Tim Hortons

Went through the drive through, ordered breakfast, got home and recieved a biscuit. Was disappointed and called to discuss. Was greeted with calm and understanding on the phone. The situation was addressed and rectified very professionally. Thank you.

I normally like this Tim’s, go here almost daily. Today we ordered from the drive through and a man took our order teas tasted mostly like milk and were barely warm, upon coming back through the drive through almost 20-30 minutes later. A lady was now working and had said we didn’t come through? We were super nice considering the attitude
she told us the drinks were freezing cold and that we didn’t get them at that location, in your employee policy it states “In all circumstances regarding problems with product, please involve a Manager or Supervisor immediately. They will offer the customer the same product free of charge. If you are ever in doubt you can assume that the customer is correct; never let a customer go away unhappy. ” considering how ignorant she was and how so stuck on the fact we didn’t come through you think they would abide by the rules in policy. Completely unhappy, she promoted an unhappy work environment, and serving experience. Overall we got the drinks still cold

Everyone love Tims Hortons coffee, it’s the first thing on our mind when it comes to coffee.

Worst experience I've had in Tim Hortons. Worst customer service ever! The girl who took the order was reluctant to say the spreads and protein available for the bagel, even when we asked multiple times. Felt so offended.

Sat in the lineup for 10 minutes today for nothing because the employees are to lazy to post a sign at the entrance that says they're only accepting cash.

That sign you'll see on the menu when you discover to late that you're screwed!

I'm posting a review as this store is exceptional when it comes to mobile orders. My order is always ready when I arrive. Approximately 2-3 minutes after I place it. Way better then every other store where I use the mobile order.

I think wonderful location and massive special shout out to Hannah that works there her energy is amazing and she just always try’s to lighten up the day with her positive attitude i enjoy coming to this Tim hortons when i’m On my way! To work just amazing service with her and staff very friendly keep up the good vibes hannah

The driveway needs to be replaced, not good at all for shocks.
Employees would rather talk to each other than serve customers

I'm extremely disappointed with the Tim Hortons today. I ordered two cilantro lime veggie wraps and the girl Juliana made chicken wraps. I was served a food item that violated my religious beliefs. I never had chicken in my whole life and I ate almost half. I was shocked to find out that it included chicken that I cannot consume. This was a huge violation of my religious freedom and I feel like my rights were not respected.

Have more than one person working at the front instead of having 6 members on drive thru who are just gossiping.shouldnt take 10 minutes for a bagel when theres no orders at the sandwich bar.incompetent

Its gotten unbearably slow, I'm taking my 3 star down to 1. If ur in a hurry for coffee in the morning, do urself a favor and go somewhere else

Third time I've tried to order food after 9pm at this location and am told by the employees they can't make it this late. I've never had this experience at any other location before. Worst location I've ever been to.

Not 24 hours or whoever’s works night shift put trash din in drive thru entrance, I just live a block away and I know it happened on most of the nights

Called at 530am because the hours said they were open 24hrs.doors locked, although I saw staff inside and the counter was full with baking. The person who answered said they open at 6am. Suggest an edit for your ACTUAL hours please!

Why it says open 24 hours and never open after 10 pm. They always close at 10. I went there almost 3 times and its closes at 10. If you guys can not keep your store open 24 hours then change the time.

We are on our way to work and placed a mobile order for the purpose of not having to wait in line.but when we got there it wasn’t made and we still had to wait 15 minutes, when asked who was doing mobile orders we weren’t treated very nicely, poor service.

A tim hortons is a Tim hortons, but maybe take down all your open 24 hours signs if you aren't actually going to be. It's been so inconsistent at 4am when I'm heading to work, that I won't even bother with this location anymore.

Bought a 10 pack timbit box, gave me 9.disappointed. Discovered only when I drove away. Management, please ensure your employees are counting properly for next time.
Tim Hortons (upper wellington / upper james)

This Tim Hortons doesn't have soup, sandwiches and donuts half the time. It use to be a great timmies, not anymore.

Very pleasant staff.you can get almost all things Timmies.including Jalapeno bagels.definitely a good stop.

Very rude drive through staff guy with glasses in the window acts like he doesn’t wanna be there.you don’t wanna work then DONT.wraps are always lazily made and all ingredients are just tossed and wrapped up in the middle it’s disgusting to bite into.do yourself a favour and go to another location

This is one of my favourite Tim Hortons to go to because the service is great and it’s very close to my house. I tip almost every time I go here. There is a new boy that got hired I’m not sure what his name is but he is skinny and white/Asian? With glasses. He has a HUGE attitude problem. He always looks so upset and never says have a good day and doesn’t respond to thank you. Today I tipped him and he didn’t so much as smile. He just rudely tossed me my food and did the same to my daughter the day before. Whoever hired him needs to rethink their choices because the service at this location is getting worse and worse. Sad to see this happen I won’t be coming here anymore.

It's ok. Only one in store cash register runs and they focus alot of their efforts on drive thru. Don't go inside if you're in a rush

I like the price of their coffee, their donuts when freshly baked and their roast beef sandwich which is a good choice when you're running errands and just want to relax when you get home!

Some skinny wierdo white kid at the window was starring at me and wouldn’t give me my drink I felt super uncomfortable I will not be coming back to this Tim hortons

Rarely visit this Tim Hortons. One timeI went there I had an issue with the product and asked to speak to the manager. I was shocked at the rudeness of the person who was supposed to be in charge. My conclusion is that more customer service is needed at this restaurant. For now I will avoid this restaurant because there are numerous alternatives where I am treated with respect as a customer.

I've been here a few times, it's absolutely disgusting the way you treated the individual having a seizure. Do better, the fact that you didn't even provide basic care is pathetic. I pray none of your employees have a seizure on duty for fear that they would be harmed. I hope the employees that didn't provide care get written up or dismissed. If this were me I'd be seeking future help and talking to corporate, and I hope they do. Get your act together.

If they forget the sweetener once; it's an accident, if they forget it twice; it's a pain. This time I call it bad service.

Weekend staff are very miserable like they dont waht to be at work if you are havi g a bad day every weekend then time to find a new job stop takening it out on the customers I've been going to this location almost ten years weekday staff is awesome they are busy all morning long and they are always in a good mood I will not be going to this place on the weekends very sad that the employees are always miserable

Always get my order done properly, however i just want to point out, there are a couple really amazing staff members in the drive thru.they are so friendly, and polite and they always interact with me. BUT.there are a couple ladies in the drive thru that could benefit from a course on how to interact with people, or they need to choose a different job. It will not kill you to throw in a thank you, or enjoy ur day, or even show alittle professionalism while taking orders.being cold gets you nowhere when working with the public.

BUT: you should know better than to have an employee wearing a face visor and no mouth or nose mask making food. Literally every time she breathes or talks there is no protection to the food.

Vehicles coming out of Tim Hortons on Upper Wellington need to stay as close to the grass side curb to allow vehicles turning left off off Upper Wellington a chance to turn in. SHOULD only be turning right to get out of this lot, due to the plaza parking lot where vehicles are turning left to get onto Upper Wellington and those vehicles turning left to get into Tim Hortons off of Upper Wellington.

Not all Tim Hortons are the same.its great.this location seems to take their time when making sandwiches and wraps. This avoids the mess or missed ingredients that I've had at other locations. Thank you

They are sooo bad when there is a line up at the drive-thru. They just wanted to finish the line regardless of the drinks quality.
Today, I got my iced cap with non closed cap, and it's filled down on my car transmission.
And when I went back they said no manager is here, and the supervisor said the only I can do for u give u a free drink.
Quick should be in line with quality.

Packed with cab people hanging out in parking lot they stand in the parking spots no spot for paying customers

Great staff however can never get a parking spot on account of10-12 cars parked with guys just hanging out smoking around one or two cars not even drinking coffee it’s like this all day and when no lockdown they are all inside sometimes it’s even a challenge to get through the doors because they just stand there almost challenging you to say something it’s pathetic.time to go to another timmies

It's a HUGE turn off going to this location due to the dozens of men lounging out front as if it were a flipping club meeting. They always have something to mutter toward women, but unfortunately I don't understand their language. The franchisee or even manager doesn't seem to care that they use the lot as a sausage party spot.
However, coffee is always made correct at this location.

Great employees and one of the faster timmes, also never had a problem with them messing up any of my orders as well
