I and my family booked an 8-day tour to Cuba, which was a perfect trip. The guide was very patient and friendly, and the explanations and arrangements were very meticulous, leaving us with a deep impression. The one-day tours we participated in were all reasonably arranged, allowing us to fully experience the beauty of Cuba. We will definitely participate in Tian Bao Travel’s tour group again.

Recently we have a really bad experience in buying air tickets from Tian Bao. Totally irresponsible and irresponsive travel agency! After we bought out tickets, we had our flight itinerary changed by our airline and shortly got an email confirmation. We emailed and called Tian Bao on such change but never heard back from them. Two weeks before we flew we did receive an email from Tian Bao on such changed itinerary, so we just assumed everything should be fine. However, we could not check in online before our departure. When we got to the airport, we were told by the airline our boarding passes could not be issued. To our shock we were told that even though our booking was confirmed by the airline, our travel agent had to reissue the tickets for us if the itineraries had been changed. Sadly enough, we were never informed or tried to be reached by Tian Bao on this important matter. We called their office when we eventually got home, but we never got an explanation why this happened. Seems like they don't care about how desperate their customers would be stranded at the airport. Can't believe that a travel agency can be run in such an irresponsible way!
