I have tried going through the drive thru a few times & it seems like it takes an average 15-20 minutes wait just to get a coffee. By far the slowest Tim Hortons drive thru I've ever been to & the coffee isn't that great either. I won't be back.

This is probably the cleanest timmies of ALL. Management is not real well with their workers though. I would know, i worked there for a short while. However, as a customer-my experience is non short of and no better then OK

Asked for a large coffee only 2 sugars got 2 cream went inside and told them they made me a fresh double double different tims is is communication just not there.

This Tim Hortons is probably the worst around. 9 times out 10 they don't have something: bread, donuts, drinks etc. You will be lucky to get coffee. Ugh

They are friendly, but have made some mistakes in the past. They don't always have items available which is a little annoying.

We ordered online through mobile and they confirmed the order, but when we arrived at the final door they informed us the items we ordered were not available and wanted us to change it. We had to change the item and wait for 10 mins to get it delivered.

One lane of drive thru got closed off while we were in line - not sure why
Drive thru was very slow, took about 15 minutes to get a coffee
Ordered Timbeibs - got to window and was asked if we wanted Timbeibs or Tim Bits

I live just down the road and have had to stop coming here, every single time I show up, there's some issue ranging from minor 'we're out of timbits' to 'there's flies on the food' or completely fumbled orders à la only filling half a wrap, or a coffee instead of a tea.
I've also noticed a trend of a large amount of staff treating the job as a gathering they get paid for, as I would often see 3+ members of the staff socializing by the drive thru window

I suppose I deserve it for not learning from the first 3 times but I figured after 6 months inbetween each visit they'd have learned at some point. I'd sympathize for management, except they seem to be fine with this kind of atmosphere given how long it's been going on.

Drive thru is always extremely slow. Don't recommend this location unless you are willing to spend 20 to 30 minutes in the drive thru line

Drive-through is pretty slow and half the time my order is incorrect. Sometimes you get good service but most times you get a unhappy employee. The main entrance is so steep and bumpy it scrapes my bumper.

Always lined right up, and always slow in the morning. Seems the staff are struggling with so many new people. Hopefully it will improve again in time.

They don't sell food yet they are beside every 24 hour factory in town, drive thru only. Long waits make it hard to get a coffee on break within 30 minutes

The double drive through works against this location. I literally just left after waiting in line for 24 mins. The customer service rep at the second speaker was clearly frustrated as she took my order saying "argh" as I placed it (coffee and 2 Tim bits). Often times I'd get to the speaker before the someone gets to the other speaker but their order would be placed before mine. Disorganized for sure. I've gone back hoping my experience would be different each time, considering this is the location closest to me, but its never the case.

Ordered 3 large coffee via the 2 lane jammed up drive thru and by the time Tim Hortons was just another silhouette in the rear view we discovered that they gave us an xlg tea, 1lg tea and 1lg coffee. The industrial park in the north end can test your patience during shift changes at various plants because of the traffic congestion so turning around for the $10 caffeine fix wasn't happening.
Opinions are like hearts everybody has one but that wasn't the best spot for a take-out of any kind.

Maybe I just need to relax.
There might be a cold pop in the fridge.

Usual visit takes 20 min in drive through, they are likely out of a simple thing like bacon, at least 1 out of 3 times the order is incorrect when you get it and why does the drive through window always REEK of B. O?

I go to the local school and we walk there often, lately I have notice the service declining drastically even thought many kids are not going to the Tim's anymore because of all the other options in the area. However, cashiers are very nice especially Iva. The cooks have gotten a lot slower too and not cooking one thing at a time and instead doing multiple orders at once which takes longer because they have to keep coming back to add something to each item. The cooks are also getting a lot of my orders confused and giving me other peoples food or something completely different from what I ordered. I ordered a Buffalo wrap once and he gave me the wrap that the girl behind me ordered and I did not realise it until we walked back to the school, and was too late to return. They also put things on my food that I ask specifically not to, like tomatoes. The other day a friend of mine ordered a frozen lemonade, when he ordered and left he tasted it and it tasted like caramel coffee and had to return to get it fixed. Today (The day that i'm writing this) one girl had to come back in because they messed up her simple iced coffee order.

Don't let this review give you a negative impact on this restaurant, this is just my experience, they are doing a fantastic job cleaning and complying to COVID guidelines it's just so you know not to rely on it to be a quick stop for some lunch if you are going into the restaurant. (Also check your order before you leave to make sure it's right.)

We had a big order today, turkey bacon club, got that right. A cheese croissant got it right but then We asked for 2 four cheese bagels toasted with cheddar and butter. Got one bagel, and one cheese croissant. (On top of the one we already got) Asked for hash browns. Got no hash browns. All in all half of our order was right. Some items were just missing.

Just ordered a wrap n it’s filled halfway with lettuce. Nothing else, and it’s ripped. Just falling apart. And my package was covered in sauce it’s unsanitary

They ran out of lots of items. From drinks to wraps. We asked for 20 timbits of chocolate. They didn't bother to tell us they were out. We found out when we drove out of drive-thru queue. With lockdown, we didn't go back into the store to fix it.

Just won a beverage and I ordered a steeped tea. It was cold! Why would you give me cold tea?

I went there this morning and the interac machine didn't work, so I wasn't able to pay contactless, and I had to touch the machine and enter my info and I didnt have any personal sanitizer. I watched the guy afterwards and he didnt sanitize the machine afterwards, which is all kinds of wrong! The very last thing I want to do right now is touch that machine cause it ain't sanitized. Please fix the machine, this should be a priority. This is a pandemic. I went to the gas station right after and my card worked fine! The next time I go to Tim's and the machine ain't working I'll go elsewhere and just leave the order.

Can u please bring back the wax paper in between the donuts because this is also all kinds of wrong. This is where u get donuts from right.then u should know better. The donuts get stuck on the brown bag or all over the other donut. Big thumbs down.

Very slow, it took half hour just to place my order and they gave me the wrong order. The employee was very rude when I asked for the correct order. I will never go back.

When I was into Tim Hortons today I asked the server if this was a "sit down" and was told yes. As I precieded to give me request I was asked if I was local. I said I was from Madoc, 35 minutes away I was told not for me because "of the Covid 5hing". I guess in Belleville, only Belleville is good money.
Rest assured I will never patronize any Tim Hortons ever again.

Came through for an iced coffee today and the staff aren't rinsing the coffee makers out after every use like instructed to as employees I have received coffee grinds in my iced coffee more than once, so employees should be taking their time to do their job properly as they are trained.

I was in this Tim Horton's location this afternoon, Ordered Medium French Vanilla Cap from Drive Thru and was told by the person working, "Yeah Yeah, you'll get it" and what I got was hot water with a slight taste of French Vanilla. I don't know what happened to the quality of work at this location but it has really gone down the drain. I will be avoiding the College Street Tim Horton's from now on, They just don't care!

Tim's coffee is always nice and hot and good tasting. I even tried a cup of the dark roast coffee which usually does not taste good but this years 2021 dark roast coffee isn't too bad for someone who drinks black decaf coffee!

Food is fine, but the coffee just keeps getting worse and worse. Bitter, burnt taste and just unpleasant. Kind of how I felt about Coffee Time over a decade ago. I'll drink it if I must, but I'd rather not.

I've been here in the past with no complaints but twice in the last week I have ordered a large french vanilla that tasted watered down. Very disappointed because they are not cheap. I got the first one on Friday morning and the second this past Monday afternoon. I figured by Monday afternoon whatever the issue was would've been fixed. But i guess not. Ill be going to the location near Reid's Dairy from now on

Truly a hit and miss, I try to avoid going to this Tim Hortans. Their staff is great but their lines are always extreamly slow and the coffee tastes as tho the machines or something needs to be cleaned.

Busy yet only 1 person on cash during most of my time in a line up of over 8 people. Typical in store experience from Tim Hortons though.

I've never had a good experience at this place except through the drive-thru and I've been about 10 times. Honestly I just avoid it now.

I'm not a big Timmies fan to start with but these people have no concept of customer service at all. Honest to god, they stand around talking and joking amongst themselves until they might suddenly realize there's a lineup out the door trying to get their attention. And then you only get service once they are done conversing. Sounds harsh but it's unbelievable how bad the service is. I think only the location is what works for them.

Me, I'm all over the city in a day and when my friends need a Timmies break, we go somewhere else.

Who doesn't like Timmies? Well except maybe one person I know. I usually order a bacon breakfast sandwich on a cheese bagel and a strawberry and banana smoothie with yogurt. Only problem I have is they are usually chincy on the bacon. I would like more than 2 pieces please! Or I order a couple muffins and my smoothie. I won't eat anything else there, unfortunately the donuts make me sick to my stomach.

Ordered a farmers biscuit and another sausage biscuit w/ no cheese. Was told at the window they didnt have hashbrowns for the farmers, didnt have a problem said to switch it to a second sausage biscuit. After charging me for all 3 biscuits and needing to wait for a partial refund they gave me two sausage biscuits, both WITH cheese when I specifically said there was a dairy allergy.not the brightest bunch. Oh and almost forgot I asked for a double double and got a triple triple.
