I work in food services so I understand how stressful it can be, i’m not sure if there’s an issue with scheduling or being under staffed but the poor guy making the food was swamped with online orders making the food by himself with no help.it wasn’t busy and i waited 15-20 minutes for my sandwich i hope in the near future they can put 2 people in charge of making food because this wasn’t the first time this has happened & it’s unfair to the guy making the food and it was unfair to me
We went there on Sunday evening we had a very wonderful time. The stop is super awesome and very humble they are very nice to one of the rain with the customer it was pretty empty so you we had a wonderful time of the spacious you can get all the items you want to have everything in stock we loved our time at the same hotel as we were coming from Niagara Falls we just want to have some good time and we definitely had a good time over there
This business has become quite the disappointment over the past few years. Prices continue to rise and quality and quantity decrease. I've taken my business elsewhere.
I ordered an ice cap and they told me that the machine is broken, but turns out an employee just told another customer to grab there ice cap. Where did that freaking ice cap came from? MAGIC I think not. Also they took forever to complete our small order which is kind of okay but the machine broken excuse I don’t get it. Not so good service.
The staff is so disrespectful to customers and the don’t even call you once your order is made. They’ll literally put it on the counter and start serving other customers.
Just bought a 20 pack of assorted Tim Bits. All that was in it was chocolate glazed and old fashion glazed. Didn't realize 'assorted' meant 2 types. Could have told me at the drive thru those were all that was available. Absolutely pathetic.
I didn't find what I wanted in the menu, after some time I sow the drink I wanted, but it was too late. The coffee is not strong enough, even the dark roasted.
Really busy, nice and clean. All baked goods I got were fresh and service was fast. Thanks to all of your staff for being there for people during the pandemic. You guys are awesome and we do appreciate you being there for us. THANK YOU!
What a terrible Tim Hortons, unfortunately I have been working down the road from this location for the past year and this is the only location close enough to grab a coffee in the morning or at lunch. There is always a massive line up in the drive through or in the dining, and it’s not like they are understaffed. Most of the time there are several girls standing around chit chatting while one worker does everything. With that being said the quality is obviously terrible and the wait times are even more of a joke. I don’t like to throw names out there but that Naomi girl you have working there is hilarious to watch while I’m waiting for my food. Unfortunately she is normally the one making it, and looks confused as hell while doing so. Thank God this job is almost done and I won’t have to suffer from your incompetency any longer.
Dark Roast was bitter and the Timbits were stale. They have gotten our order wrong 3 times at this location. At least there were no leaves, napkins, salt, chili or any debris of any kind in their beverages like at the location in Westdale.
Found egg shell in cooked egg. I ordered a sausage breakfreat sandwich with english muffin bread and found a big piece of egg shell inside the cooked egg. Normally ordered from here and never would of expected to have to pull that out of my mouth well be ordering from another location.
Just had a great customer service experience! They didn't have much variety of timbits available when I ordered through the drive thru and said it was a bit of a downer, so they surprised me with a few extra and a nice message. Thanks for making my day brighter!
Have been going here since Amazon Robotics fulfillment center is being built. Honestly the best timing for orders, but they position the garbage bay indont of their drive thru machines so if you are unfortunate enough to be behind that area before they grab the garbage, good luck making it back before lunch!
Also they have the worst entrance, if you are in a low profile vehicle, you NEED to enter in the farthest entrances otherwise get ready to get your oil pan scratched.

I wish get this tim hortons minus 100 because it is worst place ever. The work is very slow and the queue is long and my son even found a hair in the food
Friendly staff. Quick service. One of the only Timmies that still have the raspberry frozen lemonade. My FAV drink there. Decent choice of desserts. Ask for extra sauce if your buying a wrap or u barely taste it
The staff may be nice (obviously I have not interacted with all employees but the ones I have, I have not had a problem with, besides one woman spilling hot coffee out the drivethrough window on my wife's fresh tattoo), but this place is SOOOOOO SLOW. If you have anything to do, anywhere to be. DO NOT COME TO THIS TIM HORTONS. Currently sitting at 19 minutes in the drivethrough that had 7 cars ahead of me.
Worst tim hortons location ever. Wait times are ridiculous through the drive through and sometimes inside as well. No one at the counter is friendly. Not greated with a hello. Orders are always wrong.
Great coffee always fresh.and their French vanilla has a strange sweet taste which is a bit different from previously.have they changed something.anyways, good stuff
Never consistent with their coffee sometimes it's perfect sometimes its watery sometimes they get my order completely wrong and don't notice till I'm at home.
We order through skip the dishes every morning for our regular coffee and timbits for our children. I don’t know if it’s laziness or just plain negligence but we constantly get only 2 type of timbits and the kids don’t want to have just plain and chocolate. It confuses me as to why they can’t just take the timbits off or call when there’s no more then two kinds IF that’s the real reason. I’ve had my orders missing, I’ve had drinks missing. Drinks made wrong. Plenty of times I’ve had to speak to the supervisor and they credit me or tell me I can go in there and pick up the proper order. ALSO as writing this, my husband opened his bagel and it wasn’t cut nor toasted lmao. I’ll correct myself from the beginning, it’s definitely both… negligence AND laziness.
Order tea with cream on the side got to my mother-in-law's and there is no cream very disappointed I always have to check at Tim Hortons to make sure they give me my cream on the side

Overall good experience here, I am a daily drive-thru commuter to this place. The one and only suggestion is that try to serve faster to your instore customers. Their focus remains more on drive-thru orders and due to that somewhere in-store customer experience gets disrupted. Based on my personal experience.
The Rymal Rd.near Upper James location never gets my order right. The last order was a Breakfast Bagle & Large Dark Roast Regular. I got the right coffee but 2 Boston Creams instead of the Breakfast Bagle.
Spent almost 15 minutes in the drive thru. Got to the window to see the guy taking money and handing out customers orders having personal conversations with his coworkers while taking his time to deal with paying customers. Recieved my coffee NOT stirred which is always disappointing. Hopefully management can solve these issues
I just went through drive thru. Ordered large coffee 2 creams/1 sugar. When I ordered my coffee it was not displayed on the drive thru screen. When I came to the window to pay I confirmed that i ordered 2creams 1 sugar she said yes. Just to note there were other coffees on the counter with mine. When I got home my coffee was dark looks like it had only one milk which I hate in my coffee. I tried to drink it and it was very disappointing. Had to throw it out. Also to add nothing was written on my cup. It’s very simple:
1) Repeat the order back to customer 2) Write on the cup what’s inside the coffee It’s not that hard! Rushing through orders only causes mistakes
My family are owner-operators of Hamilton Volvo, a local dealer right beside this Tim Horton's location. Myself and a handful of the staff visit this Tim's every morning (and sometimes multiple times throughout the day), and we have been for many years. This location is without a doubt the most friendly and wonderful service of any Tim's location I have ever been to. The owner is directly involved, which makes it have a wonderfully homey touch-and-feel. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area near this Tim's to make it their go-to place for breakfast/lunch.
I've been to all the tims and many other places such as Starbucks for a puppacinno and DQ for a pup cup.
Usually at tim's they'll offer me a timbit for my dog or ill ask and they have No problem giving me a plain timbit (even an old on)
The manager (lady named Brandy or Randy who doesn't wear a nametag) decided to make a scene and make it very clear she charges for a 10 cent timbit. You read that correctly. She refused my dog a 10 cent timbit and got angry when I told her other tim's give them for free
(they literally throw out hundreds of tim's each night keep in mind)
No problems with any of the other workers, I feel bad they have to work with her
Definitely won't be buying from this tim's ever again until she quits
Sumar was very rude at the drive thru window does not have any customer service skills at all tried to blame me for their card reader not working then another employee mentioned it has been doing It all day
Just another Timmy's but this one has a big parking lot and has lots and lots of indoor dining. This is the Tim's to go to if you want to sit down and eat.
Came here to try the new dark roast, which was actually pretty decent. However, the service was quite poor here and they didn't have chicken on a weekend.
