The service at the repair centre is very efficient and professional.

I had a bracelet that I had trouble connecting and couldn’t wear it as much because of that. It was hard to attach on me own usually needed someone to attach it for me.

I decided to bring it in to see if I can get it altered and the service I received was amazing. They showed me a few options and explained how each would work as well as showed me the clasp in person. They ended up doing the customization for me and now I can finally get more use out of my beautiful bracelet.

The manager, Tim, and Rita are the best! They both made my purchase of a ring for my daughter's sweet 16, the most amazing, pleasant, surprising, beautiful moment for her when we picked it up!

Tim even helped me last year with one of my daughter's birthday gifts as well! And it was the most easiest transaction for me.

Had a great experience visiting this location. My fiancé and I went here to look at wedding bands. Our sales associate, Raj, was professional and personable. She messaged me the day before our appointment and asked if there are designs we are leaning towards. She took her time to prepare some pieces we might be interested in, was patient and catering. We did not feel rushed at all. We are very happy with our purchase.

Purchased the ring at Tiffany few years back but cannot find the box. I went here and ask for a new box or dust bag, but they refused to give that to me. I understand the box, but it’s such a disappointment with the dust bag. They are giving out extra dust bags all the time. It’s either poor management or discrimination.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve never been treated worse, and especially at this price point I expect more. I placed a deposit for a ring and picked it up on my way to work conference a week later. I was told the deposit could be refunded to me if the item didn’t come in. Once I had arrived in my hotel, took a look and it was scratched up, dull, and not at all like what I had tried on. Apparently this is not an unheard of situation, I wish I had read the store reviews earlier. I came in to the store 4 times within the month to make a return and every time was told I had the “incorrect receipt”, it was damaged and could not be returned, or it could not be processed. Called customer service and every time they said there was no way a return was impossible, to try again. Still every associate took a quick look at my receipt and refused to do anything, would not even get on a device to access the system and make an attempt. Mind you, i live in Kingston and made 6 hour round trip drives because I was reassured it is possible to return a faulty item. I was finally able to reach a manager by phone, and was told I could not return a faulty product because it could not be resold. I am now having to go through my bank to dispute the charge because it is not my fault that a bad product was sold to me. Shame to everyone at Yorkdale, they lied when they told me a deposit could be returned and I never should’ve come here.

Nothing but great things to say about this Tiffany & Co.location at Yorkdale. The staff are always quick to greet you and provide whatever assistance you may need. Highly recommended!

Would love to say Rafi really stand up for this location, he pretty much read my mind and bring what I need for my 2 years old daughter and also Mother’s Day gift, the whole process is smooth like silk in the air, and with his professional service I am really impressed, thanks again Rafi, and congratulations for your new born

Stay away from Sherry! She is so irresponsible! I have NOT received my refund after she can not find the product to sell me after 2 months!
