Tilbury Walk-In Clinic

Worst Experience ever. If possible I would have not given 1 star also. I went with my son who was crying since 2 days and only stopped crying when I gave him pain medication. I explained the same to the doctor and the doctor is not even ready to listen to me. He was in such a hurry to leave and asked me to play music to soothe his pain. I suggest not to go there and waste your time.

Have been going here for over a year because I can't get a family doctor in Charham. I was rudely told by the receptionist that was working Tuesday morning that my request for a prescription refill, a bloodtest and paperwork my work has requested me to have filled out by my doctor was asking too much for a walk-in. As if I have a choice to go anywhere else.

I will never come here again or tell anyone to go here. Better off driving to London or Windsor. Pretty pathetic considering it's the only walk-in clinic in the area.

This walk-in clinic is the best in chatham-Kent. Quick, Courteous and Compassionate. I appreciate everything they have done for my son and I.
