Tim Hortons

The top half of the English muffin was completely soaked in grease and the hash brown was cold. The person who took our order was new and very friendly. We brought our tumbler to be filled, but the lady who filled the order used a paper cup to measure out the coffee for our tumbler, defeating the purpose of saving a cup.

Tim hortons on Queen and Rutherford is awful. I ordered a egg, sausage and bacon on an English muffin and when I got home, the English muffin had in a sausage, cheese and 4 or 5 COLD slices of ham. See pic below. This is just a tidbit of other things I have experienced.

The worst place if you want to order anything we asked can you give us ketchup the lady on the window literally threw the sachet in the bagel bag what a nonsense if you can't serve don't stand der and this was so disgusting.

It is a great quiet place where you can have your coffee with friends and spend a nice time.

It's good but the people working there must talk in punjabi or Hindi (other language) when they see that the customer is unable to speak English.

The make the worst bagels. It’s the forth time I ordered a bagel and it is burnt and taste bitter.

They are very busy - so can't complain much on issue i have in take out - employees are trying their best to meet high demand

Prompt friendly service through the drive-through. Is no complaints whatsoever highly recommended one of the fastest drive-through's I have encountered

Slowest drive thru ever been to girls working there do not know anything. Waited for a coffee for almost 35 mins in drive thru.

I go every day at this location and staff is very friendly and nice. Ever since I visited first time, I don't prefer to go any other Tims. Best in the town.

Very poor costumer service they don't understand English language well this is my bagel Looks like today

9: 50pm in the drive threw with 3 other cars in front of me and 2 behind me and they tell me at the machine they are sorry they are closed now. I guess they dont serve up till 10pm like it says on good maps and their window.

I am here a lot of mornings to get my coffee, I have yet to get a wrong order, and have never received burnt coffee. The drive through service here is top notch!

This restaurant is slow and makes errors with orders. Always double check your order before you pull ahead and after receiving your order. Also exiting this plaza can be a nightmare unless you're exiting southbound to Rutherford.

Always a long line up even if everyone in line only bought 1 coffee it would still take them 10 minutes to make it really bad service with attitude if you ask why it takes that long to make a coffee

I love Tim bits specially birthday cake. Love it. Try grilled cheese sandwich with hashbrowns. Always take this while going for work. Try this really good taste.

Ordered coffee and brkfst sandwich. I hate how they just hand u the food in just paper wrapping.no bag.no napkins.

Tim hortons is always my favourite place to grab some quick snacks or coffee, but my experience with this tim location was worst.i ordered a steep tea but was served a coffee instead, even i told the girl twice that i want a steep tea. This is not the first time i got wrong order from this place, it happened third time with me. Thats why i decided to leave this review.
Thanks for ruining my work mood. Never coming back at this tim location.

I am having my breakfast from Tim Hortons for the last 20 years. I love Tim Hortons so much, when ever i come back to Canada from an overseas trip my first visit is for a Tim Hortons. This location, i see something is wrong. I think the supervisor or the manager is putting lot of pressure on people. When you go to the drive thru, one girl grab your money like a bear and another one give the food chase you out as soon as they can. I can see the work pressure on their faces. They are like programmed robots. Last week i ordered a 12 grain bagel, they gave me a bag when i opened it was a bran muffin.
Today i asked for a 12 grain, i got a regular, white bagel. Super frustrated. Thanks for messing up my morning. By the way the Tim Horton building looks amazing.

If you're going to take long to make two sandwich, you think you would make it properly. I paid for two Sausage, Egg, Cheese on a cheese croissants and I got a bloody mess. The staff here don't care about how they work. They just do what ever for money, just take a look at my pictures I uploaded. (Sausage, Egg, Cheese on a cheese croissants. Mess)

The best Tim Hortons I have been in, in a long time. It could be the day or timing. Or it's because it's fairly new. It was the Old Arby's. However when I was there it was very nice. Staff & servers polite. Tables clean.omg! Clean tables. Most times I clean my tables. Yip.nice place.

Excellent place near to Sheridan. Tim Horton is always first thing in the morning. Excellent customer services.

Was here around 9pm on March 18th and it was very disappointing. Drive thru was empty but the staff working had no customer service skills whatsoever. Ordered a tea with 2 milk and received it with 2 cream. Ordered a blueberry muffin and got some next fruit muffin instead. Usually this tims is great, just horrible staff working at this hour I guess.

This Tim Hortons is always on point. Even when they're rammed, they are quick but more importantly they rarely mess up your order, and make their food properly to order. Even if they are busy and they take a few minutes, it's worth it because I know it'll be good, unlike some Tim's where the food is below expectations. This Tim's exceeds expectations. Will keep coming back.

Great place to grab a quick snack. I come in very often and enjoy the breakfast sandwich, sausage on biscuit and love how fresh the croissants taste, love the double double and almost everything they offer.
Great customer service but this time today, I ordered a triple triple and was quite disappointed since it tasted plainly of water.

I like Tim Hortons but at this location people who work are so disgusting, i ordered a chocolate creamy chill, that was worst creamy chills i had.

Great coffee as always but not sure why all the pastry has to be filled with disgusting jelly or jam. Please stop.

The coffee is just like any other tims.
The service here is hit and miss.
ALWAYS check your bill before tapping your card! Ive caught them trying to charge the wrong amount from time to time.

Worst service provided ever by a Tim Horton's till date.went to drive thru ordered ice coffee got charged for ice cap.went inside and asked them why I got charged $2.72 instead of a $1 ice coffee.the reason they gave was amazing told me that they by mistake punched ice cap instead of ice coffee so I got charged extra but can anyone explain me if they punched ice cap then how come they made the ice coffee? This was the first time I checked how much I paid and found out this I'm not sure how many time more this thing would had happened.so guys please always check when you pay and try to get the receipt.

First off all cashier doesn't know how to remove if she punched something wrong on cash register, I ordered my breakfast on bagel but she punched wrap even after I kept telling her I don't want wrap she said she will let kitchen know about it, when i got my order it was wrap in there, i told them again I didn't order wrap it was Anoop assistant manager said I order it wrong I told i didn't order wrong it her team punched it wrong but kept on insisting I have to go back to cash register and order it right she won't tell her team to remake something is their mistake so tume can be saved worst service ever.

I've always liked visiting this location. I'm giving it 4-star because they almost never have food during the night time and sometimes the morning.

***edit*** increased rating to 3 stars, because the manager in the mornings does a great job.

Was told at 2am sat april 13th, 2019 that they only serve coffee. I hate to give a low score; as the morning staff is quick and efficient, but don't advertise food as "anytime" and your overnights are too lazy to make food and only serve coffee.

The usual place to get coffee and the such. However on the other hand I went with a friend bout 10 pm and he asked to use the disabled washroom and we were granted that request. I understand that this is due to the fact that some individuals are undesirable and use that spot for their recreational activities but a man that is 35 years of age couldn't use that washroom facility is left to be left undesired. A little discretion would have been appreciated. But then again it's a liability issue which with any logic and common sense is understandable but discretion is the principle here.

15 min at window because screen froze and they couldn’t even make a TT correct with all that time. Taste like they mixed end of pots and put there sock in my coffee.

Very busy here sometimes there is not enough seating and is a very dirty location lots of shady people hang out here daily

I ordered an iced coffee less sweet and they gave me no sweet and they didn't even understand they just gave me attitude not coming back also they hire depressed people I hate that the depressed people don't show respect
