Tim Hortons

This fairly new location is very clean and efficient. There are shorter lines at the drive through than most other locations. There is ample parking in the lot as it is part of the larger plaza mall.

Worst experience. I ordered 6 donuts. Everything was fine but when I get there to collect they gave me wrong order when I return and ask them to correct she suddenly get rude and told me it’s classic order she can’t give me strawberry donuts with 5 honey donuts. When I ordered everything was fine. She was claiming she is supervisor. Tim Hortons should have more sensible supervisors

Pathetic, the staff is under-trained, manager cant even get the refund right, gave me 5 cents for a 20$ order. All they do is get orders wrong and refunds wrong-er.

Came in at lunch to get a gingerbread CHOCOLATE donut and 2 drinks for me and my dad. When I got home I took a bite of my donut and the donut was filled with the wrong filling, every tim hortons I have been to has filled the donut with a chocolate filling but at this tims it was filled with a Boston cream filling? Im guessing they may have ran out of the filling but if so I would’ve liked to know before I spent my money on a donut I wouldn’t enjoy.

Worst Tim Hortons ever the new management of last 2 years they are so unprofessional they should change the manager, today I was placing my order in drive through asking for M coffee and getting small coffees the coffee didn’t test the way it should and no one like coffee full of grains, they needs to teach their manager the proper way of working first, she is the rudest person ever…

Always late. No point ordering thru mobile. They never have it ready. They're very rude too

I told the Tim hortons staff there is a bee hanging out in the donuts. The staff didn’t do anything about it. Instead they just added some more donuts. I just read the other recent reviews, seems like the manager here doesn’t give dime about customer feedback.

Store hours clearly state they are open till 11pm 2 staff members on there and they lock the doors at 10 pm so wouldn’t ever stop here if you need a coffee late at night

Each time I go to Tim Hortons I am more disappointed than the precious visit. Decided to give them another try.ordered a toasted cheese tea biscuit and got a toasted breakfast biscuit. Not a chance that it could be mistaken for a tea biscuit. It was awful. This particular store is a disgrace.

1. Irresponsible staff. I asked the receipt as I bought it for office, but they initially ignored my request and then said printer is not working.

2. Full of flies roaming everywhere. Not hygienic at all.

3. One star for quickness.

Went there today around 6 30 in the evening after workout hoping to get a lemonade refresher. It literally took 20 mins to come out of drive through. Such slow response from workers. Never ever going there again

What a great Tim Hortons Staff. The Lady at the drive -thru window was so welcoming and patient. My order was fast and correct. I went yesterday and will be back to this location for sure:)

The combination of ingredients is also very thoughtful and on theme. Exceeded my expectations and this will be the go-to spot during sporting events for me and my friends.

Half the time I go here they seem to mess up my order, hit or miss for the wait times, sometimes super quick, others can be quite long, just depends on the time of day

When someone asks for dairy-free milk like Almond or Oat milk it’s so I dont live on the toilet for the rest of the day. It’s pretty simple you either dont have it or you do. I even went inside to complain and you replaced it I watched you put almond milk and it was a complete different colour result than the previous one you gave me in the drive thru. But the next day cycle repeats again?

This location has gone down hill. The staff, especially on the weekend are slow, have no idea what they're doing and would rather have conversations not relates to work with other staff members then listen to someone's order. They're rude and never get an order right.

Worst service ever had to repeat my order to "Angelica" several times and it was still wrong and when I called to talk the manager I was refused. I'm not sure who's doing the hiring but clearly their not doing their job properly.

This location is the worst. I bought a hot beverage on Dec 29 around 10am and activated 30% off for any hot beverage. When scanning, it didn't apply and the staff said it doesn't apply for my hot beverage? I don't understand why when I purchased a hot beverage and the terms and conditions say any hot beverage. The staff were quite rude, too. Won't be coming back.

Ate in twice and not once was I or anyone else asked for covid vaccine proof. The bathroom on both occasions was down right disgusting. The toilet and the toilet seat had feces all over it, I complained and the next afternoon when I stopped in for coffee the women's bathroom was in the exact same state. My family and I will no longer be using this Tim Hortons location.

Tim Hortons at Salem Rd, South of the 401 is open until midnight. This Tim Hortons, is not open, 24 hrs. They close at 10pm every night. They haven't been open 24 hours a day, since December 31,2020. When asked, they do not say, if or when they will be open 24 hours, again. The app also says they are open 24 hours a day. So be careful when you do a mobile order. Getting you money back takes more than a week, if at all.

This store is awful.been twice will not be back! Ordered bagel with bitter no butter ordered bagel with cream cheese no creak cheese and my coffee wasn't stirred and couldn't stir till I was off the hwy and parked. Very unfortunate most other Tim Hortons are amazing

Coffee is inconsistent. Drive-thru lane should just be for coffee and donuts, not for people ordering lunch and dinner for their families. I don't have 20 minutes to wait in line for a drink.

Friendly and fast! Always super helpful, and considerate staff. Food is consistent. Take care of you in the drive thru and inside.

Why is this place still closed so early? Waiting at the speaker, see 3 people walking around inside, it's only 10: 30pm and they all ignore you. Pull up to the window and they're standing right there and don't even look at you. Multiple other cars pull in behind me and I see them going through the same thing.

Either fully close your insides or don't pretend that its open. Clearly a company that only cares about drive thru. Neglecting the people who wlk to your store and making them wait inside is neither green nor covid friendly. Definitely a company out of touch with the times

Always enjoyed this location, great Timmie's whether inside or drive thru, Yes we Canadians are addicted to Timmie's coffee. They have a large patio here as well.

This location has gotten a lot slower, in the drive thru and walk in. I came in and the line for drive thru was massive so I walked in to order inside and saw that there were only 4 employees running the whole store including food prep, drive thru and at the cash till. The person that took my order had to go make my coffee and bagel and then come back to take the next customers order. I don't think that it's right for the customers to wait 10 minutes for a coffee or for the employee to juggle 3 peoples jobs at once. Need to hire / train more staff

I like the way you do your eggs. Not scrambled. This way I know that the egg white and egg yolk came from the same animal. You always nice me with the butter on the bread too.

I have my coffee every day, sometimes a latte or mocha. Great service. Staff is really friendly. Always a pleasant experience

This is our FAVOURITE Tim Hortons for many reasons - it's clean, quick and friendly with consistency.

BUT! What iced the cake was an experience from about a week ago. I placed a mobile order for a Roast Beef Sandwich and Wedges. When I arrived to the window, the employee was super apologetic as they did not have any wedges available.

What would have been a typical end point to a 'fast food' experience did not end there.

He then proceeded to offer extra hashbrowns instead which was absolutely appreciated and acceptable. The manager then came around and ALSO apologized. She expressed how disapointed she was that they had to wedges available and even said, "Are you coming back tomorrow? I will get them fresh for you then! Today I'm going to give you extra hashbrowns".

I said thank you and as they made them fresh, I drove around the building once so the line could move along.

I drove back to the window and to our delight, we received a fresh Roast Beef Sandwich, 6 hot hashbrowns AND the new Salted Caramel Eclaire just as an extra gesture of their appreciation. WOW.

Like I said, this has always been our favourite Tim Hortons. And this experience is just one reason why. They go above & beyond and we drive out of our way past closer ones to frequent this location specifically because of this.

The customer service agents are pleasant, patient and professional. They ensure that what you ordered is exactly what you get. The new board is state of the art and is pleasing to the eyes. They have a walk up section which is a welcome addition in this time. The location is suitable, convenient and very close to other shopping areas. Hats off to the management team for making this location worth visiting. When you are in whitby, give it a try and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Staff member was so rude. Went to the drive thru at around 10: 30pm last night. The girl/lady was rushing our order (no other cars in line). We ended up ordering two hot drinks. When we got to the window we wanted to add an item. We asked, can we please add an item? '' She's gives a huge sigh and is like '' WHAT! ''. Her rudeness was a total shock. We asked for a donut, she said they didn't have any. We're like okay, no problem. We asked for a four cheese bagel she put on a show of having to go check if there was any left. Come on. We were polite from our end. What's her problem? Someone like that doesn't even deserve a minimum wage paying job as it's clear they don't even value the job itself (lots of unemployed people out there). Management should check who was working the drive thru at this location around 10: 30pm on Dec 21st 2020 and have a chat about being rude (Description: Caucasian female, brown hair, looks no older than 25).

Hot chocolate was great. TLC sandwich did not have a lot in it, it was scanty. It made the experience go down hill for me
