2022, she advised I was still "on the list" and work would be starting in late September or Early October. I have since been ghosted by her and her company.

It has been a long time since I've tried to work with such an unprofessional company. AVOID at all costs!
