I love Tim Hortons, I’m big fan of the food and Coffee, but That’s the worst and chaotic Tim Horton ever I had Experienced, my last visit last week lunch time, I waited almost 20 minutes for my order, a lot people waiting, big mess and chaos inside, I can tell the lack of no well trained people and management. Just unacceptable making people waiting for more than 20 minutes for a order be ready, always than they run out something, like bagel, rice for my chicken bowl, if the owner this location can’t handle the business quality, give up the franchise and do a different Business.shame to Tim Horton letting unprepared and not well trained staff and management run this business. Today I ordered chicken Noodles soup, they give me soup with noodles only, no chicken.
Go to a different store, stay away from this place

WORST TIM HORTONS EVER! My mom got a hot chocolate and I got a PSL and hers was scorching hot while mine was room temperature (on the verge of being cold) and our food was cold. I called to inform them so they can figure out what happened and the man was arguing with me that my drink couldn’t be cold…. Like what? Are you the one drinking my drink? No! No apology, no compensation, nothing. I worked at Starbucks for years and never would have argued with a costumer. I’d apologize and offer something free for their next visit. If you want to have a good day I’d suggest steering clear of this trashy Tim Hortons.

Order in drive thru wrong. Ordered 2 begals got one, then waited for 2nd one. Got down the road and both wrong kind. It was not busy and no reason bussiness can't get ordered correct

This is the worst Tim Hortons to go to in the tricity. They don’t listen to you while are ordering. You have to repeat and confirm your order with them multiple times. Because they are rushing to get through the line. But because they are not paying attention they slow down the process.

The food is good when they actually get it right, but 8 times out of 10 something is always wrong and it ruins the food. Not to mention most of the crew there don’t even know how to take orders. Get it together

Who ever was managing this location on 10/29/22, the way you were speaking to your employees was completely unacceptable. The fact customers could hear you loudly talking down and disrespecting your staff for whatever reason or situation NOT need to be handled that way.

Employees were rude. Long time customer, but same result every time.

Employees have no empathy, respect for disabilities. Totally mistreated on multiple occasions.

Openly make fun of you, disrespect you right to your face. Purposely make the ice cap with little to no cream and laugh as they hand it to you, for you to ask for them to remake it as it’s extremely dark and know you as a daily customer and how you like your ice cap with the perfect amount of cream. To say there’s nothing wrong with it, no sorry we’re not remaking it. To have to ask a manager to get them to remake it. As the 2 girls giggle point and make you feel extremely uncomfortable.

Openly refuse to cut a bagel when paying for a prepared bagel. Being told sorry we don’t cut bagels anymore. To in the background everyone say we don’t cut bagels anymore. But some days cut some days not cut no consistency.

Day manager does nothing but make it worse, since the day I brought it to their attention after 2 years of this going on. My life has been hell having to go to this location it’s unfortunate there’s no other location in a near vicinity. To the point I’ve had to start recording my interactions, as I don’t see this changing in the near future.

The driver thru is constantly a train wreck wooowww! I dunno how the staff even want to be in that crazyibess everyday.but the system needs to change. I think I revamp of the communication or how many on line? Something. It's a constant constant headache! The drive thru window person said everyone was yelling at her. I heard it all the way from the speaker.the driver was the only one speaking so are your coworkers yelling inside tooo?

At this location the customer service ive found to be super caring about their customers. I needed change for the bus and grabbed out a 10$ bill to swap in for change. And I couldnt catch his nametag but he was super generous in giving me his own change for the bus. Instead of breaking my ten. Never seen that before. Plus another bonus is they seem to pay more attention to the coffee at this Tims. My coffee large ice coffee less ice always tastes the exact same here. No matter who is making it. 10/10

I mainly get my coffee, and sometimes cake/muffin/donut. Good quality. Often later in the day, they would have some of the items out of stock. Also the drive-thru gets busy sometimes (5-10 mins waiting time).

Very friendly and the older man usually takes charge which makes the ordering process go alot faster but dont order ahead when its just one thing because then they get confused and some of the sandwich makers dont call out what they put down so when youre in a hurry it makes things difficult instead of easier.

Drive through worker was extremely rude. I ordered an Iced Capp and a grilled cheese. The worker at the intercom was rushing and told me to come to the window. When it came time to pay my total was way lower than I expected so I asked if they included my grilled cheese and the worker at the window apologized and added it to my total and I paid. While I waited the girl who took my order poked her head out the window and asks if I ordered a grilled cheese at the intercom? I said I did and she says “No you didn’t or I would’ve heard it”. I’m not a confrontational person so I left it at that but I hear her say to another employee in the back “I guess he ordered it yesterday and wants it today because he definitely didn’t do it just now” her coworker said something back and she said “yeah cuz I’m not deaf”.

Even the worker at the window said to her that’s rude. Anyways instead of making a scene at the drive through I decided to leave a review instead

I think my order has only ever been made correctly a handful of times. How hard is it to make a BLACK coffee. Or to use milk instead of cream. Starbucks is across the street and the price difference really doesn’t matter when they always make your order correctly. Lazy staff, lazier management. GO ANYWHERE ELSE It’s worth it.

If I could give this place a negative star I would, constantly having my order wrong, they barely pay attention when taking the order in the first place, and don't even get me started in the rudeness of the staff! Absolutely floored, now I know I prefer Starbucks!

Extremely rude staff. Was just in their drive through. My wife ordered first and I went afterwards. After taking our order the lady says “next time make sure only one person speaks”. We were quite shocked because we hadn’t spoken over each other and had told her about our orders quite clearly and she had understood as well. Not sure what the problem was.

The workers in the kitchen doesn't know how to double toast a bagel or spread cream cheese. Decides "speed" is more important and completely neglects what the customers ordering cause it takes 15 seconds longer.

The drive through is VERY slow no matter what time of day I go there, expresso machine is ALWAYS down, coffee most times is old and strong, highly recommended you go down further ira needles to the other tim hortons where the shell gas station is, this location has went downhill for awhile now, very disappointed

If you are planning to use the drive thru be prepared for some serious rudeness and incompetence. Not only did they get my order wrong, they REFUSED to hand me my drink which i PAID FOR through the app. I dont think i have ever had an experience as bad as this going to a Timmies and ive been to many Timmies hundreds of times. The two ladies working at the drive thru are extremely rude and incompetent.

As far as the food and drink is concerned there is no issues here. But the service is incredibly slow, I'm not sure if they have a lot of new staff that come in and out of here and have a major lack of training but 9/10 times even during non busy hours there will be line ups out to the street and 20+ min wait.

Avoid if you are in a rush.

Gotta have our morning tims fix and this place does the trick. Always busy but the customers have developed a good system for where to keep cars off to the side. Most staff are pleasant and fast! Great location for Tims.

This location used to be very good, but recently they have been messing up my orders every single time (by the way, my orders are not custom at all). Even a medium regular coffee or a tea is badly done by either distracted or overworked attendants. Once I ordered a coffee and a tea and received 2 coffees, one of them with a tea bag inside. I am getting tired of having to go back the drive thru to fix my order. It is a waste of time and money to go to this location.

Very slow, we walked in to order and it took about 20 minutes for a coffee and 2 donuts. They forgot about our one coffee and served two people that ordered after us, before ours. Not enough staff and obviously not well trained. Never experienced this before at this hortons.

Usually costumer service is fast here but some times its really bad and slow. Its located at a convenient location, it has a very cozy atmosphere. Great place to bring kids.

Ordered a sausage breakfast wrap with a hashbrown and small 2 cream 3 sugar chai tea. No problem with hashbrown (if there is any this is the worst Tim's ever) in the wrap half of the wrap is just a wrap nothing on the 1st hals, all the sausage, egg and cheddar is at the bottom. It takes no time to spread it evenly and I can understand if there is a long queue but today there is non just me. And the tea isnt stirred at all. I completely hate my breakfast and tea this morning. This is a zero rating for me

I like the design of this Tim's. Although, it is in a busy area and drive through can often be a hassle. They make drinks pretty good. All in all great Tims!

They scanned my wife's credit card twice for the same order. We realized when we checked transaction fee days later. Since we don't live near that area, we went there couple weeks later, they said they couldn't do anything about that right now. Won't go there again.

This Tim Hortons is very open, clean and modern. Overall, the food, drinks and everything else are top notch and I'll definitely be coming back lots!

This rant is directed at corporate vs any individual location, and it is a rant. I apologize. Is all Tim Hortons food trucked in already prepared and simply assembled and reheated to order? Hash browns are wet and floppy, not crisp. Breakfast sandwiches are limp, damp affairs. Unfortunately, the food's no better than airplane food these days. This is consistent across every Tims location I've been to this year.

This location is clean, staff is courteous and friendly and a good place to have a coffee and a donut.

It's mismanaged. Poor use of resources. If you decide to go inside to get your coffee you might have to wait 20 minutes because all the employees are helping drive thru customers only while only 1 person is available to take everyone's order inside. Or you might find that the drive thru takes a very long time because of a lack of employees working in the drive thru. It's a coin toss. But in general you'll find service to be very slow here.

Like any Tim Hortons but this one was the slowest I've been to in a long time. Two coffees took ten minutes and the lineup inside barely moved. Drive thru seemed to move just fine.

The staff is very apathetic and don't try anything to be helpful when asking questions (about if they have a certain item on the menu at this location, about if what counts as a free item for the rewards program, etc.). When ordering an English muffin breakfast sandwich, the person taking the food asked if we wanted it on a biscuit or English muffin? The food was not all too great. Ordered the French Toast sandwich.got the Belgium Waffle sandwich. Ordered the beyond meat sausage.got a regular sausage. Ordered an egg and cheese English Muffin sandwich.got no cheese. Very disappointed in this new Tim's.

I was very happy to see Tim Hortons opening really close to where I live. Never went inside but drive thru-boy was I disappointed-has really long wait with just a few cars and they serve horrible coffee! After first experience of bad coffee next time I asked for coffee from fresh pot. Very polite person said “of course” and guess: coffee was as bad. Specialty coffee like French vanilla has been diluted and tasted nothing like other Tim Hortons serve. Thank you, but not thank you-I rather drive where I always had.
