Shihan Andre is an incredible instructor who has created a safe and respectful environment for students of all levels of physical ability to learn and grow. His limitless patience, kindness and dedication to Karate practice are inspiring. I feel very fortunate to be able to train with him.

Andre is so wonderful and patient with children. It is such a great place for all (kids and adults) to learn both physically and intellectually. I would recommend Tigers Lair to anyone and everyone.

Always a fun environment. Andre did a great job with engaging the kids and making learning fun. Does a great job of adjusting to each learning style. Everyone feels welcome.

When my wife and I first brought our son to karate he was scared at first.
But as time went on he now loves it. He respects his sensi and is always excited strand wants to advance his belts.
Covid is hard not being able to stay. We trust sensi.

My favorite thing about Andre and Tiger's Lair is the focus on respect, and inner strength.
Any karate school can teach your kids how to throw a punch. The most valuable lesson they'll receive is the confidence to be strong in life, which is necessary at the best of times.

Every tournament we attend where Sensi Lemieux is assisting with judging I see examples of true unbiased leadership.constant techincal feedback for development, constructive reminders on showing respect for all competitors (remaining quiet while in queue, not celebrating in the ring when you get a likely winning score etc) and having that quick intimate word to help kids he is judging to find the power within to continue on when they find themselves overwhelmed. I can only imagine the exponential benefit students with him as a master receive.
