Staff was rude. Wedges were all hard crispy chips and my bagel with cream cheese didn’t have any cream cheese on half of it. They made my oat milk latte with regular milk and I had to ask them to remake it. They also forgot to give me my dipping sauce for my wedges. This all happened in one visit.
I went here earlier and the worker did not make eye contact with me, was not paying attention to me while I was ordering and that resulted in my order missing a few things she then got upset with me because I let her know I was missing things in my order. She then put my order in again and got my order wrong. I would usually not get upset by stuff like this but the worker was just rude.
They don't give out cups of water. They charge you for a cup. It was for my dog. Disappointed since I always use Tim's. This was the last time I use this place. Really bad!
Went here daily while I was in Toronto. Food for the most part was quick, just one day was a bit slower, but was also a bit busier of a day. All the food was really good and the staff were friendly.
I don't understand why this location closes so early. 9 pm? It must be a joke. This is the only location closest to my home and my only option to get a coffee and have a sit.
Staff are extremely rude, provocative and have no clue how to run a fast food chain. They keep messing up people's orders, and none of their subordinates have any clue on how to fix it.
I just had a terrible experience today at this location. I placed an order for 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches because the option for just a turkey sandwich was not available.
In my order under Protein I insured it said no for bacon. When I went to pick up the order I confirmed and was told that my order contained bacon. I explain that for religious reasons I do not eat bacon. The staff there were preoccupied with proving to me that it was not their fault that they put bacon in my order And refused to make me new sandwiches. They only offered to remove the bacon from my sandwich which for me was not acceptable. So I told them to toss out the sandwiches. This is not the service I expect being born and raised in Canada. Staff should be trained for customer service scenarios such as the is one. And staff should also be trained that simply removing bacon off a sandwich is offensive and disrespectful.
Lack of initiative shown by the staff. Came to the register and my order wasn't taken until 5 minutes later, after the staff were done with their talking.
Terrible atmosphere. Homeless and dirty people are allowed to take up all of the indoor seating and spend the entire day inside. Indoor dining is a privilege and management should be doing something to ensure people are not living inside the restaurant and wasting space that paying customers would like to use. I can't comprehend how it is acceptable during COVID to allow individuals to spend more than 1 hour inside without a mask on, let alone the entire day. I can only image the bacteria that is being spread onto the tables and bathrooms which the employees most certainly are not on top of. Extremely disappointing for a Tim Hortons that is supposed to be setting an example as a luxury location with no drive through and only walk in service.
Great staff. Attention to detail is obvious. I recommend the fresh donuts in the morning and breakfast wraps/sandwiches. Lyn made the best farmers wraps I have ever had at any Tim's ever and the friendliness and willingness to make your visit the best it can be makes it my favorite Tim's hands down.
I went to the store to purchase a kitchen sink. Nadia was the best; she helped me with the size and I was out in less than 1/2 hour. That is great customer service. The products were beautiful
More staff needs to be hired in order to serve customers and reduce wait times. Restaurant capacity should be put at the entrance. Ensure that nobody smokes near the entrance as I saw 2 people smoking which delayed my entrance inside.
Thankfully we were blessed in finding this Tim's right at the end of the Don Valley Trail. Exactly when we needed it. Quick courteous service. Friendly staff.
Just note; if you're looking for a washroom their's was closed when we visited due to public health reasons.
Lets be honest, there is not much variance in quality from one Tim Hortons to the next - what makes certain locations unique is the staff that work there, and this location is no exception. Despite the recent circumstances the staff have to endure they are always kind, nice, pleasant, and willing to go the extra mile. The coffee may not be exceptional, but the staff certainly is.
I asked the staff the difference between turkey melt and turkey bacon club. She told me both are the same but turkey bacon club has bacon on it. I ordered turkey bacon club but when I opened it I saw it is turkey melt and totally different of turkey bacon club. It did not have any lettuce and tomatoes. So disappointing.
Probably has to be the worst Tim's I have ever been to. Out of 6 staff working there is only 1 taking orders and making the orders while the rest walk around and do other things while there is a line going out the door.this is everyday.your at least waiting 10-20 minutes to get served. I have been to Tim's in the middle of downtown toronto to small towns with only 1 Tim's and none of them are this slow and have never had to wait more then 5 minutes in line.not impressed with this location at all
I’m a daily customer, the service is decent and at times slow but the employees are nice. The other day I ordered my usual cinnamon raisin bagel and they gave me their whole grain bagel by mistake, I was already at work so I couldn’t go back, and decided to eat it, it tasted like cardboard btw. Today I go back to order my cinnamon raisin bagel, and it’s old and stale. I’m usually not one to complain and I understand it’s fast food but there should still be a level of quality and freshness to the food. Very disappointed.
Staff are friendly and slow. Usually only one person taking orders and making the coffee. Just as bad as McDonalds and their ice cream machine always out of service.their panini press has been out of service for a month. Is Tim Hortons that hard up that they don't have a backup panini press?
Canadian Starbucks like spot. Hated the internet speed, I couldn't even load a web page. If these guys want real competition they should invest in high speed internet, the speed was worse than DPV traffic, at least there is light at the end of traffic mishap since it will only improve. The drinks and food were on point though.
Convenient location since I work only 5 minutes walk. Does get crowded with all the locals from the condos around. Marchellos just on the other side of plaza does provide coffee if it's crowded.
My kids got heart near the area and the staff was very helpful in providing first aid. Though they were out of stuff, they’re hospitality compensated for it.
