Purchased a treatment on FB for this new facility. Got a Serum infused facial & had to return a wk later for a LED treatment.place is clean, staff friendly & accommodating.what I did not like was during the LED treatment, the technician Amy was trying to sell the LED wand to me as I was laying on the table. Apparently there are 3 different wand types but who would think you'd get askd to purchase it. Got pre-approved but turned dwn the offer as I was in no means ready to drop $4000 for a piece of equipment I didn't feel comfortable using. I felt as if this was high pressure sales & was quite put off by the establishment.
Also idk what spa makes you pre-pay for services ahead of time.
Technician was great but I won't be coming back.not impressed.

I booked an appointment on Friday for the following Monday using their online booking system. I received an email confirmation immediately. On Saturday morning I got a text to confirm using the wrong name, which I responded to. Then I immediately got a call from someone named Sam to confirm the appointment on Monday. 15 minutes later Sam called back to say that they are closed on Monday and can they reschedule me. Make it make sense please?

If you handle your booking with such chaos, why in the world would I trust you enough with my skin? Get it together. You lost a customer today.

Really enjoyed me LED session today at Tierra Medi Spa. Staff were super friendly and the skin session itself was clearly explained to me. The treatment room was clean and well equipped and offered wonderful relaxing spa music adding to the atmosphere. Results were seen with my skin treatment and will definitely share this with my friends and go back again for other sessions in the future.

Thorough explanation and Beth answered all of my questions. Very happy with her service today. Would highly recommend anyone who wants healthy glowing skin! ️
