I went in September 20th. The cashier took my order at 10: 38. I ordered a coffee and bagel. I received my coffee in a timely matter let's talk about the bagel person. She sneezed wiped her nose on her sleeve didn't change her gloved. Handled eggs bacon and so on. The lady placed her order. She order 3 sandwiches. Her order was handed before mine.i said to the cashier they may have forgotten my bagel. At some point another girl came out to help which in turned it was a mess. She was serving people before others. I go there every day before work. Infact I once worked for the owners. I will not be back. I know 6 dollars is not much but 7 days a week I go there. She literally pushed the bagel in my hand. A little more training is in order.

Christian is amazing at drive-thru and has the best customer service that I've seen in any Tim Hortons in a long long long time. Coming from someone who's worked at Tim Hortons and has seen the customer service industry.it's really nice to see the "younger generation" still have pride in their job. When they ask what can I get you.might as well reply with "why". You gonna be sitting in drive through for 30 minutes minimum to not get what you ordered. I would be willing to bet iv thrown over 200$ worth of coffee down the drain because the difference between cream and milk is just too hard to figure out for these people

No customer service skills, people today complain more then actual doing any work.

I can see why Tim’s is having issues, good people are hard to find and management lacks skills to make it happen

Oh dear for the third time in a row my tea with milk was ruined by staff putting cream in my tea instead of milk. Drive in was correct on the screen. Such a pity that some of the staff can't follow instructions. What a waste of my money.

Waited stuck in the drive through line up for 25 minutes just to get to the speaker and be told you don’t carry decafe teas. Staff more employees the ones you have can’t handle the level of business you are doing. 25 minute wait for the only location that doesn’t carry tea is silly, time to invest some of those profits back into your store. Maybe come down and see how a skeleton staff isn’t working with your own eyes.

It was the worst Service ever.i was there this morning an was so upset when i left how they treated me just because i have disabilities an have a speech problem that i studder an also low vision so makes it hard to see the bored an the lady that took my order i asked her if they had the chicken wrap she said not till a 11: 00 an she said i could wait 10 mins i said kinda doing some running around so she yelled at another worker so she didn’t have to take my order because she went off to the side to talk to someone an then i was telling the employe my order i was getting my words all mixed up as like i said i have a speech problem were i bounch up my words an they lady came back over to the other employe an said to me that they can’t keep voding my order it was only 2 things. Like is that how you treat someone with DISABILITIES i was so upset all day about it i was about to cry.never again will i ever go back there.

Having at least 3 coffee a day, I know when coffee is fresh or old.
I saw light on coffee maker is red/orange. I ask girl to make sure it's fresh, She thinks customers are stupid.on first taste I knew coffee is old.i went back on drive t, and told her, so again thinking customers r stupid, again from same coffee maker she made my coffee.i didn't have enough time to go back.
Never again ill go there

Worst branch I have encountered so far, flies were every where specially on dounet and bagals sections and to top that up the lady who took my order wipe her nose in front of me with her bare hands and start to take my order I could not resist so I ask her to wash her hand she said don't worry I will not put your food in but what if I am in the drive thru I would have never known about this situation and that she is also sneezing in her hands.

Not sure who runs this location, but it is the most ridiculous Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. The customer service is laughably bad. Last time I went to the drive-thru, they said they’re not serving food, only drinks. Then the teenager in the window basically threw the drinks at me. The entire staff is basically a bunch of children who swear in front of customers and can barely take a simple order. Unbelievably bad. One of the worst businesses I have ever gone to.

One of the nicest Tim Horton's I have ever seen! Very Spacious and they are quick on orders. They also have a lot of selections, but by the end of the day, there would not be a lot of selections.

The tables are not always clean and a lot of flies around, sometimes it is pretty annoying. But they have a lot of seats and a lot of space for people to chat and chill!

This Timmies is getting top marks for their drive through. Even my Wife who hates waiting in line in the morning, will come to this Timmies as it is quick.the orders are correct and you actually get that smile. Everytime I come here the girls are super rude, I always say have a nice day and just get attitude and glares back from the lady in the drive thru window. Any order that's not just a coffee seems like a huge hassle to them. Very rushed and annoyed they all seem. I only come here when it's a last resort and truly go out of my way to avoid this place. I would too if I were you, you leave in a bad mood no matter what. (Clearly)

Everytime I come to this location it’s like they aren’t trained on how to make a coffee it’s just a double double nothing to Complicated but every time I come to this location it’s just horrible I don’t even drink it just throw it away it’s so bad

It was good and the people there are nice ad well fast service and the coffee is mostly hot lol but never have any food after 9pm not sure why but you might want too Go where you can get some food the one by the Adelaide and commissioners usually got food

Disappointed, I ran to get coffee before 11pm and 10.56pm the doors were locked did not get service, called and asked don't you close at 11pm, the lady answered yes but why were the doors locked?

It's Tim Hortons so i know I should not expect a lot but for some reason they just can't seem to get orders correct. It's most like they try to screw up you order as part of the service they provide.

Went in 1st thing in the morning 6: 30Am order my coffee to find out they have no sweatner! On top of it all waited 30 minutes for them to find merchandise. Made me late for work and then to think they gave me a LG when I ordered XL.

Not the cleanest of the chain. The washrooms are locked and you must wait to ask for a code inorder to use the restrooms. Drive through is one of the slower of the drive through that I have been to. But is usually very crowded

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for four (4) cars to be served. A car was in front of me in front of the speaker. He waited there for 10 minutes yelling "hello" to the speaker because no one answered him for 10 minutes. Someone then answered and told him "Sorry my headset did not beep", then as he was giving his order, she stopped replying back to him. Prompting him to hell again "Hello? ! " because she stopped replying mid order. Only for her to reply with "Anything else". From my perspective, it felt like she was new to her job, or extremely bad at her job. I've worked in fast food before, and other staff members headsets should have beeped as well, unless Tim Hortons has headsets that ONLY the drive thru staff have beeping headsets. The debit machine was down, but 10 minutes to answer someone yelling "hello" 5 times is unreal. After his order was taken, there was no one in front of him because it took them so long to answer. I saw 5 cars leave the drive thru because of the time waiting for one car. Not only that, the 10 minutes before the speaker incident, it took 10 minutes for 3 cars to be served. 20 minutes to serve 4 cars! I even timed it too!

This place has completely gone down hill! Are used to be a great place to go fast really friendly people! No day or night they’re all miserable and constantly their scanner is broken you can collect any of the deals or prices in one just really all-around bad service now!

Location wise, it's ok. Some kind of sketchy individuals in the area, so lock your cars. Pretty clean inside and service is decent. I do find though, they prioritize the drive through like many Tim Horton's.

Will be back if I'm in the area, but prefer other locations.

Not my best choice. I keep giving them another chance but think I'll wait on the next one. They cant hear n or listen to your order.so 90% of visits to this location.order is messed up.

While staff and patrons stood around watching and doing nothing/working, I stepped in while a man OD'd in the dining room. Staff had no idea what to do. The first aid kit was a joke, and the store had zero naloxone on site (every store should have one) staff here need to be trained in basic first aid/CPR. Literally zero help except handing me the store phone to call 911. This man would of died otherwise

Tim hortons a classic canadian coffee and donut shop that has alot more than just coffee and donuts. Also serving sandwiches sides and a huge selection of beverages from coffee and teas to slushys milkshakes and juices.

I asked the drive through worker this morning "Hey I was just wondering, what time do you guys have breakfast ready? I was always able to get food between 6-6: 30 but the past two weeks I've just been told food isnt ready because you just opened at 6? " She replied "Ya.that was 2 weeks ago" and closed her window.
I still don't know what time they start serving food: p

I went there two time. Both time very bad experience because they don't understand what i was trying to order and sometime i have to correct them thrice. Today, in the morning i ordered farmers breakfast wrap with just egg and cheese and they put meat in it. I think it was bacon strips. I never eat meat in my life.

This was meant to be a French vanilla. Looks extremely watered down. Honestly resembles dirty water. + unfortunately this timmies always burns the bagels and doesn’t know how to properly spread cream cheese or butter. Seems priority in service and quality is given to drive thru and not to walk ins.

I purchased a sausage, egg & cheese english muffin and a french vanilla capuccino earlier this morning. Halfway through eating the surprisingly greasy breakfast muffin, I vomited! I've never had this experience before! Change the grease oil in your kitchen, please! Hopefully, very few people will get sick. I still feel awful, after having vomited most of the muffin. With everything else going on in the world these days, no one needs this additional worry and stress when we're trying to de-stress ourselves with our favourite comfort foods.

Coffee was fine. Drive through was SLOW. 1 other car infront of us and it still took over 7 minutes and all we saw get passed to the vehicle infront of us were drinks

I am really grossed out! Today She first took my money. She then did not wash her hands, she was toughing the outside of the glove with her hands she just toughed the money with. And then proceeded to make my order, I know she is not following the safe food handlers guide lines! It is flu season! WASH YOUR HANDS! You have lost a regular customer! I will spend my money somewhere that respects their clientele.
