Good location right on the road for computers to grab a coffee on the go. However very weird entrance for drive trough.
Staff was amazing, courteous and nice while speaking to. Did not rush on order and nor did the slept away.

The morning staff is amazing never takes longer than a minute a car, afternoon staff is garbage and takes 5+ minutes per car just for coffee.

TIM HORTON WOULD DISAPPROVE!
Every time we order, they mess it up. Ordered 2x Vanilla Ice Capp they forgot it was vanilla and no whip topping. Added Vanilla at last minute and whipped topping all over lid not in drink. Tasted like coffee syrup and water, YUCK!

Things get annoying when you see the espresso machine is broke in a major branch (425 Hespeler Rd, Cambridge, ON N1R 6J2) & (340 Fairway Rd S, Kitchener, ON N2C 1X3) also the stuffs are so reluctant about it as if nothing happened. The staffs/crews need more training and they need to be passionate about thier job. Well it's the national coffee chain we are talking about. It's always great whatever it is.

Such a nasty location.indian students. Don't bother to clean their coffee kettles. New owner is cheap. Wonder to hire more and more international students. Really worse service.

Tim is always a great place for some coffee & snack in an economical price. Oh not just coffee ofcourse for some good snack, wifi, personal time or may be a date.
The croissants are the best ever, Freshly made crisp from outside & soft from inside.
The garlic snacks are another options to tickle & activate your taste buds.

Do not get the "new" loaded chili. It's a waste of money as you get the same size chili as before and they don't add anything to it except for rice. No cheese, sour cream, nothing.

The coffee from drive thru was burnt, went in to get a new one. They took the burnt one and walked away I had to wait another 5 mins (no other customers being served) and was brought what tastes like water with cream and sugar. In my opinion this has become the worst Tim Hortons in town for coffee

Drive-thru is great. Ordering Inside the store is a disaster. Wen you order at the kiosk, you eventually get your food after they serve the delivery orders - but you’ll still need to ask where your beverage is. When you order at the counter it seems a bit faster. The delay seems to be the speed at which the bagels and hot food items come from the back area. The employees don’t communicate and this effects the speed and accuracy of the orders for those waiting inside.
Great store, but wait in the long drive-thru line. It’s way faster than going into the store!

Very bad surface the staffe have poor service, and every time I ask for double tostested bagley they burn it like charcoal and when I ask normal tostested it is bearly heated.

Awesome restaurant with a prime location. The customer service is excellent and the food was prepared with perfection and very quickly. I was really happy with the good quality and service provided at this location. I would highly recommend it if you are around the area.

I ordered on the in store Kiosk as the line was long and it took over 20 minutes for me to get 2 ice Capps. Absolutely unacceptable wait times.

This is the worst experience i have ever had in this tim hortons, yeah i right i already have some bad experience in this one, first of all both the drinks were wrongly labelled no sugar at all. It was like we are drinking just hot flavoured water, then they ddnt knew what they are giving to which customer at the window.i hope their management understand how much it can affect others mood

Once again had my DoorDash order cancelled with no explanation. Twice I’ve been screwed out of my dinner because the lazy workers don’t want to make it. Will never order from here again.

We went yesterday morning at 11: 00 am (so a Saturday morning). They were so slow and the amount of people waiting for something from an order or just their order was unacceptable. The items being handed out were no way in any order of customer at all. When the staff was asked (multiple times as well) by a customer if they could check how much longer they went to check but never reported back to the customer. That is horrible customer service. When we finally got what we were waiting for (after 15 minutes) it wasn't even worth the wait. We had ordered a steeped tea which we got right away and then a plain bagel toasted with butter for myself. The tea wasn't even correct in how we ordered it, we ordered it with 3 milk and 3 sugar, we got it with just cream. No milk, no sugar. The bagel was toasted and barely any butter on it, it was like eating a barely toasted plain bagel with nothing on it.

I understand being busy. I understand staff needing training. If this is the case, have your supervisors or managers come out from the back of the store to assist with the busy front store with the struggling staff who are dealing with the walk-in customers, the drive-thru customers, the mobile orders, and the online order pickups. This shouldn't be happening having customers wait 15 minutes for a bagel that just needed to be toasted with butter, or a customer who needed a coffee (this was a customer beside us waiting for 5-10 minutes).

Get your act together and train your staff better. Know your busy times. Be better for your customers. Just overall be a better business and don't rely on the "Tim Hortons" name to always pull you through. Please be better. I have seen this starting to happen at way too many Tim Hortons that they are just not caring that they make customers wait so long, mess up orders, knowing that those customers will come back another day because they want a coffee. Just be better.

I placed my order on the app and I waited an extra 10 minutes once I got there for get someone's attention so i could pick up my order, then when I got my order they ran out of Cold drink cups so they put the iced coffee In a paper cup, which was so gross as the paper got soggy. Wish they would have contacted me and asked if I wanted something else instead.

I don’t understand why the staff is so rude to customers. On drive thru I was told to come around again as they had to serve a customer behind me first because that person was being rude to them. This is unacceptable behaviour.

I went to Tims this afternoon to get three $2 espresso drinks which I saw advertised on their digital sign. When I ordered the drinks they came up at full price. I questioned the staff about the price and was told they were not doing that offer. I cancelled my order. If you display an offer you should honour it.

Hello, Actually i want to say that i went there to get tim coffee for take out but the door was closed but its not good because if the person doesn’t have car then how they can get a coffee and the other Tim Hortons are accepting the take out order. So this location also should consider this because its so cold outside and its unfair.

This is the fastest drive thru. Idk how its so much better than all the others, but it is.
If the line looks really long, dont believe the hype. Its only like a 5 minute wait at the worst.

I ordered a hot chocolate and it was awful. It tasted like it had been completely watered down. Not very friendly service either. The employee never spoke. I'm not expecting a long conversation but this was weird.

Worst timmis I have been too, I have been a regular customer for over a year as it’s just down the street from my sons daycare. The service is slow and awful. When you call the manager to make a complaint they don’t deal with it half the time, they say they will call back but don’t. The staff in the front half the time look clueless and take their time making orders and taking orders.
I go in at 5: 30 pm to get some timbits for my son and they tell me they aren’t making anymore timbits for the night and the girl decided to wait until after she served 3/4 people who ordered after me first. The timbits that were made up was only two different kinds and they were old and stale. It’s pretty pathetic. I’ve worked at Tim hortons a few years ago and know that you are to keep making timbits and make sure there is a selection of them as they are a popular thing to order from there. Especially on a Friday night.
The amount of times I have had an order made wrong or been given the wrong order and had to have them remake it more then once in one waiting period is ridiculous. The rudeness that comes from the staff is absolutely terrible. Not to mention the manager is just as rude and stands there half the time in the mornings when some of the decent staff are actually working and trying to get their job done.
This place needs new management and new staff. It’s a horrible location. I hope some changes will be made so that they can start actually having happy customers.

This store is yucky they don’t rinse their coffee pots after each brew that’s why the coffee is disgusting, can’t even follow simple coffee standards because they are so cheap! Honestly every product I’ve ever ordered from here in the last 3 months has been in some way not up to standard of other Tim hortons not far away. Skip this one and go up the road

Easily the worst store I’ve worked for, if you crave unprofessional management, getting your schedule 6 hours before your shift starts and broken promises this is the place for you! They thrive off using international students because they are “inexpensive” but will never put in effort to properly train them, often mocking them and their names behind their back. What this store lacks in literally everything you can drive 5 minutes in any direction to a tim hortons that is 1000% better and treats their employees with respect. They may have a fast drive thru but don’t you dare go in store front because you’re wait will be atleast 10 minutes. I think you get the idea. This is a poorly run store and shouldn’t be supported.

2 coffees at different times of the day, at this location. Both were watered down and weak. Very disappointing! Seems the quality of their offerings are declining. Perhaps McCafe will do better?

Everybody is in rush to pick up their morning cup of caffeine. Its very unprofessional for employees to take advantage of someone not checking the product. They served me steeped tea as cold as ice tea. Flat taste as well.

Good food, but be ware they messed up my order, and when i asked for the food that i ordered they told me that i never ordered that, I've been in customer service for 6 years and you never tell the customer what you think they said when it involves food services, Again good food unless they mess up your order as they will refuse to fix the issue. Turned a 5 star experience into a 3 through poor customer interaction.

If i could do 0 stars i would.waited inside for 45 mins with only 8 people in front of me.couldnt belive it. There were 5 minute intervals where there was absolutly no tellers at a time. And the only teller they had could barely understand english and must have been a trainee without a trainer.never going back to this location.

Very poor service. Seen most of the staff waiting around trying to make a new girl do all the work from cash to making food to running back to the kitchen. Felt really bad for the new indian girl trying to survive the job with no help at all. Waited more than10 mins and walked out. Very bad for the trainer lady who gave hard time to the new trainee and lost me as a customer. Tim hortons on Hespler and Bishop.

They tried to rip us off! Went through the drive though, ordered two breakfast sandwiches for 5 dollars, a coffee and a vanilla dip donut. Total should have came to 8.99 but they upcharged us for a combo making our total 11.19! Drive through attendant was less than helpful and pretty much argued that we were wrong. Pay attention to your order total when getting food here!

Currently under renovation, so infrastructure is spotty. No steaped tea, no sandwiches, no internet. That said, the staff are awesome and the donuts are still gold-standard, so four stars (and will likely upgrade once renovations are complete).

Got to the drive-thru window, and after waiting and saying 'hello' a few times, nobody answered. So I drove up to the pick up window and placed my order there. The guy serving me said I 'didn't say anything' so that's why he didn't acknowledge me in the first place. Isn't it his job to greet me first? I told him this, and he then gave me attitude about it. While I was giving him my order, he was telling me he can't hear me, and made me repeat myself numerous times, although I was speaking clearly.

My donut seemed to just be carelessly tossed in the paper bag, as the napkin was stuck to the top of it.

This was on the evening of September 2nd.

Food is good but after buying a dozen muffins (yummy) I never made it 15ft out the door and the box collapses. So needless to say 5 made it home. You would think that they would use better boxes to carry the product. Not doing that again.

Hespeler and Bishop in Cambridge has the best Tim's in the city, bar none! Fresh bagels, fast and courteous service! They will even wish you an actual Merry Christmas at that time of the year! Go figure!

This Tim Hortons has pretty fast service, but no furniture in the restaurant has been updated. Everything looks fairly old still. No booths, no harvest tables, no stools, just tables and chairs.

The staff didn't notice that I was waiting to be served for about 1.5 minutes because they were conversing it's Tim customer service isn't their strong suit you get what you pay for mediocre coffee and staff

Counter peroni made a mistake in counting change out ok no problem. When she told the manager on duty he just ignored her and went on surfing customers while her line was held up. It took the person making food to get my correct change the Male manager that day had no customer service skills and or manners should be demoted till he learns some human decency
