This was my favourite restaurant for years, but no more! The staff lost our reservation then accused us of lying, saying we never made one. The way they handled this situation was dreadful. The food is ok but since the new management took over, it has quickly gone downhill.

True, this may sound snobbish, but does anyone like overcooked vegetables? Countless restos in my travels with their fair share of overcooked veggies, but this place. Oh, this place delivers without a single disappointment. Crisp vegetables, perfect al dente pastas and sauces that will bring you back home. Thyme risotto is a definite must try.

We have been here a couple of times now. I am not a fan of doing reviews after just one stop in. Yes every time the Food has been great. Plus it's come out quick and hot. We have had mussels a couple of time very good. Portion size was great. Staff is always helpful. Nice little place very enjoyable.

I don't know where to start. The food is just. So. Amazing. And they took care of everything for us. The spice in the marinara, the texture of the risotto, the creamy gorgonzola sauce, the soft clouds of gnocchi, and the house-made tiramisu.it all made for a spectacular evening.

Do not let the outside (or some of the decor) fool you. The food is absolutely amazing, and the hospitality is warm and genuine (and patient with a couple of young kids).

Don't be thrown off by the Thai dishes on their Italian menu. I am certain a few subtle flavours in the spicy marinara sauce for the mussels were from Thai red chilis and Thai basil, but I will have to go back and sample it again.and again.and again. I look forward to going there specifically for their Thai menu.

One other thing: I asked for a combo of mains because I could not decide, and they were happy to accommodate. The combination of veal marsala and gorgonzola gnocchi made for one of the best meals I've ever had.

Food is always a 10/10! Just unfortunate that they never ever have delivery drivers available…I want to support by ordering directly and avoiding the delivery apps, but they make it impossible.

We’ve Walked in many times, and reserved…dressed up and gone super casual…food is consistently excellent. You can request little changes to suite your diet…. As a REALLY PICKY Eater, I always enjoy my meal there. You won’t be disappointed.

The food here is amazing, the service was great, and the atmosphere is lovely. The pasta is always cooked to perfection (softer than al dente, but that's what I like). I highly recommend this place, especially for date nights.

Love the food. The service is great and super fast! I've never dined at a non-asian restaurant that put out their dishes so quickly. The fettuccine Alfredo, Primavera, and lasagna are great picks.

Pickup is still available during covid. This place has amazing food andctge chef is able to tweek tge recipe to suit your pallet.

A gem that I didn't know existed! My friend took me out here to eat for a company Christmas dinner and the meal was amazing! Definitely a spot to go to if you want some great Italian food!

My sister celebrated her birthday with the family at this restaurant. We started off with Cozze Riviera - fresh mussels steamed in herb and garlic with thyme tomato herb sauce and Garlic Bread. Then we had for our main courses Gnocchi Alfredo, Risotto al Funghi -  a mixture of mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese and leeks in a light cream sauce with imported arborio rice,   Risotto Frutti di Mare - fresh mussels, clams, calamari, black tiger shrimp, chopped tomatoes, parsley in white wine broth with arborio rice,   Spaghetti Puttanesca - spaghetti with black olives, capers, anchovies in garlic olive oil sauce, Fettuccini Alfredo, Salmone alla Griglia - grilled atlantic salmon with capers and white wine lemon sauce, Agnello alla Rosemary - grilled lamb chops with sun dried tomatoes and fresh rosemary in red wine sauce. It was difficult to decide what to order as one's main entree. Everybody enjoyed the meal since they were all so delicious, flavourful and tasteful. Customer service was excellent, price is reasonable, portions are just right. We will surely go back to this place and will recommend it.

Parking is easy. Atmosphere is very good. We had a group of 4 lunch and could have good conversation in a quiet setting. Food was between very good and fair. Italian seemed better than Thai.

I had to write this. I was a regular customer but I guess not anymore.

We were welcomed by the same server who usually explains us about "Todays special".

It started when we requested the server to give us the coke in a can instead of a glass. She replied saying "We don't give cans in order to keep the table looking pretty". I mean the table wasn't pretty anyway with all the tissues and empty glasses around. You expect me to pay $2.75 for half a can of coke? The server clarified that she had poured the whole can, which I'm sure was a lie because we had seen that just the half was poured.

So this is how they do it. Half a can of coke was poured into a glass with a lot of ice, and they keep the left over coke from the can away for someone else to order. The coke we got was FLAT.

We were a table of 8. Apart from the coke issue, the service wasn't great, we got our dishes late, plus one of our orders were messed up.
We always tip but this time we didn't think it deserved the tip they had asked from us. They gave us 2 options: 18% or 20%. It was calculated beforehand and written on our bill in red. The server came and asked us which did we want to pay, tip option 1 (18%) or option 2 (20%). They didn't really give us an option to not tip or to tip less.

I gave it an extra star for the food. I do like some of the dishes but sometimes it can be a hit or a miss.

I did email the owner as mentioned below but no reply yet and its been almost more than a month now.

Update April 2022: No reply from the owner after emailing them. It’s been 7 months. I guess it was just a show to people that they care about the reviews and will take care of the customer.

It was our first time here, delicious and amazing food. The server was friendly and gave good recommendations

Our first time at this Port Credit gem of an Italian restaurant. Wonderful meal at very reasonable prices. We both had very fresh salads. My husband was impressed with the generous amount of veggies in his Penne Primavera. My dinner, the evening's special, was ricotta spinach ravioli with portobello mushrooms and tiger shrimp. Rich and delicious. We shared a good-sized tiramisu. Very nice waiter, confident in the quality of the food he would bring. We will return.

My first experience here was amazing. Food is great, service was great, Jordan who served us there was awsome. Would definitely come back again.

I came here for lunch with my parents and my partner. The inner space didn t look as nice as the pictures on the website but we decided to give it a try. Place was empty i guess it wss pretty early.
We orderd different things from the tons of available dishes on menu, which took a pretty 20 min to go though. The server provided us with ipads instead of paper menus.
My partner and I both had an "italian" dish Pasta with Salmon, which was pasta in a Red sauce presented with smoked salom on top. Italians do not have this kind of dish i guess it was revisited, ad we usually have Salmon fillet cooked with the sauce and the pasta. It was suprisingly good anyway.
My dad had the pizza capra which wss not the best pizza for an italian place, smaller then the plate and crunchy (it really looked like one of Dr Oetker pizza from the grocery store) - he didnt like it at all.
My mom orderd Pad thai with tofu, she asked the server if it was spicy and he said not at all but in fact it was pretty spicy so she wasn t able to finish it.

The wine we had was good, prices are a Little bit over the average for a dish of pasta (18/20 dollars).

Not sure if i would go back.
