Rob and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience every time with any department there. My husband and I have bought 3 new bikes there so far. I recently was hit by a car on my street glide and Aimee helped me replace all my gear. She made it an easy experience. Derek is already helping us to replace my bike and he has been very understanding and helpful. Rich and the boys in parts and service have always been very knowledgeable and friendly with our upgrades and regular service over the years. I picked up my Harley-Davidson Pan Am yesterday and wow am I ever happy. My sales rep Derek was great and the entire staff so far from accessories to parts to service and financing have been amazing. As for the bike itself this is my fourth motorcycle and by far my favorite. Being tall I needed a tall bike and I've never considered a Harley in the past because everything sits so low. The new Pan America which is Harley's contribution to the adventure touring genre is everything it was billed as. It's sleek it's high tech it's comfortable and it has all the power you could ever want. If you're looking for a new motorcycle I highly suggest taking a look at Thunder Road Harley-Davidson. My wife and I (2 bikes - Revival & Street Glide) have been customers since 2003. We keep returning because of the people and the quality of service.

I am leaving this rating with some reservations. I love the dealership because I am able to get parts regularly. Even if the parts are back ordered they never take long to come in. The guys call me when they get in. Service has been hit or miss. The one "miss" I am mentioning here had to do with a mechanic stripping out my oil sump. I can only surmise an air tool was used instead of a torque wrench. Of course I only found it at the next oil change. I was extremely upset. I was able to repair it with a time sert, but what if I didn't have any mechanical experience? I am over it, but now hesitant on bringing anything else into the dealership. To reiterate, I love the dealership, just not that experience.

The staff works hard to help the customers.when buying my trike there were a number of things to work through and Rob was very good about helping and problem solving.

Geoff and his service team are fantastic I’ve had performance work done, tire and service work it’s always great! Parts and clothing is fantastic also no place I would rather deal with!

Always a great customer experience having service done to my bikes! They provided an accurate estimate, accurate timeline and delivery back to my home.

I have been a customer since 2006 and have purchased 2 motorcycles from Thunder Road. All my service has been done there and I have never had a problem with any of the service techs or the work performed. I purchase my parts there as well. I believe I have been treated fairly and professionally. I am a little surprised by the volume of staff turnover, although I suppose it is a natural experience in retail.

…living so far from the dealer is annoying and storing my bikes away from home during the winter is frustrating but everyone at Thunder-Road has been very nice not to mention how cranky and unhappy it makes me…lol…everyone is efficient and professional on the phone, the driver who picks-up/drops-off my bikes couldn’t be better, service and winter-storage are v well priced imo…my only complaint, as it’s always been, is the Motor Company’s still unbelievably consumer/Harley owner unfriendly motor clothes etc shopping experience…

Let's see the truth about Thunder Road I brought my 88 Sportster in for repairs they did more than what they were supposed to do the charged me 5,500 for work they did their workmanship was terrible they gave me the bike back I noticed there was a problem I took it back to Thunder Road after having this bike for many many years the mechanics in the maintenance area said that that was the correct way he was supposed to be I am refused to fix the bike so I had to take you to another bike shop it's been $600 to fix Thunder Roads major major screw up and now looking to get a lawyer because they ripped me off I would never ever recommend any of my friends to ever take their bike to this low light rip off artist bike sales and repair shop they are the biggest joke in Windsor Ontario
