The best halal meat and chicken in Ottawa. The staff are so kind and professional, and the prices are moderate.

The customer service at Tia Market was amazing. They gave me the freshest meat and most of the stuff I look for is always there with amazing prices. My family only ever asks for their meat! We can tell a difference because of their high quality. Highly recommend this place!

Store selling lamb saying it’s goat. They believe customers have no knowledge. Such a disrespectful act by a muslim owned store. Sold us Lamb saying it’s goat.

Bad customer service from the old lady at the cash and also the guy who answered me the phone this morning that he barely speaks english (I bet it's the owner)
I asked him how much they charge for the chips that are in a tall rack beside the butcher section.
He rudely says "what what what"
So I repeat my question and he yells "chips? "
So I repeated my question and I was being super nice.
He proceeded to say loudly "We don't sell chips"
I said "Yes you do, I bought 2 yesterday and the cashier overcharged me; but whatever bye"
And he just said "bye" and hung up the phone.
I thought for a minute that he would stop me but nope. He doesn't care.

Yesterday I asked the tall skinny guy at the butcher section "how much for this chips" and he said "either $1.50 or $1.70"

Be aware of what you get charged for!
I bought 1kg ok raw kafta $16
I bought a container of garlic sauce $2.99
I bought 2 chips (60grs) $ unknown

I paid $23.50 and no receipt
So do your calculations.

I'll never come back to this place.
Instead go to the new place on greenbank, it's called Al Raheem

The guy in butcher is very rude aggressive and not welcoming people.i just told him my feedback he asked not to come again if you are not happy.

Always a great experience at Tia Mart! Owners are welcoming and the food is always fresh! A very clean store and the meat always tastes amazing! Happy returning customer! Happy to have a local butcher shop nearby!
