Review not on the coffee but the staff. Walked in today while in the plaza at 7a.m. While waiting in line with 3 other people a man walked in, he was clearly dishoveled and wearing tattered clothing, he walked past the counter, towards the rest room. An employee yelled at him twice "it's not open it's locked. He asked again but got the message, when she yelled it the second time. As he was leaving he looked outside, then approached the counter and said "someone stole my cart" The employee raised her voice loud enough for me to jump "not my problem" he didn't say anything else, and left immediately. Once gone she (at the take-out window) continued to laugh at his expense with others joining in. "Maybe if you weren't so high" "use you drugs elsewhere" "your problem not mine" this went on the entire time I was there 6-8 mins" I reached the counter upset and said "where is this persons humanity and compassion for a person clearly in a bad place. " She looked at me embarrassed and shrugged her shoulders. The woman at the take out window continuing belittling this man as I walked out the door. Shame on you. These are tough times, and made tougher with people like you.

Was trapped in the drive thru behind the building for almost 20mins, cars not moving. Finally ordered, watched the guy punch my coffee order in wrong. Corrected him, he said “Ok I’ll fix it” but didn’t actually punch the correct order in. Received my coffee and it was of course the wrong order. Would it have been too much trouble to just punch my order in again? Jeez. I poured it out in the parking lot and went to another Tim Hortons.

Don't waste your time. 15 minutes in the drive through for a coffee and a wrap. I get the coffee and ask me to wait around the corner for the wrap.

If I can do 0 ratings I will do definitely. I order large icecap, 1 medium ice cap and 1 ice coffee and it was takeout order. After I drink that icecap within two minutes I vomited. So disgusting icecap it was. I will never come back again to this store.

It's terrible service, one older woman doing all the work, line up near the door, others should be helping her, it doesn't take 3 for drive-thru, at least one other could have helped her, they were just standing around, taking their time, while she did all the work for inside customers.

Decided to get one of those Loaded Chili (that doesnt come with bread) and i get to where I needed to be, so i begin to open the bag to eat it.no spoon. I'm weird, so I was just gonna sip it like a drink but then id have ravioli lips from when you we're 7.but thats okay because you get napkins when you order food, right? WRONG! Not even napkins! Now I have a cold loaded chili and trust issues. You ruined Christmas!

This is only Tim's in Hamilton that will not serve croissants before 4am. This is because there employees throw out newly baked products one day.

Terrible service, didn’t have anything product ready or available to place an order, time management sucked. They forgot one of our doughnuts and they were adamant that we didn’t order a Boston cream and they were going to charge us for it… the cashier had terrible customer service, not friendly what so ever! No communication between staff

Three times in a row now the same lady in the drive-thru window forgets items in your order. I'm getting tired of going through the drive-thru, getting my order at the window, then pulling into a parking spot and going into the store to get the rest of the items that she forgot. Wake up lady. Get it right for once.

Woman at drive thru window always talking to co workers, while order is ready on counter. Misses free coffees after scanning card and I have enough points. (Have to remind her). Drive thru debit is down alot. Just terrible.

This place is all drive thru they dont help or care for the people in line in the store. Theres a fat woman yelling at customers to not stand in between the doors yet you cant see inside to tell when your turn is and other Tim's locations allow you to stand inside the door. It's more of a power trip and the few times I've been there shes the only one yelling across the store at other employees and customers very rude and huge waste of time dont bother wasting your time here

Staff at this location are so disgustingly rude to each other, and sometimes to customers as well. I’ve not experienced the rudeness first hand, but have been witness to it on plenty of occasions. Food service can be stressful, but it’s not an excuse to take it out on fellow coworkers or patrons. It’s disheartening to see how they treat each other; this probably explains why there’s always new faces behind the counter. I wouldn’t stay for long at a workplace where I was treated that way either. Wait times can be long, but it’s not the worst.

The staff are genuinely pleasant not just faking their smiles.

However I feel that until we can actually sit down inside a restaurant to enjoy our meal or use the restrooms at our convenience, no place should be reviewed with a score of 5 out of five stars even though it is not something that they can control. But why get five stars for something that they're not providing such as cleanliness or in store service.

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to find out they aren't serving any hot food. On a Saturday. At 6pm.

They didn't compensate in any form. No gift card or anything to entice a customer to come back after wasting 15 minutes of my day.

Really poor service, and slow. Not to mention not thinking about the customer.asked why they didn't post signage or something, clearly there are customers waiting.let them know. They said "we aren't allowed to post signs and let people know"

They need better management. Yikes.

Got extra large but only received normal portions. Its not what the store intends to do, but done by sloppy employees. I understand they wouldnt care much base on how much people get paid.but the work ethic can be better base on higher personal professional standard. Good luck.

Have had SO many problems with these guys in the past. A lot due to junkies taking advantage of the washroom and them limited in ways to prevent it, so they refuse to let ANYONE use it. But their customer service is or atleast 'was' for a long time, horrible.not sure these past couple months

Don’t understand why the opening time is 5am when the employees aren’t ready to serve customers until 5: 30am. When I worked in retail I’d have everything prepped and ready to go for opening. This is ludicrous.

Less than 1 star. My partner and I went in at about 8: 10 am on October 15 and our server, a woman in 50's or 60's, was chatting friendly with the customer before us who owned the business next door.

She spoke with him beyond the transaction and while he left the store speaking loudly across the store; when it was our turn her tone changed and she uttered something like "whad'ya want".

We asked for timbits and she dismissively said that they were just coming out. My partner ordered 2 flavours of 4 timbits and the server returned with regular donouts to which she had apparently charged us for even though we did not ask for it. She also only took my partners order even though we were together and made it seem we were inconveincing her time.

When I attempted to clarify she said there were no timbits and ushered us to leave. We were extremely unsatisfied with the obvious change in the servers attitude and unwillingness to complete the order. All the other staff were taking drive thru orders with very polite tones and helpful attitudes double checking orders providing explanations.

I have never experienced service like that from a Tim Horton's and will never return. Please look into this poor customer service if you care about the customers consuming your prodcut. Your corporation is being misrepresented by this person unless that is the image Tim Horton's would like to portray.

This is one of the slowest locations I have been to, 530 am 4 people in line, and only one order taken in 10 min, hire more people, I've had enough of this nonsense! I'll be going to a different location for now on

Most of the employees are nice except for one lady. She's older and always comes off as rude. Earlier, I was waiting for my order to be made, and a Canada Post worker walked out of the bathroom and proceeded to leave. The worker told her she has to be a customer to use the washroom (there are no signs anywhere stating this.) The CP worker just looked confused and mentioned she wasn't aware of this. Apparently with COVID public washrooms are now only for customers (even though there is no info stating this).

What kind of Tim Hortons runs out of food? I have been to this Tim Hortons 5 times, and all 5 times, they have run out of food. Not just one menu item. All food. Seriously, how can you run out of food? ! Either this place is badly managed, or the evening shift staff are just lazy and trying to get away with doing as little work as possible-which still reflects on the poor management. Whoever the manager/owner of this location is, they need to get their sh! T together and actually manage staff. You can't run out of all food, you're are a restaurant!

The most wrong orders I've ever had at any location. I only ordered 2 things. Luckily this time staff was very friendly. I've had orders here wrong before and staff was very rude. I do not recommend.

When i first started coming to this location it was ok at best, but as of late they've been going down hill. Junkies using the washroom for AT LEAST 20-30 minutes, which to be fair they say to them you gotta come out otherwise authorities will be called, but never are called and people jumping up on the tables outside and dancing (which i wouldn't be surprised if they're high on something as well).
Whatever happened to Tim Hortons being a FAMILY restaurant/coffee house place? All accounts I've felt very uncomfortable to the point having to leave the place without getting what i came to get

Best customer service by far! I was in the drive threw not long ago when my SUV stalled because of a bad alternator. Three employees quickly took it upon themselves to push my car to the nearest parking spot. I couldn't be more greatful for their help. It warms my heart to know anyone can step up to help someone truely in need of it. Thanks so much guys ️

This morning this location wasn't good at all. Person in front of me had to have their order redone twice on simple things like wrong size then wrong mix. I ordered a medium pumpkin spice latte for a treat instead of my usual medium double double. Under a thin ring of whipped cream there was little more than half a cup, replaced with new cup but still only 3/4 full and a quarter size spot of whipped cream and no syrup this time. I didn't change my order, I just wanted it done right especially for a $4 coffee.

Went to use the mens room and grab a coffee. The washroom was the most disgusting one I have ever encountered. Dried feces on the toilet and graffiti on the mirror. Didnt bother getting coffee after seeing the lack of attention to cleanliness.

The worst experience at any Tim Horton's ever,
This young lady was so slow and to add insult to injury there were 4 employees 2 on drive thru 1 on food and her on cash,
There was 4 people in line doesn't she go put gloves on and make food for a customer while we ask watch with amazement then comes to serve half my order then started with another customer, then stop and started making new pot of coffee which I didn't order and was still waiting on my mint tea,
When she finally got to finish serving me no thank you or sorry for long wait, don't think she even maid eye contact I was so angry I didn't say anything I was afraid what would come out my mouth,

Never felt so unappreciated as a customer.

People be careful when you pay at drive thru! Today I almost paid someone else order. I ordered one farmer wrap and 2x extra large tea and lady in window told me $18 bucks? And good I didn't touch the terminal with my bank card. Make sure you pay for YOUR order cuz i experienced mess today. Whata mess. Not recommended with that mess.

They're nasty they have cockroaches I know an employee who used to work there and she quit because of the cleanliness issue I'm highly allergic to cockroaches and mold and I've encountered this problem there refused to go back

The staff was industrious, friendly and efficient, however they seemed a little overwhelmed by the volume of orders. Perhaps management should schedule more hands on deck regularly.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 min waiting for someone to come on speaker with a few cats behind me & no answer so we just drove to another Tims (Kenilworth) with better service.
