Today Jesse and John arrived at my house to remove my Laundry room sink and move all the washer plumbing to a direct installation. Both of them were very professional and took the time to review the location and my needs and created a plan for the project. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with their plan before beginning the work. They were very efficient, kind and professional. The workmanship was clean, and fitting for the space. I am very happy with the outcome of my laundry room change.thanks for everything Jesse and John.

I’ve always had great experiences with Tiger. Recently, Jesse and Nick came by to finish the installation of a shower head and valve in my renovated shower. My contractor was so relieved that the plumbers who started the job before the shower install were coming back to see it through, rather than leaving it up to the contractor to finish it. Great job all around.

Had a great experience with Tiger. Emailed after hours on Dec 21, asked if we could get someone on the 22nd. They got someone to come mid day around my baby's sleep schedule and we're extremely quick and efficient. Helped us understand why the issue was happening and how to prevent it in the future and the price was very reasonable. Wife says the plumber was cuter then the last company we had come as well.

I've used Tiger Plumbing a few times over the years and their service has always been good. This last time I had a blockage in the pipes that they needed to snack. Tyler and Jesse were very professional and outlined the problems, walked me through the solution and costing, and completed the work quickly.

Kyle and Jesse were my plumbers today from Tiger Plumbing! They were top-notch. Very quick and efficient! Done in record time. Put my mind at ease. They were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend Tiger Plumbing! I had a very clogged toilet. The cost was pretty low and well worth the money. Ty so much guys! I can breathe easier now!

They were able to come out same day to repair. Nick was honest and respectful, and the prices were very good for the service. I couldn't be more happy.

We had a tub that wasn't draining and it led us to discover rotting pipe that had burst. Luckily sexon was already here and was able to go from one job straight to a few others. Deserves a raise that gentleman

I had a leaking valve and he fixed it so neat and perfect. Thank you John! He was on time and professional, and he explained what he will do to fix my valve before he starts everything. This was the forth times we asked their service, and this company never disappoint us. Totally recommended!

They were paid to fix a leaky/running toilet, the most basic plumbing issue imaginable. After two visits (by workers who were surely *not* licensed plumbers and who charged an extreme high hourly rate), my toilet is still running. Customer service on the phone is rude, like I’m the problem when they can’t do the job they’ve charged me for. The worst home service/repair that I’ve ever experienced.

Tiger is who we call for anything plumbing. We’ve had them do a number of jobs for us over the last few years - sink install, toilet install, pipe repair, leak detection, re-routing pipes for reno, change of seized taps.

I had my sinked fixed this morning at 121 University ave Unit 1 by Nas, and he was absolutely phenomenal. Got the work done well and fast, gave a super helpful quote and was extremely friendly. Overall 10/10 service and I was pleased to get this service that I Think extremely well represents tiger plumbing as a brand. Thanks again Nas

Very glad I called Tiger. Two other plumbers (one from a well reviewed national chain) told me they couldn't fix my laundry drain without removing all the cabinetry, a job easily into the thousands of dollars. The guys from Tiger showed up on time, fixed it quickly and did a clean job. Saved me tons of money and the pain of scheduling a cabinet company and plumbers for multiple visits. Also fixed a gas leak. Price very reasonable as well. I will only call Tiger from now on

Nick and Scott did an amazing job removing and replacing our vanities and removing the bidet. I highly recommend them, their work was impeccable.

Very professional and polite. Was able to secure an appointment very quickly, technicians were on time, friendly and did a great job.

We had an issue with our water heater not running consistently. I called a few different plumbers and got the usual: a) no callback or b) can't come out for a few days.

When I called Tiger they said they would be out within a few hours! The plumber (Eric) showed up right on time and was polite and professional. He had a quick look and before even looking at the running issue, showed us that the tank was very old and close to rusting out and causing a leak. He gave us all our options and we chose to replace the water heater all together. Tiger had the new water heater in and hooked up with a couple hours! They even moved some large, heavy items to get access for the new unit without an issue.

We have been using Tiger pluming services for several years. We have trusted Tiger for its outstanding stuff and good customer services.

Over the weekend, our hot water tank began to leak. We called Tiger and as usual they responded quickly and finished the job professionally.

What surprise me this time is that at the completion of the service, I was given a bill that was different than I was told earlier. I thought that I could be wrong and did not try to correct the issue at the time because we were very happy with the work performed anyway!

However, the next day, Mr. Van Dam surprised me by sending us a correct invoice. Our hearts were warmed beyond the words. Thank you, Tiger, from the bottom of our hearts for being such a model citizen and business!

I had hired a plumbing company over the summer to figure out why my sinks in the kitchen were backing up. Over the course of four days they worked at it and seemed to have fixed the issue only for the sinks to be backing up again a few months later. At that point I decided to switch companies and called Tiger Plumbing to come take a look. They were able to send someone out within a day which in itself was incredible. They were on time exactly as we had discussed and extremely courteous. The blockage was really bad so after working at it for an hour or so they said they would have to come back the next day with a different machine and pressure wash the lines. The next two gentleman that came were on time again, very friendly and worked at the job for 4 hours clearing the pipes. Everything seemed to be in good order and they cleaned out a ton of gunk that the previous owners had poured down the drains and they left, we were happy. A few days later we noticed the sinks backed up again. I called Tiger Plumbing back and they were back out within a day and completely fixed the issue which other companies were not able to fix over the past year. I would definitely recommend Tiger Plumbing over the competitors because of their timeliness, professionalism and their ability to get the job done. Thank you!

Not professional service, rushed through what was required, and priced the job WAY over what was expected. Recieved faster performance from a local plumber than what was quoted from Tiger, and the work was completed for less than half what Tiger was going to charge.

I had a “plumbing protection plan“ through another company which turned out to be useless because plumbing emergencies can’t wait 12 to 16 hours, especially when your water heater lines didn’t have shutoffs installed. The Tiger Plumbing technician who came out in the middle of the night to repair a leaking pipe (that turned out to be a blown shark bite connector) and upgrade the piping to and from the water heater with shutoff valves did excellent work and was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I also found the fee very reasonable considering it was an emergency call in the middle of the night with a fast response. I cancelled the plumbing protection plan with the other company and will most definitely be calling Tiger for any future plumbing needs.

Lots of wasted time. The tech who showed up caused more damage than he fixed, sending me scrambling for pots and towels to clean up the mess of a main floor ceiling suddenly hemorrgaging water from upstairs. Broke my toilet seat lid and lied about it to his company. When I found, days later, that the problem still had not even been fixed - I understandably called them irate. The boss was admittedly very gracious about sending an additional tech to fix the problem and replace my toilet seat lid free of charge (even if it wasn't as nice as my original). But then, when a leak sprang from a spot the original tech had been rapidly turning off and on, the company refused to cover it. It was a different part, in their defence; just one connected to the original component and used frequently during the first job by the tech constantly turning it off and on in a scramble. So there's no way I can prove it was defective purely due to the brutal work from the first tech. But, I mean - given that valves should last years, and that it sprang a leak very soon thereafter, seemed too coincidental. Ultimately, the fact that I then paid for it when it wasn't originally an issue, along with all the other previous frustrations/repeated calls, all made this a hassle of an experience.

EDIT - response to owner's reply - That's my point, though. Four months out of what, five to six years lifespan maybe? Possibly even longer? You didn't see the original tech using it - otherwise I'd chalk it up to chance. Thanks for the weekday rate on a weekend (no sarcasm intended), but I'd much rather have my original seat lid and large chunks of my main floor ceiling intact instead.

We had Tiger Plumbing in to supply and install a rental gas water heater as well as a rental water softener. Our bill was more than $1000.00 over what they quoted us. While we are pleased with the work, the over charges were excessive and stressful. After indicating to them that we were unhappy, all they took off was $150.00 for their mistake.

A copper pipe in my basement started shooting a fine mist right in the middle of the pipe so I contacted 5 different plumbers who either didn't answer the phone or were too busy to come out. Tiger picked up the phone right away, gave me a quote based on a picture that I sent them and sent somebody out within 2 hours. The problem got fixed and several old pipes and valves got replaced and upgraded all within the quote provided. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them.

I had a stop valve split in half on a Sunday night and within 20 minutes of calling, Ky arrived.
He was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to talk me through what he was doing and answer all my questions.
I am very impressed and will definitely use Tiger Plumbing as my first choice for all future plumbing needs.

DO NOT CALL THEM! There are far better plumbers in the area! Only reason they recieved 2 stars is because they are friendly enough but thats as far as it goes. Complete disaster of a job from start to finish and the comlpete mess left behind that we had to clean up is unbelievable! I highly suggest trying somone else!

I called Tiger plumbing the response was prompt and the service person efficient, knowlegdeable and friendly.

I had Tiger plumbing in about a year ago to change out my hot water tank and to run a new gas line for a gas range in the kitchen. We ended up going with a tank-less water heater. The work is absolutely fantastic, the office is great to deal with and the workers are even better. Great quality of work, clean and organized. Would highly recommend.

We contacted Tiger plumbing for a laundry room renovation. This project also involved other plumbing work in the kitchen and in the garage, and was scheduled to take three days. The work was completed on time and within budget as per the estimate. The workspaces were left spotless at the end of each day. The service we received from Eric and his apprentice, Joe, exceeded our expectations. Eric and Joe were always punctual, professional, and courteous. Their work is efficient and of top calibre. Eric is a highly skilled professional who takes the time to communicate honestly and problem solve collaboratively. We will be calling Tiger plumbing again when we remodel our kitchen.

They have the best service and always do a great job. This time we had a tap that broke, they came out and saw it, couldn't fix it so they got a replacement and had it in the next day. They only charged for the one service call too. Highly recommend!
